There was a delay in receiving the proof from the art department that would have required expedited shipping costs. After speaking with Briana and explaining how I had attempted to meet the deadline but was unable to do so because of not having a proof to approve, she was able to make it happen without any added cost. The bandanas we received are great and our employees really loved them! We'll be working on our Christmas ornament order soon and I have no reservations using your company for this again.
