- Madison Gonzalez P.These are really great and fun giveaways, but unfortunately, they item itself is not very durable and most of them seemed to have some kind of issue, like broken leg or missing tire rubber. The printing on the side was perfect, but the product didn't hold up.
- Megan C.Hi, I don’t usually write reviews because I work a lot of hours and don’t have much time. However, I am taking the time to write this one. I am a small business owner and, therefore, interface with many companies when I need to order products. This company’s customer service deserves an A+! Akira and her team answered all of my questions, were prompt with my product creation & delivery, and, best of all kept me informed the whole way. Then, personally checked up with me to ask if I received my product and if I was pleased with it. Yes and Yes! I highly recommend this company for your promotional products!!!! I think a lot of companies today have lost the value of great customer service, that is not the case here. Akira and her team did a fantastic job. Thank you!!!
- Karen Thibault T.Although our clients loved these, the knob on the top on quite a few of them needed to be re-glued. They were loose or coming out.

- MICHELLE P.Plus: Great gift for clients. Negative: We had to look at each individual flower pot to make sure both pieces were in and turned the packaging so the logo was facing out instead or being covered.
- Steve M.Much smaller than we anticipated. There's a hole in the bottom as well and it doesn't come with a plastic base for the water to drain out.

Both were a pleasure to work with, and the customization process was super easy. Mike was particularly responsive and quick when it came to finalizing my order and sending me tracking updates. Overall these are super cute and I'd definitely recommend them for any event.

Nice lightweight tote with a natural, reusable look. It is practical for trade shows, events, and giveaways while still feeling more polished than a basic bag.
- Anonymous M.AnyPromo always works well with us but they went above an beyond to assist with a situation that came up. Carlos Alvarado was very patient and helped us to come to a resolution that worked for all. Thanks, Carlos.

The design process was simple. I was kept inform the entire time and shipping was super quick. The bags are ready good and will be perfect for what we needed them for.
- Jennifer W.I was told I would receive a call back with a question I had but never did.
- Theresa Crooks C.The product looks good; Eva Andrade and Marvin Marroquin were both a lot of help on this order.
- Tina Arends A.A solid eco-friendly tote that’s lightweight yet durable. Made from recycled 80 GSM polypropylene, it’s great for groceries, events, or everyday use. Heat-sealed seams hold up well, and the handles feel comfortable even with heavier items. Simple, practical, and a good sustainable choice.
