Rosa was excellent with communicating important information. HUGE hit with the clients that were at our health fair. I run a resort in Hawaii and I used these for the keys to my cottages.

Best Color I bought this item, it is an attractive product and I was pleased with the imprint. I had been pleased with the quality and loved the fact that it may be recycled if broken.

Color ordered was out of stock but I wasn't notified until proof was approved and it was to late to go somewhere else. White logo on red ball was ordered. I received clear ball with white logo and you can't see logo at all. I was assured from customer service that I didn't need to change logo to black, that white logo would look good. After being told balls shipped customer service called to say balls were out of stock and ordered couldn't ship till after our event was over. The entire experience was disappointing.
