I was about to hit submit to place an order online when I decided I was better off calling customer service because I was not sure the timeline for when we needed the items was going to work with what I saw on the screen. Leslie Estrada was the person who assisted me when I called; she was very professional and efficient. Even though he shift was about to end, Leslie didn’t leave until she found out all the information regarding viability of production given our logo and the quick turnaround needed for the items. Leslie made it all work for us! We received half of our order already way before our deadline and the other part already shipped and should be here very soon before our deadline as well.
