Basecamp Mount Hood Stainless Water Bottle - 19 oz

This company is amazing and I would work with them again in a heartbeat! We had a hard deadline to meet and they met it, not only that they had a rep, Victoria A. stay in touch with me the whole time. I HIGHLY recommend AnyPromo.com and hope you all have the amazing experience I had.

Any promo is always a great company to work with! Victorias communication was stellar and the bag we ordered turned out perfectly.

The customer service was very helpful Johana followed up, gave suggestions was very friendly

Roberto helped me when an original product I was looking to customize was unavailable. He found another option and within no time had our order set up. AnyPromo and Roberto have been a great add to our list of vendors.

Product came just as I ordered it and in a timely manner. I was also impressed that they company reached out to me to ensure I was happy with the product. Great customer service

From the moment I started searching through the products on AnyPromo Gabby Martinez reached out to me and was so very helpful. She answered all my questions quickly and was able to get everything exactly as we needed it for our final product. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for promotional products.

Thank you, Laura Martinez. This was one of the easiest orders of promotional products I have had to date. You can tell when a company actually cares!! Fun pens, good graphics, great experience!

Gabby Martinez was the most responsive and helpful customer service representative that I've ever worked with! She made the process smooth and easy for me and our team is so excited to receive our products. I definitely will use this company in the future if I ever have any promotional needs again.

After having a few bad experiences with my old promo vendor, I stumbled onto AnyPromo.com when searching for new promo products. The customer service team was very responsive, I was able to get assistance both online, telephone and live chat when needed. I had no problems with getting the products I ordered timely and correct. Laura helped me with my most recent order. She was very helpful and kept me up to date on my order process from start to delivery. I do think shipping charges are a bit excessive. They do offer a "membership" that would offset some of the shipping costs but I elected not to join since this was my first time working with them and I wanted to wait to see how things went. I do recommend if you think you will place multiple orders throughout the year.

Eva Andrade is so helpful! She is my fav customer service rep to work with from Any promo! All my products arrived on time, and Eva helped us make sure everything was the proper color and size! Thank you again for the great service!

Taffy Smith was amazing to work with, I was worried about the turnaround time but she went above and beyond and gave me some alternatives. Thank you Taffy Smith.

The Water bottles are great! They keep drinks cold and keep the ice from melting. My kids bring the to school and to sports.

We received our logo water bottles and they look fantastic! DJ Coleman provided exceptional service throughout the order process. Thank you!

I am writing this review because of the excellent customer service I have received from AnyPromo. I have worked with Melissa Santos more than once, and she has always been extremely helpful in answering all questions, thorough, and personable. We have never been disappointed by AnyPromo's customer service or imprinted products we have ordered.

So far so good. We are looking forward to seeing the finished product.

The logo is perfect and we are impressed with the bottle's sleek design. Everyone raves about Hydro Flask and when they saw these they were very impressed.

I've had something similar in the past but these are a better size to fit in the mesh pocket of a backpack or sling. They hold ice for many hours so I'm sure they will be popular!!

Yohana was the best. Made this a very smooth process. The product was very nice as well. We will be ordering another batch very soon!

Gabby Martinez was a pleasure to work with. She is professional, friendly and helpful! She was timely in her responses and patiently answered the questions I had about the product and ordering process. Thank you Gabby - much appreciated your support!

We were very impressed with this product, they turned out great. We are excited to get them out amongst our church community!

I was comparing this company with another one I had used in the past. The person who helped me at the beginning & Jeanette, our assigned specialist, were fantastic to work with. They went over and above to make sure my artwork was just perfect, got me fantastic pricing and got it produced and shipped way before my deadline for an event! I am hopeful all my other orders will arrive in time but regardless, I will continue to use this company for my marketing needs in the future!

We had an event coming up and the company that we usually use couldn't meet our budget and time frame so I reached out to Roberto and he was able to get the items that we need and the logo to me two days before our event. The items looked great! We will definitely be using this company again, and Roberto was great to work with.

Fast and quality items. Roberto was so helpful and went above and beyond from beginning to end- super attentive! He's awesome!

They came out so good! The logo is spot on and the customer service is exceptional. We will deff be ordering again in the future!

So soft, so cute, and such a great give-away items for our brokerage. We love each and every one of them. Thank you!

