start of order through receipt was VERY fast. proof process was easy and accurate. customer service was helpful when contacted with questions about proof. price was the best for the quantities I needed. I only took a star away because the imprint isn't straight on all of them in this order. then again, for what I paid, i'm not too concerned. i would definitely order again.
