The bag is basic. Not super sturdy and looks it it will rip easily. But, ok for a basic bag to hold lightweight brochures and give-aways.

This is our second order of these bags. We fill them with kitten supplies & give them to our kitten foster families. They will stand up to washing, you just have to be careful to cushion anything that might be sort of sharp (The corners of our metal litter pans will slice them open), and I discovered a determined cat can eat through one of them if he can smell food inside. But, that same cat will eat through a cardboard box, as well. He's just a jerk.

It's not the right color. It was shown as an aqua teal color on line, and is actually a dark teal in person.

We even changed the font a bit and that came out excellent. logo printing was not as strong as I would have liked. The saturation of the ink was light compared to other's I've seen.

I have ordered several products including tote bags from your company and have only relied on the pictures on the website for color choices. They have always come up as pictured online except this time. Tote ordered is marked as burgundy and really almost looks like wine/merlot which is exactly the color we wanted. The actual tote bags were a horrible pale red color and the quality is not good. We are actually embarrassed to use them as a marketing tool.

It is a decent bag for the price. The burgundy color was not as dark as it appears on the computer screen (which is completely understandable), so we would have preferred darker. Also, the packaging was a tad flimsy, so there were holes in the box in several places when it arrived and part of bags poking through. But, the bags themselves were fine, except the top one was bunched up and too creased to actually use for our purposes. Again, all in all, good bag for the price. Wonderful customer service! Thanks!

The tote bag is exactly what I expected. AnyPromo did an excellent job putting the logo I provided on the bag. The price was awesome at under $1.00 each and they don't charge a set up fee, making it possible for small not for profit groups to put their name out in the community without breaking the budget. My husband and I started our own small business all out of pocket and were looking for affordable and good quality promotional items. I scoured the internet for products and was shocked to discover how expensive things were. I found AnyPromo and it was seemingly affordable and had some great reviews. We decided to purchase the value polypropylene totes and were extremely happy with the end result! The bags are great quality and thicker than I expected for something labelled as value. We opted to go with the one color print of our logo which also surprisingly turned out great! They even sent us a virtual catalog with items that had our logo on it as a sort of preview of what it would look like. We’ve never been afforded that luxury of being able to see the end product in advance. We also received our totes exactly when we needed them by. Our overall experience with AnyPromo has superseded all of our expectations and we will be using AnyPromo from this point forward.

The bags look great - I asked for help with my logo and they were able to do it. Plus, I was able to look at multiple proofs before deciding on the final product. Plus, customer service keeps in touch via email very well.

The bags and screened/printed ink (black) are excellent quality, and we love how vibrant the lime green material is. Bag is a thinner material which was good for our needs. The print came back a little lighter than expected based on our Pantone color. I think the Pantone color on a white base (to cover the black bag behind the logo) washed it out a little bit. Otherwise bag is a great promo/swag bag!

The totes worked perfectly for our Student Organization Recruitment Fair event. We had students take one and decorate them with fabric markers. If you are doing this, just make sure you put something in the bag so it doesn't bleed through, as the bags are a little thin.

We were very skeptical of ordering from a company that guaranteed us they would meet our short delivery for a convention. These bags are great give-a-way items for events. They hold a lot of weight. The artwork turned out great and the company was very easy to work with figuring out exactly how I wanted the artwork to look.

We ordered these bags as a way to promote our business. We wanted a bag that would be functional, durable, appealing and affordable. This bag definitely met our expectations, it stands out from all of the other grocery bags! It is a "tote" which makes it wider and bigger than the regular square bags. The quality is good for the price and the graphics came out bright and clear. I will be reordering these as soon as we run out.

Sadly I had to have it delivered to an address in the US, which was a bit of a pain since I'm in Canada, but I managed.

AnyPromo was prompt and helpful! Two things that would have improved our experience: the ability to upload a graphic on the website and see a preview of the graphic on the product immediately, and a wider range of colors (we really wanted more of a crimson than plain red). We received the products when we needed them, and they were successful as marketing tools!

The products came out nicely and in a timely manner (I was not in a rush to get them, things might be different if I needed them quickly). Customer Service was a bit cold during the final approval correspondence.

Love this product for the price! Only improvement could be if it had a plastic bottom insert to help it hold it's shape. Bottom is 7-1/2" x 12" so we just put a piece of 8-1/2" x 11" card stock in each bag for a bottom.

I like that these bags are lightweight and the printing area is sufficient to accommodate my logo and imprinting. It is large enough to be used to actually carry something does not feel like I was giving something just to get my name out, but was thoughtful enough to bring something of value to my clients. The artist rendering of my logo was wonderful and they are to be commended for turning a photograph into a graphic!

It has been a very good experience working with you. The only thing I had trouble with was finding where to change a credit card and the wrong one was charged. Not a big deal but not 100% smooth :)) All is well.

Design to Delivery everything was well coordinated. The only reason I gave four is being in CA the delivery was bit late. Other than that I would recommend AnyPromo to one and all.

The only complaint I have is that when I placed my order, until I hit "submit", I thought I would receive the product sooner than I did. It was still within my needed time frame, but for a moment, the two week delay felt a bit like a bait and switch. Still happy with the results and the product, but it might be something to think about moving forward.
