Port Authority® Basic Backpack

Gabby Martinez was the most responsive and helpful customer service representative that I've ever worked with! She made the process smooth and easy for me and our team is so excited to receive our products. I definitely will use this company in the future if I ever have any promotional needs again.

Great service!! Thanks for the quick turnaround.

AnyPromo customer service is great handles issues super fast!

My agent Victoria A, helped me above and beyond making sure every aspect of my order was correct. No request was too small or big I felt respected and eager to promote my new product. They came out beautiful my expectations. Thank you AP and Victoria.

Exactly what I needed and exactly how I wanted it to look!

Customer service from Giselle, Paola, and artist Diego was outstanding! They accommodated multiple proof requests and made sure that we had exactly the sling bags we wanted for our upcoming community event in plenty of time before our receiving deadline. GREAT service by the AnyPromo staff! Thank you!!!

These are great, the material is a nice thickness and malleable

Great and easy ordering experience!

We are very happy with the personalized journals we received from AnyPromo. Raquel, our service rep, was very attentive and patiently went back and forth with me as we perfected the design. I will definitely use them again.

I was very impressed with the quality of the notebooks and the speed of delivery. I would highly recommend.

nice little book. had thought it would have a pocket at the back but that must have been another model I looked at.

The product arrived on time and was as described. I am very pleased with the quality. Moreover, the ordering process was easy. My sales rep Eva assisted me throughout by answering my questions about the item, how to order it, and when to expect delivery. The on-line system is very comprehensive. However, no system is perfect, and this is where Eva's personal help was so welcome. AnyPromo.com gets high marks for easy ordering and product quality.

I ordered a notebook & pen comb for our church's annual camp meeting. I was unable to imprint on them because of the limited time we had available & also July 4th holiday. They rushed my order & did an overnight delivery without requiring me to pay any extra shipping (I had paid for ground shipping). I was satisfied with the products & the service & will use Anypro again if I have to. Thank you.

These are really handy. Love the white with silver logo. Looks higher end. Good quality sticky flags and notes.

They turned out nice. We have clients that want to put notes on dog and cat items or show us where something is stored so this will be a good item to give out at our Meet and Greets.

Great quality!

Silvia and artist Didi did a wonderful job with the promotional items that we will be taking to a work conference later this month. It was a quick and efficient process.

Jazmin was very helpful, and efficiently handled our project. The communication was most excellent, and I knew exactly when to expect our order.

Javier was so helpful in getting our products created and completed! When I had questions, he was fast to respond. He also sent an email checking on our order after we received it! Our products were exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be ordering from AnyPromo again!

Good quality and good customer service

Easy Peasy...You make it about as simple as possible.

This is my first time ordering the Sticky Notes Book at AnyPromo and I'm very happy with the great customer service of Yessenia and Albert. Yessenia is very helpful, kind, and patient with me throughout to make sure everything went smoothly from the time I placed the order to the time I received my order. Albert is super good with his lightning shipping. I received my order in one day and in great condition. Thank you so much to Yessenia and Albert! You made my day. I definitely order again in the future.

I am cautiously optimistic as the first book I pulled out, one of the pads fell off completely. I can't get it to re-stick. The second book was fine. The blue is really electric. Looks good with a white logo, but it's really electric blue!

Such a great give-away. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because a good number of the back of them have stains (almost like they have dirt on them, but it doesn't come off).

Juanita Zamora is great! She was professional, courteous and timely in responding to my questions. She went above and beyond in giving me support through the delivery of the package. She was a delight to work with and she will be at the top of my list when it is time for me to order more outreach materials. She is an asset to your company. Sincerely, Janis Perrucci

We have had a fantastic experience with AnyPromo.com. Dante Haro, our representative, has been very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We hit a few small bumps at the start of our order, but Dante worked with us to select a product that was better suited for our needs. We received our items and were quite impressed with the quality.

quick and easy

Everything with this site has gone very smoothly.

