Cover graphic was very well done and cleanly printed. A couple of the notebooks had cover damage, but otherwise an excellent product at a low price point.

They look ok but there are a bunch that came damaged due to packaging. We also found it very annoying to have to insert the pens into the notebook when the picture shows the completed look.

I ordered it blank planning to add our own decal so I can only speak to the quality of the journal itself. It is as pictured and the quality is what you'd expect. One pen arrived broken and we were short one pen which was disappointing. I am glad I looked into the box in advance so I had time to put all the pens into the loops in advance as they arrived unassembled. (It may have stated that somewhere and I just didn't see it.) The customer service was great, and it arrived exactly when they said it would. I would definitely buy it again in the future.

These bags are okay. The video showed them standing up, and the bottom is supposed to be "hard" to help it stand up. They are all wrinkly, and they don't stand on their own like the video showed. The bottom does have an insert, but it doesn't do very much.

A great bag for the price! Bigger than I thought it would be and, although it feels a little thin, it actually is quite strong (I piled some grocery items in one and it held up very well). I received the initial email for proof approval on October 13th. I responded on October 14th to have the logo rotated 90 degrees. I did not receive any further communication stating that it had been fixed and was ready for my second review. Luckily, I happened to go back to the link a couple days later and noticed it had been updated. I then approved the proof online. A simple email to tell me it was ready for my review would have been nice. Additionally, an email saying my order was in production and the expected ship date would also have been nice. When I returned to the link a week later, I was unable to access anything telling me the status of my order.

I wish there was an option for different colored paper (other than white). Other than that very happy with my order.

The reorder feature was great and saved me time-The only feedback I have is that I wish they would not come with the plastic tip cover. It is time consuming to remove and place out for customers use.

I like that there is customer service assistance available, but when navigating through the website, once a customer clicks on a link for topic clarification or to see a sample, (which is nice to have), going back to the original order page is challenging as that page kept "disappearing" and I had to start the entire order process over 3 x before it finally took.
