These bags are great. The only thing is if they are very full sometimes the handles give way. We have a preschool and are very happy the bags are easily cleaned to keep germs away.

The straps aren't long enough to comfortably place on your shoulder. When resting on your shoulder, the bag sits right under your armpit.

Bag handle not as long as I would have liked but I will make it work. I also need something that has a closure so I will look for other items.

The bag was just as ordered and expected. Shipping was standard and fairly quick, but we were not in a hurry for the item.

The bags are durable, a great size and the color red is a true red. I wish the imprint area was larger. I chose silver for my imprint which was not the best choice as it doesn't really show up. I wish the company had strongly suggested black or another dark color. That's why I gave only 4 stars.
