We ordered a promotional item for an event the item arrived the day of the event. after placing the item out for the attendees, My direct overseer noticed that the labeling and custom wording was off centered and requested that i remove the item for distribution. I contact the company and a ticket was open. Ms. Gabby S. was the best! she assured me that it would be taken care of. i sent in the photos as requested and she as what would satisfy me as a continuing customer. I settled on a store credit because I knew at that point we would always continue to purchase our event and promotional items from Anypromo.

I received the initial email for proof approval on October 13th. I responded on October 14th to have the logo rotated 90 degrees. I did not receive any further communication stating that it had been fixed and was ready for my second review. Luckily, I happened to go back to the link a couple days later and noticed it had been updated. I then approved the proof online. A simple email to tell me it was ready for my review would have been nice. Additionally, an email saying my order was in production and the expected ship date would also have been nice. When I returned to the link a week later, I was unable to access anything telling me the status of my order.

I wish there was an option for different colored paper (other than white). Other than that very happy with my order.

AnyPromo worked with me through a whole bunch of samples and logo until my customers were completely satisfied.

You can obviously see the seam in the plastic and on most of them my logo is printed right on the seam. I will order elsewhere or a different style pen next time.

The pen quality is good... not great and the print job was kind of ok, not so clear to read my Century 21 logo. For the price paid I got my money's worth but feel this could have had a better job. I would probable rate 3 stars but price was really good.

I was working with a local company to order my promotional products and I was dropped through the cracks on more than one occasion. I was frustrated and decided to try something different. I love these pens. The print came out much better than expected. The quality for the price is awesome. Their service is unbelievable. I was indecisive (because this is my first small business) and they had to redo my proof 2 more times and I ended up back with their original suggestion. with all that, they were patient and polite. Once approved my pens were printed and to me in a couple of days! Super! They not only look great, but they write good!

Pens look great and the pens are excellent quality. We did have a handful of pens where white logo seemed blurry and/or the logo was smeared and showed stamp edges. Overall, very pleased with product.

Love the pen. The silver pen w/purple that I initially chose wasn't in stock so I had to choose the silver w/black pen, however AnyPro printed my graphics in purple ink and it looked great! The pen writes very smoothly as well.

Some of the pens weren't twisted all the way shut when they arrived. But the pen itself writes well and is a lightweight plastic.

Great value for the money. Pens write smooth and ink flows immediately on the first use. My 3rd order of this style pen. Silver color combined with the sleek shape does makes the pen appear feminine. When I selected blue with black trim and white with blue trim the pen did not have a feminine appearance. Very versatile and color choices change up the appearance. Wish you had a grab bag selection of mixed color combos.

These are one of my favorite style pens - Just wish the dark red/black ones were available for my purchase. Ended up going with the dark blue/black. They came out as expected though and delivered rather quickly.

The pens arrived quickly and met all our expectations. We went with a white tube and black trim. Our logo is black. The tube was more of a matte white instead of a shinny gloss white, which we really liked. The pens write great and we received several compliments already. We are completely satisfied!

The product is great. The printing wasn't right. Good enough since we are so close to the event, but part of the image was missing.

The pens look good and have a great weight and feel. The only downside is that a lot of the pens were open in the packaging. As a result, several pens were damaged by ink. Hopefully, we can still clean these.