The beer coozies (can coolers) they offered were great. Had a little difficulty getting proofs, but that was probably because I wanted 3 different imprints and all of this was being done online. Once Erin (great rep) and I were on the same page, everything moved smoothly, product was approved, pricing was great and all 3 items were to me in days. Thanks AnyPromo. Now let's just hope that this virus passes quickly and we can celebrate the Grand Opening of our new store.

Good job.

It’s a perfect, clear plastic squeeze bottle. Not very glamorous, but my ketchup loving customers will really enjoy it. Just as ordered. Easy app and great service!

Fernanda was great help and very patient !

About 11 days before Earth Day, we decided to do a little something for our Team Members. I submitted an inquiry on Anypromo.com. Jorge Cortez, was their customer service specialist assisting me with my inquiry. We wanted to order over 200 sport water bottles with a flip straw. We wanted the water bottles to have with our company logo on it and another logo representing earth day 2022. Jorge responded to all my questions in a timely manner! They sent me virtual proof of the item I wanted with our company logo within a few hours. Time was key and Jorge reaching back to me as soon as he could, helped us in getting our order right on time to celebrate Earth Day. Our Team Members love the water bottles! The product is great quality for the price! Customer service was great!

Roberto responded to our goals, walked the project through, and delivered on time. Thanks!

Harim Gonzalez was awesome and patient with me and I look forward to getting my quotes. Thanks, Amy/Noteriety

Excellent customer service. Easy navigation on the website. Final product is perfect. Looks fantastic! We will definitely use AnyPromo.com again in the future.

I'm a Youth in Action advisor I gave all my kids one and used it as a giveaway prize and this was the best turn out I've ever had cause everyone wanted one an amazing product

Very cool! I expected them to be cheapy, they are not!

These are going to be a big hit a job fairs. They came out great.

They look great - very happy with the color and item

The product was easy to order, with quick approval of the image, and quick shipping. When it arrived the quality was what I expected.

I love these water bottles! There's such great quality and the design I uploaded looks EXACTLY like it's supposed to printed on the water bottles. Would definitely recommend any promo!

Our custom water bottles turned out great!! I was worried with the designer comments, that our logo would be a problem, but everything turned out perfectly! They are cautious, but thorough!

The custom imprinted 26 oz Flair Tritan Water Bottle with Flip Straw Lid has been a great addition to our promotional inventory. It feels sturdy without being too heavy, and the Tritan material gives it a clean, high-quality look. The imprint came out sharp and holds up nicely with regular use. Overall, it’s a practical, well-made bottle that looks good and works exactly as expected.

Gabby Serrano made my final experience a better one. She made sure to follow up and nothing less than very polite, helpful as well. She was great!!

I absolutely love this water bottle it is very durable, the logo came out perfect and the straw lid is the best feature.

I really love the way these turned out. I was worried about the logo sharpness on the plastic but you guys made it work.

Great item! The imprint area is big, printing is clear and product is great quality for a promo giveaway item!

Pleased with the Tritan Flair Bottle. Good quality. Only thing I didn't like was that our logo which was printed on the bottle, was in a different spot on each water bottle. So depending on the tread of the lid, some bottles had an upside down logo when drinking, while others were right side up.

great service - Briana is terrific! all orders have been processed as needed.

Great prices and appears to be quality product!

Awesome customer service. Rosa was helpful (as always!) and it's always so easy to order through AnyPromo.

Derrett went above and beyond to get my order to me on time, as well as assist me with a couple other matters rather quickly!

The print quality is very good, and the price was great, too. Overall great experience with this company, they have great products and even better customer service. Thank you, AnyPromo!

No thanks

We are very happy with our purchase of the 26 oz. Tritan Flair bottle. It is sturdy and the price point was just right!

Great customer service...The whole ordering and customization was flawless. I submitted the artwork through the upload link, and things went smoothly.

very pleased with this product. It doesn't get damaged or out of wear in the dishwasher. I highly recommend.

Very pleased with coolers. Reasonable, fast delivery and logo looks great!

The navy blue is the perfect color I was wanting! The white font is just classic. Thanks Abel for your help!

No problems with this order and love the product! Abel Solis Jr. kept tabs on the order processing stages with proof and shipment in a timely manner. Order arrived exactly as the estimated delivery date! Quality and color was on the dot!

Customizing my order was so easy! The quality and print came out better than I expected. My customers/clients love it! I will have to reorder soon.

