This was my first time working with anypromo.com and I couldn't be more pleased. I was on a tight deadline and Cynthia and Dante both personally help to ensure my products would be produced correctly and arrive on time. Working with anypromo is a nice change from what many companies have become. When you call anypromo, you actually speak to a real person who speaks understandable English, and you do not have to go through a bunch of auto-attendant systems to get to that person. Then for followup, each team member has a real desk phone number and an email in which you may contact them directly. It gets so old with many companies when you call only to find yourself in the queue of the next 'agent' and then to have to tell your story again and again every time you need to call. Not so with anypromo, I was able to remain in constant communication with Cynthia and Dante the entire time. I'll definitely call on anypromo again for our promotional product needs!

These bags are well constructed and turned out very nice. Moreover though, the service I received from Cynthia and Dante was incredible. I was on a short timeline, and these two personally helped get my order into production asap and were most helpful! Working with Anypromo.com was a nice relief from what we've come to expect from many businesses. They have a phone number where you can actually speak to a real person, who speaks understandable English, without jumping through a bunch of auto-attendant systems. These bags are okay. The video showed them standing up, and the bottom is supposed to be "hard" to help it stand up. They are all wrinkly, and they don't stand on their own like the video showed. The bottom does have an insert, but it doesn't do very much.

Quick and easy!

A great bag for the price! Bigger than I thought it would be and, although it feels a little thin, it actually is quite strong (I piled some grocery items in one and it held up very well). The color is wonderful and the artwork is perfect. I would definitely recommend this item and will be putting in another order for myself soon.

Bag is a thinner material which was good for our needs. The print came back a little lighter than expected based on our Pantone color. I think the Pantone color on a white base (to cover the black bag behind the logo) washed it out a little bit. Otherwise bag is a great promo/swag bag!

The totes worked perfectly for our Student Organization Recruitment Fair event. We had students take one and decorate them with fabric markers. If you are doing this, just make sure you put something in the bag so it doesn't bleed through, as the bags are a little thin.

We love the bags! Our logo looks perfect and the colors are great. Even though the fabric is not very thick, the bags are resistant and well made.

The artwork was good but I thought the quality of the bag would have been better. Very thin cotton and not sure if it would hold a 1/2 gallon of milk without breaking if you have to walk too far. I ordered them as a thank you gift for our annual fundraiser so I have no other option but to give them out.

The print was not as our previous Pens that we've ordered (I've attached photos of the old pens and the new ones). The print is way too big, and is not the look we are going for. Y'all corrected the direction on the word placement-it's now readable for a right handed pen. That is what we wanted it. I see why it's called a Mirage pen. It looks like a metal pen, but in fact, it is plastic although it does not indicate that anywhere on the product page. Quality is not what was expected, but the pens are fine.

Pen writes great but it doen't feel good in the hand. It's too light. Definitely get a sample before ordering. Great price for what it is.

The pen is a beautiful color, loved the style. For the print on the slate blue pen we selected silver, but it is very difficult to read. Maybe white or black would have been a better choice.
