Overall, the experience was smooth and the product turned out great. Ordering and fulfillment were seamless, which I really appreciated. The one area that felt a bit off was the proof approval process. There were alternative design suggestions made without clear communication around why changes were being proposed-or even that they were being suggested in the first place. Because I have a background in design and promotional products, I caught it, but I could see how this might be confusing or easily missed for others. With a bit more transparency during the proofing stage, this would have been a perfect experience.

I see why it's called a Mirage pen. It looks like a metal pen, but in fact, it is plastic although it does not indicate that anywhere on the product page. Quality is not what was expected, but the pens are fine.

The pen is a beautiful color, loved the style. For the print on the slate blue pen we selected silver, but it is very difficult to read. Maybe white or black would have been a better choice.

Our client's LOVE these pens. After hours of searching for the lowest price point for Javelin Stylus pens, AnyPromo was hands down the cheapest. If you haven't used a Javelin Stylus pen, you dont know what you're missing. The logo came out great. I ordered the black pens and had our logo printed in gold. Looks great, but i just wish the "gold" actually looked more gold and less of a rusty orange. However, I knew before I placed the order that a more genuine gold was not available, and the proofs were an accurate representation of the final product.
