The product is good and will be a hit. We actually found this item cheaper on another promo site and gladly, anypromo.com met the lower price. However, we asked for the logo to be put on the back of the item since it did not show up well on the front. They agreed. It came printed on the front. I feel like any promo.com just sells and doesn't really care about smaller orders. But even $200 is huge to us for our small business. We have had issues of late with poor quality and received a partial refund but it was not pretty.
