- Andi Bill A.The rating for AnyPromo.com is a 3 out of 5, but the rating for Milton at customer service is a 5 out of 5. I ordered two different cutting boards, one was rectangular two-toned bamboo and the other was circular and came with a knife. The first time they shipped me the initial order, the rectangular one had the wrong logo and it was placed upside down and the circular one had the logo off-centered. Both had varying colors of engraving, but that depends on the wood, so I can't blame them for uneven burning. After a dozen or so back-and-forth emails they sent replacements. This time the logo design, location, and orientation matched the approved proof for both cutting boards. However, the rectangular one was still not centered, the spacing is 2.5 inches to the left and 2 inches to the right, so I'm assuming it's a calibration issue with their laser machines. It was much better this time around, so I kept it because from start to finish it's been 6 weeks. I might use them again, but it's not as great of a deal as I initially imagined. What they say is true, you can't have cheap, fast, and good. In this case, it was just one out of three. The customer service was excellent though. They were very responsive to emails and even called to follow up during the entire process. Milton was polite, professional, and helpful.
- Tatianna A.Experience was super easy and fast. Roberto was very responsive and helpful! Will order from the company again.

- Daisy A.I've ordered many of items from AnyPromo and have had all good experiences, however one of the products came in with some defects and I needed to get it replaced. I worked with Juanita Zamora and she was exceptional in assisting with this. The items were replaced and look great and I didn't have any problems with the returns/replacements. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but AnyPromo and Juanita Zamora still have it.

Both were a pleasure to work with, and the customization process was super easy. Mike was particularly responsive and quick when it came to finalizing my order and sending me tracking updates. Processing and shipping are also very quick. The cardboard wraparound label is a little fragile, but it allows for you to display 2 different logos (one on the cardboard and another on the pot itself). Overall these are super cute and I'd definitely recommend them for any event.

Large and lightweight.
- Lisa Phillips L.Great cotton tote. Feels like it should last quite a while as well
- Stefany J.Simple and sturdy. This would be a good small daily tote. Not big enough for a stack of books, which is what I usually buy for.
- Mandy M.i love this bag!
- Jen E.perfect size cotton bag, nice quality
- Tia V.I really like this tote. It has a simple, natural look and feels like something people would actually reuse for groceries, errands, or events.
- Anonymous M.I like that this bag had a bottom piece to make it more stable. I got the denim color and LOVE it.
- Leah B.This bag is super cute! It has a bottom in it so it keeps its shape. It also has a cool marketing take - this bag was once cotton. See photo. My only slight hesitation is the thickness of the bag - I'd like it to be a little heavier to support the weight.
- Lis D.I love the material this is made from. It is 'favorite t-shirt' soft and it has a sturdy base that is inserted so it protects items in the bottom
- Heather S.The order experience was good, but was disappointed in the quality of the bags we purchased. They did not look like the picture. They are very thin material and feel cheap. I would not purchase this item again.
- Megan P.They are cute! They will work perfect for our office event where they will be give to our patients.
- Dale E.Happy with the totes overall! Clear graphics, quick shipping and receiving. They have a hard bottom which I was not expecting and are a little smaller than I anticipated. Overall, very happy with the decision and will suite our needs well.

Ceramic Planter Set
Reviews (12)
Cute planters, easy to ship and transport, however, the description and picture are not as arrived. They are not plants but plant pellets in shrink wrapped dirt, which makes sense, but it is helpful to know in case someone was wanting to use asap and though they would arrive like the picture showing a full grown plan ... they are cute containers though!

Flower Pot Set With Basil Seeds

really cute. carboard wrapper thing was covering the logo we had printed, and is super loose so that it's a bit fragile to handle without the soil pellet and seeds falling out.
- GREG M.The service people were very helpful and we received the product right on time. The product was in a nice container with our logo and address on it.
- MICHELLE P.Plus: Great gift for clients. Negative: We had to look at each individual flower pot to make sure both pieces were in and turned the packaging so the logo was facing out instead or being covered.
- Steve M.Much smaller than we anticipated. There's a hole in the bottom as well and it doesn't come with a plastic base for the water to drain out.
- Gabrielle L.The paper cover covered over our logo on the piece
- John A.This was one of the cutest gifts ever and all the guests loved it. It was exactly the way it looked and described. Am very happy with AnyPromo's quick shipments and customer support.

- Mandi A.Jennifer is the service rep who assisted me. She was great in tweaking our logo which is normally very colorful so that it would work fabulously in a single color ink stamp. Can not wait to share these with our clients!
- Kristine G.I had a terrific experience with Jorge and the entire team at AnyPromo. We had an item that needed to be produced within a very short deadline, and once I was in contact with them over the phone people were very friendly. As soon as I was put in touch with Jorge over the phone (to make matters a bit more confusing, I live in Israel so the time difference is significant!) he made sure that I felt well taken care of and kept me updated every single step of the way. His service was spectacular, and I would be thrilled to use and recommend your services again, because of Jorge!