The process was very easy and everyone was very professional and helpful. Thank you.

The process was extremely easy, thanks to Marci, who was very helpful, professional, and very efficient. We asked for a proof and it was sent to us quickly so that we were able to make a decision on purchasing the items. Great company to deal with.

Great product! Eva Andrade was very patient in the design stages and delivery was done timely. Thank you!

We LOVED how everything turned out and are excited to have these items to use for our upcoming events. Eva was an absolute joy to work with and I look forward to working with her again as we print/ design more items.

We are very pleased with the multicolored sticky notes. Our ETS students were very excited about it.

Nicer than I expected- turned out just right! Customer service was great and worked with me on getting what I wanted.

These sticky notes books look fabulous with our logo and are great quality. Our students will love them!

Good, fast, effective.

The Sticky Notes Books turned out great! So glad we caught them on sale! We will definitely order again! Thanks!

They are great quality! Love them so much - much thicker/more substantial than I expected. Will definitely reorder.

easy to use

Is perfect size, good quality of paper and sticky, easy the quality for the covers are good and the adhesive for the material too

Exactly what we were looking for, I was hoping we could find the post-it flags that are more plastic like and not paper, but this is good alternative.

Have been using AnyPromo for several years now. Consistent quality, excellent service.

We give these to our incoming Freshman students, and they appreciated them so much last year that we're doing it again this year.

Amazing! I did a simple mock up of what I wanted to have printed on the front of the book, took a photo with my phone, e-mailed the photo, and the proof looked great. When I received the booklets, I was more than pleased! Great job!

These turned out great! We will be giving them away to teachers at our event and I can't wait to see how they like them.

These are great quality and work very well! Thank you!

Brenda, Was great to work with and we received an e-mail confirming every step of the process.

These were fantastic. They are exactly what we wanted for a promotional item. Everyone we have given them to had a smile on their face and expressed how cute they are.

Love these little notebooks! With the printing, they came out exactly how we wanted! I am excited to give them to our participants!

These are great, we are truly pleased and anticipate ordering more in the future. Our clients love them!

I absolutely love these for my clients. They love them too. They are a great advertising tool for new clients.

Easy order process. Customer service great to work with. Helped and answered all questions. Products were exactly like I ordered in a timely manner. Received everything as promised.

We had our library contact information and logo imprinted on the front, and the fact that it looks like a book makes it even more appropriate as a great way to promote our library to incoming freshmen!

All good :)

They were better than I expected! Great customer service. They let me know the original artwork I sent would not show up with the colors I chose and were able to help with changes. Great to work with! Will definitely order from them again!

Quality is perfect. Received items sooner than expected. Purchase experience was quite easy. No hassles with any artwork or design. Confirmations came to my email address almost immediately. I would easily purchase again.

A number of the booklets that we received had misprints, with some of the wording missing. This is greatly disappointing. Out of the 150 that we ordered, at least 40 had errors. Otherwise we liked our experience with AnyPromo.

They were a big hit - I especially want to thank Eva for her yeoman's effort to get them to me in time for our big event! Many thanks!

Printing looked great, and the clients loved it.

Everything went very smoothly and my contact was great in revising my art work as I requested. Thank you!

Look great!

We will be handing these out at the local Home & Garden Show! They are exactly how I pictured them...very nice quality.

These pens are great. We like them for conferences since they’re inexpensive and good quality. Logo is nice and big!

These are the best pens! I love how smoothly they write and they look great, too.Great quality pen and imprint. Our logo is perfect on each one.

We are very happy with the MaxGlide pens. They write so well and our logo looks great on the barrel. We have ordered from AnyPromo before and will continue to do so.

Great quality pen for the price. I have ordered these several times. We have given away thousands.

My go-to pen for the company. Many compliments

Just got the pens. they look great. excited I purchased them. will buy more!