Made for my VRBO FacowieLodge.com for our guests. This was my second order from this company and they are really great Koozies. Material is great, printed material is durable and overall a great value!!

Great

Product delivered is what was expected. It is a great value.

The whole process was quick and easy! The product arrived exactly as described and arrived in a very timely manner

Ricky was very helpful throughout out process! Can’t wait to work with him again!

Great and quick service! Exactly what we ordered .

What can I say...affordable can coolers, there is nothing special about them but for the price can't beat 'em

Victoria Alanis was a great customer service rep and we love our koozies!

Leo and Anthony did an amazing job with my coolers. The took the time to make the artwork just right and I was shocked that I received my order so quickly.

Briana did an outstanding job on all my orders. Super happy with her communication and performance on my account!

My company has used AnyPromo a few times for products and have never run into any issues. The process is straightforward and the follow up with customer service is great. This last time we had help from Briana Reed. She did a wonderful job. Would recommend AnyPromo to others.

Great product at a great price. Fast production and shipping. Very pleased with this product so far and will be a return customer.

Looked sharp, printing very clear, customers very happy. Order was right on time for them to celebrate their wedding.

Printing not consistent, half the logo bright but some parts are not. Looks like the printing needed another pass.

Everything came out fine except we wanted an alternative image (which was supplied) on the opposite site. The image we were working towards could have been the matching logo to the bracelets. See photo of bracelet, or our same “GET FLOAT’N” working that was on our past koozies. What we have it the same logo on each side.

Basic koozie. Item was as expected except for color. White is not white it is actually a very light gray.

Very happy with the Collapsable Foam Can Coolers - they arrived sooner than we expected and look great!

Koozies are always an appreciated give-away, especially for our Customers in the South! (hot summers mean lots of cold can drinks) It was worth the little extra charge to get the imprint on both sides.

I always use AnyPromo for my business and personal swag. They're great!

We are a mortgage company and have ordered the majority of our marketing item through AnyPromo and have been extremely happy with each one of our items!

A great experience with committed Customer Service. Ana was great, timing was good, and product turned out well. Thanks to all.

We have ordered these before for other company projects and they're still a great value. Printing looks perfect!

Super response Customer service team, website was easy to follow, awesome prices.

Love ordering from Any Promo! They're always so friendly and helpful. My company has ordered quite a few times from them and it's always a great experience and I always get exactly what I ordered done perfectly. A special thank you to Ana. Ana always makes sure the entire process, from beginning to end is flawless. I even get a follow-up email from her after my products have been delivered to make sure everything is correct and we're happy with our order. I do not see my company ordering ANY promotional products from anywhere else. Great products and always fast, friendly service! Thanks again you guys! Jill @ Carolina Equipment Repair

Great work, very well made. No hassles. Love this company!

very nice to deal with

so far so good!

Look great, quality of koozie itself is ok. The ends are fraying a little, and it’s kind of flimsy. For a short turn around and price, I’d buy again!

Came out even better than expected! Feel great about selling these to our show audience, thank you!

competitive rates, hope the products are good quality

Very easy to upload, no fine print...

good so far!

Love the free 1-Day Rush!

Look forward to another great promotional product from AnyPromo. Thank!

Very pleased with lime green with black print collapsible foam can cooler - cozies! Will be a hit in the neighborhood. It was easy to pull up and use the same artwork from last year. Great experience, fast service and perfect product to what I ordered.

so far so good....

Perfect customer service and product again! Thanks you guys! Jill Borter @ Carolina Equipment Repair

Perfect customer service and product again! Thanks you guys! Jill Borter @ Carolina Equipment Repair.

Great job! It was a little thinner than I thought it should be, but overall it does what it should do.

Worked very well for what we needed. Printed logos on both sides and both turned out clear and looked great. Worked perfect for giveaways at our golf scramble.

These koozies were perfect because I can collapse them and they don't take up a lot of room for me, or for the people to whom I give them. Quality of the printing was very good, too.

I like the weight and quality of the koozie. However, the imprint almost ran together because of the detail in it (design flaw on our end). It was raised and I was expecting it to be more screen printed. Regardless, they did end up looking great, just not what we expected. The color we ordered was not what we expected so I definitely recommend ordering a sample before you place a 1000 unit order.

It looks great

So far so good. Our family day is this weekend. I will know more then.

So impressed with Krystal, her customer service, and this product!
