Can I try before I buy?
Of Course! As a customer, you can always "Try Before You Buy".
How do you know how well a hot new product will work in your
event? You have to try it. Test it. Stress it. It's easier than ever to buy
promotional products now.
Once you register, you may order up to two samples for each item. Sample charges (up to $20) will be reimbursed, when an order is place within 30 days.

For RUSH sample requests, we can expedite by using your UPS or FedEx account number or charge your credit card.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse sample orders at our discretion.
How will my logo looks like on the product?
Our standard procedure is to email you a Virtual Proof for your approval before we begin production. Again it is FREE.
If you need to make changes, we'll work with you to get your artwork exactly the way you want it. We'll only begin production when you're completely satisfied with your imprint, so you know your promotional products will convey your branding message professionally and accurately!
To see an actual sample of your artwork imprinted on the product is only available with certain products. The price ranges from $50 to several hundred dollars, and will increase the production time of your order. Please contact your Promotions Specialist for Pre-Production Proof.