The MaxGlide Click is hands-down one of the best pens to hand out. It writes incredibly smooth, looks professional, and people actually use it — unlike most giveaway pens that end up forgotten. Every time we bring them to events, they’re the first thing people reach for. A simple, high-quality win.

The process of ordering was easy and the quick response from the sales team was super helpful!

A huge thank you to Wilson and Paola for their help with our pen order. The design turned out so well and the customer service was amazing!! Not only we were offered helpful suggestions, we were treated with great kindness and everyone handled everything so promptly and professionally. Looking very forward to continuing to work with you all in the future!

A pleasant shopping experience. I like your products very much

They are great and Eva was wonderful to work with! I will for sure be order everything in the future from them!

Great pen, and great printing of the logo on the pen. Order came in an efficient time and was correct.

I absolutely love these pens. I hand them out to nurses and they absolutely love them. I can't recommend them enough.

I worked with Eva Andrade on my order. She was very attentive and communicated well with every step of my order. She always responded right away with any questions. It was easy to work with her and would recommend to anyone looking for promotional products to check AnyPromo.com out.

Eva was responsive and professional. The product is just what we ordered. The transaction went smoothly and I was kept informed about the process.

So far, so good!

Great product! Just what we ordered. Good quality pens with the logo placed just as specified. Will order again.

I don't recall how many times I have ordered these pens, but they are 'spot-on' every time! Good grip, smooth writing. My referral sources and clients LOVE them!

I am very pleased with the shipment of MaxGlide pens. Victoria and the graphics dept. worked diligently (and patiently) with me to get the imprint just right. Thanks a bunch.

This was a reorder that we have done several times because we just love these pens. Roberto followed up on every step and made sure everything was as it should be.

I love this site. It's so easy to order everything.

Excellent service and quality...very pleased!...will certainly order from AnyPromo in the future. Items arrived as promised.

great customer service, fast service, fast delivery, GREAT PRODUCT. I am well sattisfied with my product

We have some many likes from the pens we use for closing real estate transactions. Everyone ask us where we get them.

These pens have been great, writing looks great I like the overall quality, and priced reasonably have ordered these several times 1000 piece orders same quality every time.

Customer service at AnyPromo is top-notch and helped us with every detail of our order in a timely manner.

I keep reordering the same pen because people like them so much. Anypromo.com makes it easy to just reorder and Abel was there to make sure if I need any changes or had any questions that it got taken care of promptly.

Eva was great to work with! Everything went very smoothly.

Great Service! Thank you Roberto Polanco!

Alyssa Kleinpell did an amazing job!

Briana did a great job. The pens I ordered are perfect.

Always great to work with.

You all are awesome! The whole team, from the Graphics Designers (Anthony, Albert, and Pedro) to the Customer Service folks (Riley, Rayo, and Akira) were awesome. Both orders turned out looking great! Thanks so very much for all of your help. We'll be turning to you again when we need more pens!

Great quality pens! Extremely easy ordering system. Received my order fast. Service was top of the line. Taylor was amazing!! She kept me up to date on each step of the process. I will definitely be ordering again!! 5 ⭐️ Service!!

straightforward ordering process

Easy and fast

quick and easy

Fabiola was quick, responsive, and helpful!

Writes similar to a gel pen. Everyone in the office was happy with this order and I was with the pricing.

The ordering process went smoother than I expected!

They look great, write great, and the imprint size is perfect. Max Glide best pens I've ever owned - super for journaling.

I used one of the samples from the VIP box I received made shopping easier!

Working with Eva Andrade was a great pleasure when we ordered from AnyPromo! We will definitely use them again! Thank you Eva!!

Very Satisfied. The process was simple and straight forward. Dante was very good at communicating the status of the order and making sure it was correct. Will definitely use in the future.

Very easy to use and an incredible number of items for every possible need.

This was my first time ordering a custom pen. Eva Andrade worked patiently with me to get the design right before printing. Once we had the design approved the pens came quite quickly. Eva followed up to make sure the order was correct and I was happy. Fantastic customer service.

