Anibal was very kind and helpful in processing 2 payments for my order today. Not only did he listen to me tell him how the one payment was to be put through your system (your accounting department is not given the tools to resolve this issue on their own), he also offered me the option of writing an email for him to forward to the IT department so that this issue does not happen in the future. AND, he took the time to read the notes from 2019 to understand the issue and how to resolve it from your end. He was pleasant to work with and took the steps to be sure payment was made on our order so that it could proceed to production.
