Not the best quality. Received other 4oz cotton samples from other companies but this one arrived way thinner than expected and a lot of thread hanging off.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Communication via email was prompt. Product preview was a bit off setting, but when the product arrived, the logo print was a bit bigger than we saw it on the preview. Which is great! Greatly appreciated for their services.

At first I was disappointed that we didn’t have enough time for a 3-color print but it looks fabulous in one color (black). It’s a perfect bag for what we wanted. Perfect size and lightweight.

The artwork and the screen printing are superb. Great job, AnyPromo. However, that is what bumps this up from 2 stars to 3. "Cotton Canvas" is a term of art, and a certain weight and density is inherent in the term. These bags are cotton, and woven, but they are not canvas. The fabric is so thin, that holding the double-layer of a bag up to the light, you can see right through it. Only order this bag if it is not intended to carry any weight. Once again, great artwork and screen printing, but the description of this bag should be "Lightweight Cotton...Tote"

GREAT! We have these out for patients to take as they leave - they love them! The logo is VERY small though, maybe they have updated this, but that was the only disappointing part.

I don't think the descriptions of what our design needed to include is enough information. I had no idea what the TBD meant or the terms for centering meant.

I received the initial email for proof approval on October 13th. I responded on October 14th to have the logo rotated 90 degrees. I did not receive any further communication stating that it had been fixed and was ready for my second review. Luckily, I happened to go back to the link a couple days later and noticed it had been updated. I then approved the proof online. A simple email to tell me it was ready for my review would have been nice. Additionally, an email saying my order was in production and the expected ship date would also have been nice. When I returned to the link a week later, I was unable to access anything telling me the status of my order.

I wish there was an option for different colored paper (other than white). Other than that very happy with my order.

AnyPromo worked with me through a whole bunch of samples and logo until my customers were completely satisfied.

This journal is awesome and very affordable. I was slightly disappointed with the limitation of the location for the graphic to be printed on the front. But customer service was very helpful and accommodating, even though the final product was not exactly what I wanted. Have made multiple orders over the last few years and we always have a good experience. Customer Service reps are super easy to work with (especially Johana and Madelin) and the turnaround is fast. When we've had flaws in the items we receive, they have also been stellar at sending replacements and taking good care of us. If you're planning to make at least 2 orders per year, I recommend getting the membership, it does pay for itself very quickly
