Good Value™ Felix Two-Tone Computer Backpack

This is the perfect gift for our school staff for the holidays. It is just the right size to carry a laptop as well as additional work and personal items. The logo print came out looking fantastic. We couldn't be happier!

This was a smooth and fast process from start to finish. Our sales rep Paola was so easy to work with and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. The artist Jose did a fantastic job on our artwork printing. The backpacks came out exactly as expected and the item is great quality all around.

Paola provided excellent customer service - always professional and prompt in her responses, with excellent follow-up. The graphic work by Didi was also excellent. We are very pleased with the quality of the laptop backpacks and pricing was fair.

The branding is big and strong lettering. The bag itself is strong and textured. Beautiful work.

It doesn't tell you the shipping jumps after how many quantities. I had to figure out manually which took some time. Otherwise, good experience.

Victoria Alanis is awesome to work with by providing updates regularly and taking care of any changes in timely manner.

They look very good. I was very impressed with the price of each item as were my superiors.......................

LaTrina Davis was Excellent in providing me superior customer care. She answered all my questions and sent me the info I needed before I got a chance to check. She is on it. I look forward to working with her again.

Quick turn around for proof and corrections

We used these every year on the first day of school for all of our students. We received product. They look fantastic! Thank you! I really appreciated the fact that we were able to get a good price on the reorder.

Logo looks great. the item was perfect.

They are a large hit with the employees! Excellent product!! Good quality materials and good quality manufacturing.

Gabby Martinez was the most responsive and helpful customer service representative that I've ever worked with! She made the process smooth and easy for me and our team is so excited to receive our products. I definitely will use this company in the future if I ever have any promotional needs again.

Great service!! Thanks for the quick turnaround.

AnyPromo customer service is great handles issues super fast!

Emerson was my CSR. He was so amazing. Answered all my questions, updated my promo code to a higher % off and made me feel amazing. I was so lucky to get him as my CSR.

Great little bag for the money! Our customer was very happy with them.

Johana made this experience easy and quick. Very grateful and will be reordering!

Our Customer Care Representative KAREN was a huge help and extremely efficient in her service. She went over and beyond to accomodate and get us exactly what we needed.

Jeanette was fantastic to work with! She was incredibly helpful and our swag items came out exactly as we wanted!

It was fast and easy to work with Any Promo and specifically with Eva Andrade. We received our items and they are perfect! We will be purchasing again!

Eva worked closely with me to ensure my order met my expectations. We initially had an issue arise, which Eva worked to resolve quickly, which they did. I sincerely appreciate her and her team's efforts to get our promotional product in a timely manner!

I was a little nervous ordering as I am very careful about who I order from online, but I could not have made a better choice! The printing and shipping was super quick, and my order came in well before my "need by" date. The item was exactly as described and, honestly, it was a better quality tote than expected. The printing was absolutely perfect! Even after all this, I probably still would not have bothered to leave a review becuase I just do not do reviews much. However, the customer service communication was so great, I couldn't help but to submit a positive review. Laura checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was informed on order status and was satisfied with the end product. Thanks everyone! You made my vision a reality!

Edgardo was had great follow up and follow through. he was so understanding and we appreciated the assistance. We look forward to working with you in the future.

Johana made my ordering experience great - she replied to my questions and requests quickly, and helped me work with the art team to overcome some potential issues with my design, while still keeping along with my timeline. Thank you Johana!

Johana was very patient while I tried out different versions of my design. The compass keychains look great!

Great quality products!

This is a handy item to keep on a desk or nightstand. It works well for holding a phone or small tablet while watching videos or taking calls.

Works great for keeping the phone's clock visible while charging at night.

Love these

Customer service answer all my questions nicely and patiently. Very honest people work there!

Very cute and your message is right on the front. Many people did not know what they were; had to explain as giving them out.

Happy as always receiving these cell phone stands. The product is well made and our graphic looks great! Thanks, AnyPromo!

Cell Phone Stands Look GREAT!

Due to the customer service we always receive from Any Promo, is why we are a long time repeat customer. Thank you for all you do!

The product is great for a giveaway but the base is a bit wobbly when you put a larger phone on it vertically. The base needs to be wider so it doesn't tip over.

easy site to use

You can't go wrong with this item. It's on the lower end but makes a nice statement on a customer's desk.

Looked great so we reordered immediately to use in other area needs for our sales team! Thanks so much!!!

Love them!

It was somehow smaller than expected but fantastic! Great for ShowWest... the movie industry conference. We are excited to bring them along!