Our company used to order generic, inexpensive pens. We have switched to pens that people will want to use. People will want to use these! Font comes out great and glides on the paper. Love writing with these MaxGlide Click pens.

I like that it is not a bulky pen and that it writes smoothly. The customer service was very helpful.

Very pleased with MaxGlide Corporate pens; this is my second order. I journal daily and these are the best writing ballpoint pens I've ever used. No retail pen comes close to MaxGlide.

been using this company foe a few years and have great service to date.

I've ordered from AnyPromo several times now, and we always get great service and support. Eva Andrade was on top of our order from beginning to end - right through ensuring our delivery arrived and we were happy with the product. This is exactly why I come back! Thank you Eva.

The order process is simple. If you have any questions and you contact AnyPromo a real person answers the phone and walks you thru it!

Very nice and will defiantly reorder easy flowing gel pen with fancy style for a reasonable price and quick delivery

The MaxGlide pen has been perfect for our company. Being a law firm and title company we do use these lots. AnyPromo has done an awesome job displaying our logo on them.

Love the pens! They work great for our closing department! The blue ink is dark enough that signatures copy or scan and remain legible!

it wouldn't let me order 2 diff colors of the same solid color stress ball so that was frustrating.

The pens look really nice, flow nicely as well. The printing is clear and sharp with the logo and message.

..

ANA LE was very helpful and responsive. She really took a lot of time in helping me. Maria Emporium Company Inc.

Quick and easy order process, hoping the processing and shipping goes smoothly as well. Thanks

Absolutely love my pens! My logo looks perfect on them and they write nicely. Love love love! Thanks anyPromo!

pens are great, repeat order, best price around will be ordering again next time, quick delivery good company communication

LOVE how this pen writes!! I am very particular about pens and this fit the bill! AnyPromo does a great job.

We will continue to order these pens. All of our employees and customers love them! Also, our company logo looks great on the front; these are a great advertisement for our business.

This was a repeat order product was great same as before, quick turn around from ordering to receiving

These pens are of an excellent quality and write very smoothly. Everyone in our office loves them and we are excited to hand them out at our open house event.

I was kept informed of the ordering and set up process up through shipping. Quick return on the proof as well.

Great pen would definitely buy again compared price to other pens for the quality and price nice grip rolls nice on paper

One of the most comfortable and smoothest writing pens I've ever had. I get TONS of pens as promo gifts but this one is the best!

Great quality and they write very well. I will be ordering more very soon in a different color. The green is very bold.

Bar none, these are the best pens for journaling, and I've tried them all. MaxGlide Click Corporate even beats Pilot Hybrid Acroball and Pilot Gel. And the folks at AnyPromo are above and beyond in assistance and proofing and communicating with their customers every step along the way, from initial design, order and follow up. I did my order by phone - very personable and friendly staff. I'm not a business owner; I use the pens for journaling and give them to friends and acquaintances.

Awesome customer service, will use again and again! Thank you!

Great writing pens. Very high quality

Best pen I've ever used for signing company checks!!!!!

Even thought I chose the longer second alternative of my logo, it looks great and readable so they are perfect!

Easy to order online, proof came quickly and products came. I would have liked a faster delivery service but express shipping was out of my budget.

Now I have cool logo pens for my company.

One of the ladies in our art department picked this pen out for its writing ability. We are thrilled with this pen and our customers, clients and friends love it too.

Great Pen

This is my favorite pen!

Very happy with the MaxGlide Click Pen. It writes smoothly and has a great grip on it. Also, the logo we added is nicely done and looks great.

Best writing pen ever!

I ordered last week and the order arrived this week. Awesome turn around. There was one broken cup. I notified my customer service rep and she opened a ticket. I got a phone call the same day and the issue was resolved. I will order from AnyPromo again!

Awesome & affordable!

