- Mary M.Our church has been doing business with AnyPromo since Sept 2009. It has always provided the service we needed except when my normal contact rep Rosy Garcia was out on maternity leave. Rather than discuss all that happened when the glass was half empty last year 2014. It is my pleasure to discuss glass half full this year 2015. When placing my semi annual order and Rosy G answered the line I lit up. I thanked her for being back. And let her know no one else handles customer service like her. Rosy is proficient, courteous, professional and very pleasant to work with. Without going into details, I let her know I will ask for her only, if she is not available I will keep trying until I reach her.

I had to do my design twice because the first time I didn't know what the dimensions were and so when they sent the draft back they had inverted the color and it was even smaller. But then they had the dimensions available so I was able to redo it maximizing the dimensions. Once I did that it was much better and I was happy in the end.!
