Independent Trading Co. - Unisex Midweight Hooded Sweatshirt

I loved all the products I ordered - t's, and two different styles of hoodies - but I also have to say that the customer service was absolutely wonderful. Abel is responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful every step of the way. Thank you for all of your help, I wish customer service was this great in every aspect of my life!

Customer Service was phenomenal. I had a dedicated rep Mario Martinez sending emails every step of the way. Even when I thought I had lost my package - he was still helping me. We got a 30 oz tumbler that has a handle on the lid and a straw. Will be reaching out to order more. Thank you Mario!

The items I ordered were good quality. I also had a wonderful customer Service Rep. Victoria Alanis, that stayed on top of things.

Received "can do" service from Jeannette and the Art Department for getting my order placed and ready for production. The cord keepers were imprinted and then delivered on time for my exhibit! Thank you team!!

Jeannette was a pleasure to work with, she was able to edit our design with ease to ensure the best looking print on our tumblers we purchased!

I originally ordered 1000 potholders and 1000 wooden spoons, but after our art was flagged as potentially not being printed correctly on the spoons I decided to go with another 1000 potholders. I was worried they would not arrive in time for our event, but our rep Johana came through big! She changed our order and expedited our potholders into production so they would arrive on time. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and will use Anypromo in the future, thank you!!

Working with Mike Duenas helped us get our corporate order to us on time - thanks!

The items arrived exactly as I envisioned them. Eva Andrade helped make sure the process went smooth and that I got my items in time being it was a short turn around so I really appreciated that.

This was my first time ordering from AnyPromo. After an initial mix up, I have to say I was so very impressed with the customer service we received and in working with our rep Johana. She truly made me feel like she was hand delivering my messages and order changes, all to make it right. Our brand looks amazing and the items were all delivered on time. I like the frequent buyer program and also sample previewing options. The online proofing system and checkpoint are also spot on. Thank you (Johana) for a job well done, we will be back.

Roberto did a great job fulfilling the order correctly and quickly!

Jazmin is terrific. Very outgoing and friendly. Very eager to help. That is exactly what you want in a customer service person. You should more people like her. :) Binyamin Haims\ Supreme Lighting Design, LLC

Very good quality, and love how our logo looks on them.

This process from start to finish has been incredibly smooth and fun! The quality of the products we've received so far have bee great and I'm already making another order.

Will be back again

I needed to place an extremely last minute order to be delivered within a two day turnaround. Taylor, Robert, and Abel were all extremely helpful in getting my order placed, processed, and shipped by my event date. My entire team was so impressed! I will definitely be using AnyPromo.com again

Awesome experience! Easy to get proofs from Erin after speaking with Taffy on the phone. Taffy was great and easy to work with. She explained how the process worked for me and it went smoothly so far! Thx!

Taffy Smith did an amazing job. She was attentive to my needs and stayed on the phone to make sure I was the service I needed.

expected the embroidery to be bigger. They had to shrink it down so it's harder to see. Not like the picture in the advertisement. The quality of the hat is fine.

Very pleased with the Two Tone Beanies. Our Drivers really like the quality and embroidery and the fit.

These hats are perfect for our Turkey Trot in a cold mountain town. Juanita helped me through the process and made sure they arrived just in the nick of time! These hats are made well and the embroidery is fabulous

Product turned out great! AnyPromo made it very easy from start to finish. Select want you want and they send you a proof a day later, you approve the proof, pay for it and it arrives by the date you selected.

These were a huge hit. They are so very soft and they look clean and sharp! We bought the navy strip and our logo was yellow. It came out great and really popped!

The hats were a geat size, large enough to fit on everyone’s head. The fabric was thick and warm enough for a mild Minnesota winter day. The stitching was high quality and we were very pleased the final result. Would absolutely recommend.

These are very cute. However, the pom has falling off multiple beanies I have ordered. I would not purchase these again. I feel they are very cheap and not worth the amount spent on buying them. My soccer teams were very disappointed.

Writing was bigger than expected. I researched many options and yours was by far the cheapest, which made me a little nervous about quality. Turns out I had nothing to fear! Quality is really good (although pom poms could be a little more secure)! Perfect for kids and adults. Thank you AnyPromo!

Everyone loves these! Nice quakity

Very nice, for the price. Great communication. My only complaint is that it took almost 3 weeks to get the items, despite only being 55 pieces. I would definately use them again in the future.

The hats were awesome! The Any Promo team helped us get our last minute order on time and we were able to have them for our ski trip! We got tons of compliments and people really enjoyed them. They are great quality and very cool looking.

A great hat! They turned out better than we could have imagined! We loved giving these out and our students loved getting them!

I would have like to see a proof

Jeannette was fantastic and ensured our order was accurate. Our order even arrived early. Thank you, Jeannette!

Our caps came out very nice!! They look professional, I'm very impressed.

Everything looks great! Logo and hat were a great deal.

I love shopping with AnyPromo because it's fast, ordering is easy, and the price is affordable.

Great selection, easy to navigate, many items without a set-up charge, good discount.

It didn't. I reordered the item I already used and the artwork placement was completely different and it looks really bad.

I think the ladies liked the size. I like the quality and price. High quality, reliable product. Feel and look great. This item served its purpose very well. Made us look very good.

Product was exactly as described. Cannot ask for more than that. It turned out to be much better than we have ever imagined it would be! Ideal for an inexpensive, helpful promo item!

It was exactly what we needed. It's fitting to the concept of the Department that needed them. It is adorable and will be a big hit with constituants and staff.

Great item, very well received by customer. Loved the product. Was a big hit at our company seminar. Good price, easy to place order.

Our guests like them!! Excellent product and also the people we gave these to were pleased with them.

thought the product was beautiful and well priced...no complaints I liked the way our logo was stamped on the product, instead of just printed.

Like it!!! Precisely what we wanted. Will considering buying again if we need more for the trade shows we attend. Great Item!!!

The material is too thin, the logo is blurry.

Quality Looking forward to doing business with AnyPromo again. Excellent, appeared great, people really liked them.

AnyPromo's customer service is excellent. The ordering process went smoothly from beginning to end. they appreciated receiving something that was very useful and wouldn't just sit somewhere gathering dust.

Hats are nice. Great value.

this is a great product for great cost! They are great. great product, very satisfied

We handed them out in a recent tradeshow and they were popular! No complaints. Item was printed well. Liked least - the scent. It smells like margarhitas. Our logo design looks excellent.

The cost was good, the color and quality were great! Working with Rosa has been a great experience. Thank you.

I like the finished product. The cost was incredibly reasonable.

We ended up spending less than we planned and are completely pleased with the outcome. I loved the personalized availability.

We are very pleased with this office gift! Very easy to order with AnyPromo. We like the versatility of the design to product. I cannot think of a think I don't like about the product or service.