I initially ordered a certain quantity of a product. The order was delivered with a minor issue. It was missing two items. Christian was amazing!!!! He was on it right away and immediately processed the two missing items. I needed an additional 150 items with a few days to spare for my event. I reached out to Christian who processed my additional order immediately and the items were delivered “before time”. Christian was very helpful and attentive. Emails were responded to expeditiously. It was a pleasure working with him.

Very Helpful -!!!

The customer service was exceptional. Did everything with the chat option and am very pleased.

Great quality! Fast shipping, easy order placement, and fantastic customer service!

Comfortable to hold and nice fit on lid

These were perfect-The color is so vibrant. Ordering was super easy, and shipping was very fast.

Amazing working with Victoria!! Great customers service and she was patient with all the changes and questions I had.

Just perfect! Ordered these for a church anniversary to give to the members and boy I tell you they came quick! Sooner than the expected arrival date.

Just the right size and the printing was just what I was looking for. I will recommend to others and use again

Perfect fit for what we ordered these items for! They will be well received by those that get them!!

These turned out better than expected! Can't wait to hand them out to the family. Thanks, again, Roberto Polanco!

I had an excellent experience working with Roberto Polanco. He made the process very easy & the items I received came out amazing! Way to go Roberto!

A+ service, quality and prices

Tumblers look great! Easy to edit and personalize. Ordering is such a breeze. As soon as they sent me the proof, I approved it and it was sent to production the same day. This made the delivery fast and convenient.

Great product, great customer service. The logo was a tad small for the cup (less than the 2'' in the listing).

The tumblers are very nice. Wish the font was larger. Not sure why it is so small. The sample font looked larger.

Great

I had trouble with the checkout process. I thought the process was complete last night and the order was complete. Today I followed up and learned that nothing was complete. Plus today the 14% discount expired yesterday. Alyssa did find a similar discount, but the whole ordeal was unsettling. I hope everything goes smoothly from here.

The tumbers turned out very nice. I wish they were a little heavier, but for the price, they are great!

Briana was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered our numerous questions happily and we ended up with a great product. Highly recommend working with her.

Excellent customer service!! Great products. Will be ordering again!!

Nice, very light, quality printing. Cap has to be tight and drink area will dribble if knocked over.

Very Easy

Excellent customer service. They were tracking my order since I place the order until they were delivered. We love them!

I couldn't find a way to view my logo on the product I am purchasing, but overall AnyPromo was the best price we could find.

Customer service was outstanding and the product was better than expected.

The quality of the product is very good, especially for the price. I wish that the logo was a little bigger but I knew going in that it was going to be small. I'm happy with the tumbler but probably won't order again.

Daija was very helpful and made this purchase a great experience.

Super Easy!

Product as described. Fast turn around without compromising quality. Packaged well. I would use them again!

Great

good

It has always been a pleasure and continues.

From start to finish this was the best experience I've had with promotional productions. Everything was seamlessly processed and the customer service beyond my expectations..

Juanita Zamora assisted me, today. She was the best customer service associate, I have ever been in contact with! She answered all of my questions gracefully, and even gave me other options to make my decision better! Thank you, Juanita!

We have ordered many items from AnyPromo.com and they have all been very nice quality. These coffee travel mugs are no exception. The logo imprint looks great and the size is nice

Loved our product, it looks great and shipped fast. The logo on the cup turned out perfect and was exactly what we were looking for!

These are nicer than we expected. Logo looks great. We are very pleased with the tumblers. Coffee stays hot and the lid fits securely.

Great products!! Our company will make more purchases from these guys... Their reps are very professional. Thank you Starr Staffing

The imprint looks great and we love the color (light blue). These make great gifts for our new employees!

I love the color of the tumblers. I am planning on putting them together with employee packages to send out.

Nice quality; the imprint looks great. We purchased the lime trim with black imprint of our logo. AnyPromo's customer service rep was excellent.

These plastic tumblers are really nice. The imprint work we requested came out fantastic and were a hit with our team!

My company has been using Anypromo for 4 years now and we've always been happy with the outcome.

