Love the product, but disappointed with customer service.

I am a first time customer. I received my price quote, but wanted to change my Holiday packaging to plain. I could not see where I could do that online by myself. I sent 2 emails asking to do so. I never did get a response & was sent Holiday packaging. This was my mistake by not ordering plain in the beginning, but you would have thought someone could have at least emailed my back & said I could or could not change things. It was very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
