I had a custom designed backpack, and had to send it back a few times. This was to be expected. I was very happy with every step of the process, and will definitely be back next year. The kids loved the backpacks. Maybe next year we might be able to get with you to get a discount on our 501c3 account we will have up and running by then. We filled these back packs with 19 items this year, most of them donated. We only give these to underprivileged kids, or those with disabilities, going to school this coming year.