Look at these beauties! Arrived JUST in time for my author book signing this weekend! Perfect swag - glass, screen, or tablet cleaner - who doesn't need that? Plus, with my QR code it directs readers to my website. The quality is excellent and the colors really pop. I opted for the individual packaging because they're easier to fold and mail in a card or have on an author table as a handout. Love, love, love, this! Thanks to the team at Any Promo - you guys are the best in the business! Mary Billiter

We were looking for an inexpensive, but functional, gift for attendees at our Chapter's 100th Anniversary celebration. These fit the bill and they look great!

Our entire team is very pleased with the look and feel of these microfiber cloths. The team was easy to work with. They arrived on time. All around good experience. Thank you.

My first completed order with AnyPromo and I couldn't be happier. they look terrific, and the clear packaging is the full cloth square, not folded up. So it looks big, bold and beautiful. Thank you!

The product is excellent! We all love how it turned out!

I was looking for a quick turn around on a specific product and Rosa was able to help me. Her customer service was excellent!

I have reordered this product several times, this time changing it a little. Quality of product and service were great.

Thank you for making my purchase easy and I truly appreciate the up to date calls on my patrol vehicles that are on back order. Your Communication is wonderful.

Ordering process was smooth, product shipped quickly, and quality is great!

I truly believe communication is the key to everything! I would like to thank Mario Martinez, who assisted me through my order and entire process. I truly appreciated your help and each update you sent me.

Beautiful product. Colors look great and quality is very good. This is a very practical gift that everyone will find useful and the price is great. Designers Juanita and Laura gave me a lot of design help to achieve the best possible result. I’m very happy with this company and their efforts to help their customers. Thank you very much.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Karen Guardado. From start to finish, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care while assisting us with our order for the Illinois Association of Regional Superintendents of Schools (IARSS) in Illinois. Karen answered every email promptly and worked closely with me to perfect the artwork until it matched exactly what I envisioned. Thanks to her patience and attention to detail, the cloth items turned out perfect and are an excellent fit for our booth giveaways. Her responsiveness, commitment to customer satisfaction, and collaborative spirit made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I would be happy to work with her again in the future and will gladly refer others based on this positive experience. Please extend my gratitude to Karen for a job exceptionally well done.

Good quality full-color printing, and we like that each cloth comes in its own plastic wrapping. These are popular items at trade shows. Highly recommended!

so far so good! When do i upload the art?

Ordering was a breeze, great options and amazing prices!!!

I loved the help in getting the product the way I liked it. It shipped quickly and came as expected. Thank You

Got some swag made through Steven for a conference in January and was so happy with the outcome, I went back to him for the next one in March. Steven and any promo is now our preferred vendor.

First time ordering from anypromo this last month! I am truly thankful to get Jennifer as our sales rep to help and guide me through the ordering and shipping process. She answered quickly and was so kind. Our promo looks so nice! We appreciate all the hard work put into sending it to us. I’m looking forward to ordering in the future.

quick and responsive - just wish production was faster :)

This is my 2nd reorder. Very well done! I appreciate all of the communication with Any Promo agents that ensure we are happy.

It was exactly as I hoped for and Juanita worked wonders to get it shipped in time. The print color is clear and bright and I'm perfectly happy with the product.

Excellent and fast service, had great exchanges with multiple employees. The product is exactly what we wanted. We will be ordering again.

Our product was just what we wanted. Design team was fantastic as was our Customer Support person, Roberto!

Very happy with our Microfiber Cloth. We had AnyPromo's talented staff design our cloth for Teacher Appreciation week and we LOVE IT!

Excellent service from my customer service rep. Lots of emails. I changed my artwork after initially submitting it and it wasn't a problem. Product is great. Service was fast. Well run company.

I had a very positive experience with AnyPromo, particularly with Business Development Specialist, Leo Lopez. Leo was very responsive and professional, answering all of my questions and helping to facilitate placing my order. Anthony (from the Graphics Department) was also very helpful in putting the artwork together. The resulting product was exactly what I had envisioned. Leo even followed up after I received my order to make sure I was happy with the final product. I would definitely use AnyPromo in the future.

I worked with Alyssa Kleinpell and she was able to clearly and promptly communicate suggested improvements for my order. All while still hitting our deadline. Thank you!

We are beyond thrilled with our new table cloth. The entire transaction from start to finish was seamless with AnyPromo. Thank you Erin Gonzalez for being so accommodating.

Very easy to navigate and Chat function was quick and easy to use and get answers.

Although it took a few trys to get the design right, we are excited to see the finish product.

The first Microfiber Cloths that I ordered were such a hit I added a new design and ordered more. Thank you to Vanessa for helping make sure the items were perfect!

Looks great, exactly as we had hoped. Will make great gifts for our convention. Thanks so much for all your help!

good

Great service, quality, and pricing!

Great product, quick turn around time. Can't wait to give these to our customers! Images are crisp and great!

it was easy to order.