Great quality and very attractive. Our employees will covet receiving these items. The production and delivery was also extremely fast. I believe we received a 10 day turnaround or maybe quicker. Highly recommend!

my experience was fantastic, I love the updates I received through email. Would definitely recommend or use them again!

Great quality mug especially for the price. The color was just like the sample. The mugs have held up really well. We've had them over a year and they still seal well and look great! I would recommend them!

Very easy

Quick and easy!

Our staff loved our coffee mugs! The design process was fast and we received before the date we wanted them here! Only wish the design could have been bigger. The pictures on some of the mugs online had a bigger logo, and when we designed our it had to be 1 1/2 by 2 in square. That was a little disappointing, but we still loved our cups. I use mine for water and the ice water stays cold so long. Will definitely use anypromo again!

These are fantastic! A very good deal for the price. Only downfall is the lever to open the mug to sip from the top is a bit tight. I am very satisfied with the printing of my logo and my experience in working with the company to set up the product.

I received fast and friendly service and the travel mugs looked great!

logo area is too small in per portion to the cup. Logo should be more prominent in respect of promotional purposes. The product itself is great.

Thank you!

Once again I have received exceptional customer service from Rosa. Always going above and beyond. The reason they will always have my future business.

Easy to use online site and they were fast to send me a proof. They also helped me with editing so the graphics and print matched and looked fabulous. Fast service and great prices. Will definitely use AnyPromo again.

We love it! Thanks so much!

I had an issue after my product went in to production, but they fixed it no problem. Amazing service!

Visitors love these and are perfect for traveling.

expected a little better quality

Thought the product very good, timing for delivery great, customer service with Hector wonderful..Satisfied Customers,,tx!

I like that these are BPA free. Look more expensive than they are which is a big plus.

I love it:)

Nice

Great mug. Good solid construction, no leaks, great value.

They look fantastic. The kids will LOVE them. I was very pleased with the speedy turn around time. I will be keeping your company in mind the next time I need prizes for my kids. Thank you!

great quality and presentation! our clients love them! :)

great product and ordering process

We use a branded mug or tumbler as a corporate Christmas gift each year. This one came out great and at a great price! Bonus points for coming individually packaged in a clean white box. We added a bow and handed them out.

A fantastic little notebook for folks to carry around, which keeps your information in front of them!

Adorable!! Perfect printing job and quality product. Thank you!

These are cute little notebooks that flew off the table at our trade show. Well made and easy-to-see logo.

I ordered notebooks and my rep Roberto P. was super great! He made the process easy and perfect! Cheers!

The prices are really good. However, I couldn't get the product I was looking for.

Many options and colors.

This was my first order and I could not be happier with how my item turned out. Online ordering was very easy and the follow up from my business development specialist, Alyssa Kleinpell, was superb. She answered any lingering questions I had and kept me informed of my order status. Very fast shipping as well! Very pleased!!

I thought it would be bigger but the help and graphics are good. I will order more when needed. My rep was very helpful and answered any questions i had

We were so pleased with our previous order of these notebooks that we ordered 400 more. They will be perfect for an upcoming tourism and business networking evening.

Any promo is easy to use with simple instructions for ordering and great prices.

The website is easy to navigate and find what I am looking for.

The notebooks are a little smaller that I thought, but otherwise we like them. I also think our graphic/logo could have been just a little bit bigger. Overall, we are satisfied. The ordering process was quick and efficient and our Sales Rep, Akira, was great throughout the whole thing. Thanks!

The mini notebooks were well received by those visiting our booth. Briana Reed was very pleasant to work with, the product received in time as requested.

Fast and accurate

This came back smaller than I expected but that's my own fault. Looks good, feels good. Print was quality on the front.

The notebook is too small.

I have an order in process. All is going well.

Exactly what I was expecting! A great little notepad.

Smaller than I expected. For others who don't read measurments it will fit in the palm of your hand. They are very cute and well made I like them.
