Looks good. Few came out misprinted and the strings pop out so you need to double knot it if you are putting anything remotely heavy in it. Paint started coming off one already in one day use. Think it was just rushed and didnt dry or wasn't sealed enough before shipping.

I had a custom designed backpack, and had to send it back a few times. This was to be expected. I was very happy with every step of the process, and will definitely be back next year. The kids loved the backpacks. Maybe next year we might be able to get with you to get a discount on our 501c3 account we will have up and running by then. We filled these back packs with 19 items this year, most of them donated. We only give these to underprivileged kids, or those with disabilities, going to school this coming year. They have to show proof, so it does go into the right hands of those in need. Thank you so much for making our experience so much easier this year.

I ordered 500 customized sticky books, and the first set arrived in terrible condition - all scratched up, as if they’d been in the bottom of someone’s purse for a year! I thought I was stuck because our event was just a few days away by the time the items arrived. Fortunately, Fabiola Zamora was able to get her warehouse to reproduce and sent a new, undamaged set to me within 48 hours, free of additional charge.
