product is ok (wish I had ordered sample ahead of time as would have selected little higher quality) - thin material, smaller than expected (I should have looked more closely at spec) and zipper not great. Not pleased where the logo was placed on the pack - doesn't seem centered in section and could have been larger but was not given that option. Some of the items need to be sent back for reprinting. Customer service person I worked with on the order was good though (Akira).

The bag is way better than expected, definitely more sturdy than i thought it would be. The only issue is that on some of the bags the prong on the zipper pull wasn't closed tight enough, so that the string pull would come off.
