We ordered suitcases. Our logo was a bit tricky but everyone was willing to work with us and they turned out great. Great quality! Everyone did a great job keeping us in the loop during production. We had an issue with 2 of the suitcases and Gaby S was very helpful in resolving the issue. She had replacements sent and walked me through returning the 2 that had issues.
