After lots of research Any Promo had the lowest price I could find for the customized 4 color/highlighter pens I was looking for. What isn't cheap is their customer service! I was so impressed with how responsive my rep Paola was in answering all of my questions and ensuring the final product exceeded my expectations. excellent product and you have a great staff. They did a wonderful job taking my very rough drafts and making them sharper with a more professional look. Now if I could just get my dog to sit still so I can take a picture for our event marketing. ha ha ha ha (we are using the bandanas for pets to wear during our "blessing of the animals")

When I submitted my quote request, Eva was great at communicating the deadlines that would need to be met in order to have the order completed in the required time frame. There was a delay in receiving the proof from the art department that would have required expedited shipping costs. After speaking with Briana and explaining how I had attempted to meet the deadline but was unable to do so because of not having a proof to approve, she was able to make it happen without any added cost. The bandanas we received are great and our employees really loved them! We'll be working on our Christmas ornament order soon and I have no reservations using your company for this again. Always happy with the results.
