I initially ordered a certain quantity of a product. The order was delivered with a minor issue. It was missing two items. Christian was amazing!!!! He was on it right away and immediately processed the two missing items. I needed an additional 150 items with a few days to spare for my event. I reached out to Christian who processed my additional order immediately and the items were delivered “before time”. Christian was very helpful and attentive. Emails were responded to expeditiously. It was a pleasure working with him.

Tumblers look great! Easy to edit and personalize. Ordering is such a breeze. As soon as they sent me the proof, I approved it and it was sent to production the same day. This made the delivery fast and convenient.

Great product, great customer service. The logo was a tad small for the cup (less than the 2'' in the listing).

The tumblers are very nice. Wish the font was larger. Not sure why it is so small. The sample font looked larger.

I had trouble with the checkout process. I thought the process was complete last night and the order was complete. Today I followed up and learned that nothing was complete. Plus today the 14% discount expired yesterday. Alyssa did find a similar discount, but the whole ordeal was unsettling. I hope everything goes smoothly from here.

Our staff loved our coffee mugs! The design process was fast and we received before the date we wanted them here! Only wish the design could have been bigger. The pictures on some of the mugs online had a bigger logo, and when we designed our it had to be 1 1/2 by 2 in square. That was a little disappointing, but we still loved our cups. I use mine for water and the ice water stays cold so long. Will definitely use anypromo again!

These are fantastic! A very good deal for the price. Only downfall is the lever to open the mug to sip from the top is a bit tight. I am very satisfied with the printing of my logo and my experience in working with the company to set up the product.

We use a branded mug or tumbler as a corporate Christmas gift each year. This one came out great and at a great price! Bonus points for coming individually packaged in a clean white box. We added a bow and handed them out.

I assumed that the accent color would match my design (as shown in the pictures on the left). However, my design is Purple; and the clicker and pointer is kelly green. They don't match. :-(