The quality was excellent! The picture was clear and the writing was easy to read. Would definitely would order again.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU!

Great! Your website is easy to use and on phone customer service is great.

My package original package was not delivered to my house, or it was lost/stolen. I contacted UPS and opened a claim, meanwhile AnyPromo was SO accommodating and assisted me in getting another shipment as soon as possible. Meera was awesome in her customer service and I can't tell you how much I appreciate both her and Riley. Thank you guys for helping me fix this situation!

Erin Gonzalez was great! We had a million edits and she was extremely patient and got them all done in a timely manner. Thank you Erin!

I placed an order by phone and was helped by AnyPromo staff member Jorgina Morales. She was very helpful and made placing a rush order a breeze. We'll definitely order from AnyPromo.com in the future!

Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Love the quality - the printed piece came out even better than we could have hoped! Service was fast and delivered on time. Thanks!

Packs a punch with our large, bright color logo on it. Lots of these cloths come in an envelope or pouch with the logo on it. But when they lose the pouch, they lose the logo. Not these. We put our logo right on it -- it full color. Useful for wiping screens and glasses.

Ordering was easy

Briana Reed was great to work with! Thank you for your patience as we went back and forth with different options to finally decide on our order. Good solid customer attention and service. Product came as shown in proof and as expected and already folded packaged in the sleeves we ordered as well!! Score! Big time saver for me, thank you! I highly recommend working with Brianna! Tim

Very pleased with the finished product. Good color and quality imprint for a popular, low-cost item.

I have nothing to say.

The cloths were easy to order. They have a nice clean image. Most importantly, there were no surprises. We are pleased.

Great product - it was a hit! It was produced exactly how presented, perfect coloring and of good quality. Customer service who assisted me was friendly and extremely helpful. We certainly appreciated the fast turn around.

Great product. Was exactly what we were looking for. Price can't be beat. Customer service was also great.

This is my second time ordering from Any Promo and it was smooth and easy, just like the first time. Excellent product! I look forward to ordering more.

These cloths are perfect! The quality is excellent and they work extremely well. My customers love them too! Will definitely be ordering more.

Really love the branded wipes & felt they were more than reasonably priced. Will keep ordering this item for our business.

Quick turnaround and product looks as promised! Order was received by our deadline for our event. Colors are accurate and quality is good. Thanks!

This was my first experience with AnyPromo. Brenda's customer service made the process easy for me. I had micro fiber cloth printed with business card information appearing. Each were folded and inserted in clear plastic pouches. I was very pleased with the final result.

just what we wanted. good quality, right price. Customer Service was on top of order start to finish and delivered to my expectation.

The artist was easy to work with and the color quality of the imprint looks fantastic. Would recommend this to others.

Colors are vibrant, and are on a very nice, large cloth. The plastic pouch is heavy weight and very much reusable.

Great quality, customer service was awesome, too. Fastest turnaround I could find on-line. Thanks AnyPromo!

Pens and these are what every business needs. For $1, you get an amazing marketing tool that is always in front of customers. We ordered 1000 and they were gone in a month. A big hit at conferences and by our employees.

printing our image was a little off but anypromo staff was quick to resolve. Great concept.

Everyone loved these - thanks!

such fast service and delivery always. These cloths are great and exactly as I ordered

Everything was fine, but the final image printed on the microfiber cloth was way lighter than what I sent to processing. I do not know if the personal manipulated the image or it just was the printer...

Great product!

Good promo item

The 6 products I ordered were awesome! I just wish the order I placed containing the 6 items could be processed as one order instead of 6 seperate orders. By dividing each product up into a different order it led to my credit card company suspecting suspicious activity and freezing my credit card until I verified the orders.

I have ordered these many times. A little pricey but very popular.

These pens are adorable and always a hit!

This is the 3rd time we have ordered these ink pens. Customers love them!! They are great quality too!

I was trying to find a sample of a certain product , and was unable to do so, but I received excellent help from Fabiola on the chat feature. It was so helpful knowing what I needed to do in order to receive a sample. Thanks for quickly helping me solve that problem!

The Mop Toppers turned out so cute, we love them. They actually write nice as well. Thanks, we will be back.

Thank you Rosa Martin, for the fast Service and for using the artwork from last time.

Excellent quality and unique item. The logo space is good.

This is an excellent promo item! Nice quality. Good size. Thank you, Robert P for working with us on the design. Very happy!

Roberto was very helpful throughout the entire process, we were not an existing customer, so from set up to checking to make sure our product came in he was there every step of the way. Very nice also.

Eva was fantastic! Responsive & helpful. We were thrilled with our product!

Marisol Vela was an awesome customer service person, she really went out of her way to meet my deadline. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
