The proof was crisp and clear. However, it did not match the final product. The blue background bled into the white lettering making it difficult to read. The small size of the font in our logo may have been a contributing factor. A large font logo would likely look less "fuzzy."

The quality of the smart phone wallet is great. Although the size of the wallet is just a bit small. I would recommend increasing the thickness to allow more ID cards, business cards and credit cards.

I had a personal experience which made buying from them again great! Changed my order once and Ana @ AnyPromo was fast and made sure the change was implemented. I bought the phone pockets after seeing them in my office. The ones I received were thicker and will probably be more durable but it also made the pocket very tight.

The material they are made of is of good quality. We did like them and so have our clients. They relay the message that we want to send our clients, which is we are here to help you, in very little words.

Not the best quality. Received other 4oz cotton samples from other companies but this one arrived way thinner than expected and a lot of thread hanging off.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Communication via email was prompt. Product preview was a bit off setting, but when the product arrived, the logo print was a bit bigger than we saw it on the preview. Which is great! Greatly appreciated for their services.

At first I was disappointed that we didn’t have enough time for a 3-color print but it looks fabulous in one color (black). It’s a perfect bag for what we wanted. Perfect size and lightweight.

The bag is much thinner than I expected. But they did a great job with the logo and the color is vibrant.

It's cotton, and is in good shape when it arrives. A little smaller and thinner than I thought it would be, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. The customer service people have been very responsive if I've had questions.

The artwork and the screen printing are superb. Great job, AnyPromo. However, that is what bumps this up from 2 stars to 3. "Cotton Canvas" is a term of art, and a certain weight and density is inherent in the term. These bags are cotton, and woven, but they are not canvas. The fabric is so thin, that holding the double-layer of a bag up to the light, you can see right through it. Only order this bag if it is not intended to carry any weight. Once again, great artwork and screen printing, but the description of this bag should be "Lightweight Cotton...Tote"

Easy to order

They are lightweight, but look like a high quality pen. The silicone grip is comfortable and a good size. My only complaint is that some of the metal backings (where the clicker piece is) comes off in shipping.

Our logo was imprinted clearly and the pen itself is spectacular! We ordered 1,000 pens and out of those, maybe 5 of the clips broke off... that's a really low percentage of defective units! We ordered the blue pen with blue ink and it is a really awesome pen! Writes very smooth and doesn't smear!

Absolutely one of the best buy decisions I have made in a long time. First off, these pens were far less expensive than the ones we were using. The first thing I noticed right off, was the fact that customer was taking them left and right. With the older pens, we couldn't give them away. Highly highly recommend this purchase. They are AFFORDABLE, COMFORTABLE TO USE and VERY CLASSY LOOKING.

The look and logo are great, but the writing quality of the ink isn't that great. The pen writing seem cheap and doesn't meet my expectations.

I received my order of these pens about a month ago and am disappointed. The number of pens that I've experienced already that don't work (ink is not coming out) is high. This pen is definitely not high quality.

The writing on the pen is a bit small. The point does not come out as far as I would like it when you are writing with it.

We were very skeptical of ordering from a company that guaranteed us they would meet our short delivery for a convention. Our usual supplier didn’t make any promises nor have the perfect size so we tried anypromo. Fantastic is my word for the product, the on-time delivery and Ava my customer service rep! If I need promotional materials again these guys will be my pick! Oh and the big boss said she “loved” the handout driving people to our booth to chat for a printed bag. They were exactly what I was looking for. Actually a little bigger than I expected, which wasn't a bad thing at all! I haven't used them for anything super significant so I can't comment on how sturdy they are but we used them as goody bags for our open house and will be using some for our marketing events as giveaways.

The bag and print came out great, but over time the bag got worn down and many of them ripped. I would go with a thicker bag than this one.

Perfect size, good quality and with the imprint it looks fabulous! In the picture it looks like it would hold up straight up, but it does not and this was one of reasons why we ordered it. Still satisfied with how they look.

The material is lighter than paper. Really poor quality - highly disappointed. Also, the picture makes it look like the bag can stand up with a wide base, but in fact the bags do not have the ability to stand up even when filled. Quality is really poor.

These bags are great give-a-way items for events. They hold a lot of weight. The artwork turned out great and the company was very easy to work with figuring out exactly how I wanted the artwork to look.

The only reason I hesitate to order is that they do not send samples for review. Despite large orders the rep would not mail me an inexpensive tote bag without charging shipping. It is difficult to judge dimensions and quality based on online description alone.

We ordered these bags as a way to promote our business. We wanted a bag that would be functional, durable, appealing and affordable. This bag definitely met our expectations, it stands out from all of the other grocery bags! It is a "tote" which makes it wider and bigger than the regular square bags. The quality is good for the price and the graphics came out bright and clear. I will be reordering these as soon as we run out.

I love the products, the prices are great and the finished items look sharp. The order process was fairly easy to maneuver and the orders went out and were delivered within the time frame promised. Sadly I had to have it delivered to an address in the US, which was a bit of a pain since I'm in Canada, but I managed.

It looks great!! And I loved the logo that was created for me. The letters and spacing were perfect. Only thing I would add is a cardboard bottom to make it more sturdy. I don't remember if it was available and I didn't order it, or if it wasn't available.

AnyPromo was prompt and helpful! Two things that would have improved our experience: the ability to upload a graphic on the website and see a preview of the graphic on the product immediately, and a wider range of colors (we really wanted more of a crimson than plain red). We received the products when we needed them, and they were successful as marketing tools!

The products came out nicely and in a timely manner (I was not in a rush to get them, things might be different if I needed them quickly). Customer Service was a bit cold during the final approval correspondence.

Love this product for the price! Only improvement could be if it had a plastic bottom insert to help it hold it's shape. Bottom is 7-1/2" x 12" so we just put a piece of 8-1/2" x 11" card stock in each bag for a bottom.

The bags I ordered were much better than I expected. The shipping was super fast and as promised were delivered on time. I liked the status updates every step of the way! I would order from this company again without hesitation.

Great item, shipped ahead of schedule and was able to make adjustments on our layout.

I like that these bags are lightweight and the printing area is sufficient to accommodate my logo and imprinting. It is large enough to be used to actually carry something does not feel like I was giving something just to get my name out, but was thoughtful enough to bring something of value to my clients. The artist rendering of my logo was wonderful and they are to be commended for turning a photograph into a graphic!

It has been a very good experience working with you. The only thing I had trouble with was finding where to change a credit card and the wrong one was charged. Not a big deal but not 100% smooth :)) All is well.

Design to Delivery everything was well coordinated. The only reason I gave four is being in CA the delivery was bit late. Other than that I would recommend AnyPromo to one and all.

The only complaint I have is that when I placed my order, until I hit "submit", I thought I would receive the product sooner than I did. It was still within my needed time frame, but for a moment, the two week delay felt a bit like a bait and switch. Still happy with the results and the product, but it might be something to think about moving forward.

The bags were just what I was looking for in a budget bag. The color (I ordered the purple) were the same as shown in the picture. The logo we provided was on point and the color was exactly what we wanted. I'm pleased with how they turned out.
