Port Authority® Tall Glacier® Soft Shell Jacket

This was my first order with AnyPromo and it went perfectly. We were in a tight situation with our client and Rebecca took great care of us! Order arrived a day early and perfect! AnyPromo is now a go to vendor for us.

Johana was great following up with me to be sure my order was as expected. Product is great. Very fast delivery!

I love how Johana checks in with me every step of the way. For this order I had to change the mailing address and Johana made it seem easy while other companies would have been a hassle.

I worked with Johana on the design of our calendars. We had been using the same company and same design for 10+ years. I tried 5 different design and Johana quickly redid them and sent them for me to look at. She helped me come up with a product I was happy with and she never complained or delayed even with the multiple redesigns. Product shipped quickly and looked just like it did on the online proof.

We love them!

The Optimist Club of Ojai, a Service Club, has ordered ball caps with logo embroidery on front and our sponsor on the back of our Golf Tournament hats for many years. It is a bit of a challenge to get embroidery colors, hats, and different logos to work with the hats we chose. ERIN GONZALES was very patient with us, and worked with us to get our hats the way we wanted them to look this year... THANK YOU, ERIN!

Great hats , bought 96 light blue for our Golf Tournament. Black lettering on front of hay with black and white lettering in back. Professional job, and very accommodating staff to work with. Would definitely recommend to others!

Quality product, quality customer service, quality workmanship, quality interaction to make sure the product comes out to my satisfaction. Prices are reasonable. This is the second time I've used AnyPromo and both times have come out exactly as I wanted. I am going to use them a third time later this year.

Super nice. both in material and in the shape of the cap.

After lots of research Any Promo had the lowest price I could find for the customized 4 color/highlighter pens I was looking for. What isn't cheap is their customer service! I was so impressed with how responsive my rep Paola was in answering all of my questions and ensuring the final product exceeded my expectations. The artist Didi did beautiful work bringing my ideas to life while making sure the artwork worked perfectly with the pen I chose. Once I did the final approval I received my large pen order within 2 weeks. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be a repeat customer!!

Briana did a great job! There were a few little hitches in getting my bandannas out to me with a very tight deadline and she stayed on the process every step of the way. Outstanding!

So far so good!

Great help on the phone by your representative.

AnyPromo.com makes designing and ordering easy. Great prices too!

Always have excellent service from anypromo. I have ordered for multiple conferences and their prices can’t be beat. Their customer service is amazing and they take the time to make sure the logos or proofs are perfect. Brenda always reaches out to me and is able to accommodate. Really a great company to order from!

Was what I expected. The size of the bandana was nice and the logo printed well. Overall I'm pleased with the product.

excellent product and you have a great staff. They did a wonderful job taking my very rough drafts and making them sharper with a more professional look. Now if I could just get my dog to sit still so I can take a picture for our event marketing. ha ha ha ha (we are using the bandanas for pets to wear during our "blessing of the animals")

The items were exactly as described and the price was right! No complaints.

I really liked each of the items I picked out and ordered. Good product. We were satisfied with how our logo turned out.

We were able to receive samples before we ordered our products. We were more than pleased with the quality of the print work and the quality of the products.

This product works extraordinary and it was also very economical. the products were remarkable and the service was first class. I could not ask for anything more. thanks so much for carrying the item!

When I submitted my quote request, Eva was great at communicating the deadlines that would need to be met in order to have the order completed in the required time frame. There was a delay in receiving the proof from the art department that would have required expedited shipping costs. After speaking with Briana and explaining how I had attempted to meet the deadline but was unable to do so because of not having a proof to approve, she was able to make it happen without any added cost. The bandanas we received are great and our employees really loved them! We'll be working on our Christmas ornament order soon and I have no reservations using your company for this again. Always happy with the results.

Customer Service was phenomenal. I had a dedicated rep Mario Martinez sending emails every step of the way. Even when I thought I had lost my package - he was still helping me. We got a 30 oz tumbler that has a handle on the lid and a straw. Will be reaching out to order more. Thank you Mario!

The items I ordered were good quality. I also had a wonderful customer Service Rep. Victoria Alanis, that stayed on top of things.

Received "can do" service from Jeannette and the Art Department for getting my order placed and ready for production. The cord keepers were imprinted and then delivered on time for my exhibit! Thank you team!!

Jeannette was a pleasure to work with, she was able to edit our design with ease to ensure the best looking print on our tumblers we purchased!

I originally ordered 1000 potholders and 1000 wooden spoons, but after our art was flagged as potentially not being printed correctly on the spoons I decided to go with another 1000 potholders. I was worried they would not arrive in time for our event, but our rep Johana came through big! She changed our order and expedited our potholders into production so they would arrive on time. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and will use Anypromo in the future, thank you!!

Working with Mike Duenas helped us get our corporate order to us on time - thanks!

The items arrived exactly as I envisioned them. Eva Andrade helped make sure the process went smooth and that I got my items in time being it was a short turn around so I really appreciated that.

This was my first time ordering from AnyPromo. After an initial mix up, I have to say I was so very impressed with the customer service we received and in working with our rep Johana. She truly made me feel like she was hand delivering my messages and order changes, all to make it right. Our brand looks amazing and the items were all delivered on time. I like the frequent buyer program and also sample previewing options. The online proofing system and checkpoint are also spot on. Thank you (Johana) for a job well done, we will be back.

Roberto did a great job fulfilling the order correctly and quickly!

Jazmin is terrific. Very outgoing and friendly. Very eager to help. That is exactly what you want in a customer service person. You should more people like her. :) Binyamin Haims\ Supreme Lighting Design, LLC

Can't beat their prices, turnaround time, and customer service! Jeannette was super helpful with getting quotes/designs together for our multiple items and ensured to keep me updated along the entire process. Our company previously used a big name retailer for our promotional items, but moving forward we will continue to give AnyPromo our support!

Customer service and product fabulous!! The cap color, embroidery and quality are very nice. Thank you
