The pens look good and have a great weight and feel. The only downside is that a lot of the pens were open in the packaging. As a result, several pens were damaged by ink. Hopefully, we can still clean these.

I didn't realize the hand sanitizer was clear and the white logo, so it's very hard to see. It would have been nice for someone to maybe mention it to me that it won't show up so I'd recommend advising customers of this so they are aware and can choose something different if they want. I somehow thought I was doing full color of my logo, not white. The product itself is great, but it is just hard to see my logo, which is the sole reason for purchasing this product is to brand myself with my customers.

Everything went smooth. The only thing I noticed was when inspecting the virtual proof, the link seemed to link to an older version, and a different time it combined the updated version with an old version ... taking aspects of each and then combining them. Very strange.

This is the third time I've ordered from AnyPromo. I've been happy with all my purchases and this one is no exception. My only slight criticism is that some of the bags were a little smushed. But the quality of the bags themselves are exactly what I was expecting and the graphics look exactly like the proof.

We purchased pens as a gift for staff in Yellow/Blue, when they arrived the yellow was not the color shown on website. Immediately they had a solution, promptly made new pens and sent them out to us with time to spare before our event. Great Customer service and response.

Great shape, great color!! Can't keep the cup holder on the front sales counter full they are flying out the door. Small details on our logo wouldn't come through so had to change to just name and phone number but they are very eye catching despite that.

absolutely the worst pen ever. They literally fall apart while you are writing. This pen is causing us embarrassment with our customers as they point out how cheap it is. I won't order them again.

Pens seem low quality, you get what you pay for I guess, had same type of pen before from another company so I was really excited about this order. They disappointed especially because of the imprint, it was so small you can barely read it! Pens look like they might break easily.

The pens do not write as smoothly as I had hoped. While I'm writing the ink flow will stop and I have to go over it several times to get the ink going again. The printing on the pen rubs off easily which is very disappointing.
