The whole experience was great from the first person in customer service to getting a quote and completing the order. We are very excited to get the bags for our Summer Camp.

We ordered drawstring bags and had a special logo imprinted on them. The quality of the bag is great, speediness of the delivery or the order was quick and overall experience with this company was great. Paola was very helpful in the whole ordering process, communicating effectively. Jose did a wonderful job with the artwork from the image we gave him.

Great experience from the start, thanks to Gerson Lobos. He answered all my questions and was not pushy about getting me place an order. Received my order in 1.5 weeks! Bags I ordered with company logo look great! Reasonable pricing as well, lower than everyone else I looked at. I received email when my order was placed, followed with another email when the order shipped and one last email when that the shipment was delivered.

I received the initial email for proof approval on October 13th. I responded on October 14th to have the logo rotated 90 degrees. I did not receive any further communication stating that it had been fixed and was ready for my second review. Luckily, I happened to go back to the link a couple days later and noticed it had been updated. I then approved the proof online. A simple email to tell me it was ready for my review would have been nice. Additionally, an email saying my order was in production and the expected ship date would also have been nice. When I returned to the link a week later, I was unable to access anything telling me the status of my order.

I wish there was an option for different colored paper (other than white). Other than that very happy with my order.

We should have been more diligent with reviewing the dimensions. This photo is pretty deceiving. This notebook measures 2 1/4" x 3 1/2" ... When looking at the picture - i thought it would be @ least 3½"x5".

The red water bottles are beautiful and the imprint was perfect! I’m very pleased with the final product. I’ve already gotten compliments and look forward to giving them out as gifts to friends at an event in two weeks. The bottles arrived timely and on the date promised. I was a little concerned that the individual bottles were not packed in any type of wrapping paper and clanged against each other; fortunately, they were not damaged in the shipment.

Overall, we are happy with our order! The bottles were delivered on time and look exactly like the proof that was sent over. With this product, you get what you pay for, so while these bottles were low in cost, the durability isn't great, but that is to be expected! A couple of small dents here and there and some prints were a little smudged, but nothing that we are upset about. All in all I would give a 5/5 for the customer service and ease of ordering these! The 4/5 rating is purely for the quality of the product itself.

For the price the Alpine Sports Bottle is awesome! The bottles are very nice and something that people will use, not just throw away after one or two uses. Poorly made. Many of the bottles had leaks. The size is awkward. We tried to save money with this more economical option. But it ended up being a waste of money because no one wanted to use them. We should have invested in a better quality bottle.

The product is attractive, light-weight, beautiful green color and logo imprint. The ridged edges of the lip where the top screws in felt a bit rough to the touch. It's a great water bottle for the price, and it's BPA free. We are encouraging our employees to avoid plastic so reuseable aluminum is good.
