Overall, the experience was smooth and the product turned out great. Ordering and fulfillment were seamless, which I really appreciated. The one area that felt a bit off was the proof approval process. There were alternative design suggestions made without clear communication around why changes were being proposed-or even that they were being suggested in the first place. Because I have a background in design and promotional products, I caught it, but I could see how this might be confusing or easily missed for others. With a bit more transparency during the proofing stage, this would have been a perfect experience.

These bags are okay. The video showed them standing up, and the bottom is supposed to be "hard" to help it stand up. They are all wrinkly, and they don't stand on their own like the video showed. The bottom does have an insert, but it doesn't do very much.

A great bag for the price! Bigger than I thought it would be and, although it feels a little thin, it actually is quite strong (I piled some grocery items in one and it held up very well). The color is wonderful and the artwork is perfect. I would definitely recommend this item and will be putting in another order for myself soon.

This spinner fidget pen is super classy and really fun to play with! It is not gaudy or unsightly; it is a hidden fidget gem! I wish there were more colors available in the rose gold, but there are a few more color options with the chrome accent also. Very nice pen.

The color was really off from the picture and not exactly as we had hoped. The notebook itself is fine but the color of the outside not as picture shown.

I worked with Eva Andrade on my order and everything went smoothly! We had a slight issue with my design I provided for an imprint and she was great to give me all the specifications I needed to make a quick, accurate decision. All my orders have arrived or are on their way is such a quick turnaround and all look like how they were pictured and I imagined. The product quality was exactly what I expected too.

Logos weren't as solid as I'd like them to be. Folds of the notepad don't stay in the slot provided. Overall, feels pretty cheap.

The print was not as our previous Pens that we've ordered (I've attached photos of the old pens and the new ones). The print is way too big, and is not the look we are going for. Pleased with the Tritan Flair Bottle. Good quality. Only thing I didn't like was that our logo which was printed on the bottle, was in a different spot on each water bottle. So depending on the tread of the lid, some bottles had an upside down logo when drinking, while others were right side up.

I ordered a notebook & pen comb for our church's annual camp meeting. I was unable to imprint on them because of the limited time we had available & also July 4th holiday. They rushed my order & did an overnight delivery without requiring me to pay any extra shipping (I had paid for ground shipping).
