I am very happy with the bag. The quality is decent and it seems to hold up well with heavier items such as large water bottles are placed in it. The only complaint that I have was with the logo that I requested, it wasn't quite as detailed as I wanted. The drawstring sportpack turned out really nice. We got burgandy color with a white logo and it looks good. I wish I paid more attention to the fabric description, I was thinking it was going to be a smooth nylon, but it's a textured non-woven fabric that's a little on the cheap side. With that said, the price was great.

I am very happy with the high quality drawstring bags that I ordered for Operation Christmas Child. Fold them in thirds, and they fit very nicely in the bottom of the shoebox while taking up very little space which allows room for many other gifts. To my delight, the strings can be knotted in various places in order to individualize for the size of each child. I was allowed to order in four beautiful colors of my choice thanks to the excellent customer service by Akira. Thanks for a wonderful product at a great price.

I guess I have to count them to be sure as there is no number count on each box. Although it said the fabric was "non woven" it looks like a woven design.They will meet our purpose for providing school supplies to children in need.The customer service was great.

Though nobody's fault, while I know it said "backpack" I had thought that it could also be used as 'over the shoulder', but I guess I get what I pay for. If I had to do it again, I would have resorted to some other sort of bag and not something with skimpy little draw strings that have to be used as the title says, ' a backpack', but as I said, i only have myself to blame for thinking otherwise.

SUPER cheap. I mean, I didn't expect much for the price, but they are almost paper - the fabric is so thin. They will be nice for our promo but don't try to put any books or anything heavier than a paperclip in them. :)

Pleased with the Tritan Flair Bottle. Good quality. Only thing I didn't like was that our logo which was printed on the bottle, was in a different spot on each water bottle. So depending on the tread of the lid, some bottles had an upside down logo when drinking, while others were right side up.

It was good. The water bottles turned out nice - we just wish it had our logo on it, but we understand it couldn't be done on this type of bottle, plus we have other branding with it already .

Robert was so far above and beyond what I would expect via a company representative from a company I've never purchased from before! I called the general company number because I received a second notice for an order I had already (I thought) approved. He verified I needed to approve still and said he would let Briana know about my call. He then called me back and said he checked the system and it didn't appear I'd approved still--he waited for me to re-access the link and told me where I needed to click to add my initials. He's a godsend for taking such personal care to check the system and personally call me to ensure my order was being processed! I mean--who even cares enough to do that! I would have been very messed up at work if Robert weren't as attentive and thorough in ensuring my order completion. He gets 1M stars from me!

My only issue is that my message isn't centered and that the metallic gold doesn't show up on the red as well as it did on the proof. But I would order this item again.
