This pedometer measures steps take (to 9999), kilometers walked, calories burned and heart rate, then displays them all on a large LCD. Put your finger on the sensor pad, press "pulse" and in seconds your heart rate is calculated. Weight, stride length and pedometer sensitivity are all adjustable. Includes a handy nylon wrist cord and comes in silver with black trim and a chrome pulse sensor pad. Two button cell batteries included.
