Good overall
Thus far, I am pleased with the backpack/coolers. I did have one that was faulty due to what looks like a "short shot" or "void" on the side of the buckle that does not allow it to latch properly. I initially thought it was broken, but upon closer inspection, you could tell that it is a fault in the molding of the plastic latch piece.

Overall was a nice quality product. Some of the stitching was a little ragged around the edges, but it was a great product for the price. Nice to receive what we expected. I think the quality at the price sold is the best overall.

Ordered this cooler back pack for an upcoming event as thank you gifts. The communication between myself and my representative from any promo was amazing. Delivery was quick and final product looks amazing. Can't wait to see them in use!!
