My experience with AnyPromo was calming, hassle-free, and overly accommodating. I set up everything online Sunday, April 28, 2019 then called the company about 8:00 am, Monday, April 29, 2019. DJ (Derrett Coleman) was the first person I had spoken with to start this process. DJ assisted me with everything. He even helped me to have a better understanding of the Free Rush/Free Screen print promo. And, because of that I was able to get the delivery time needed. I greatly appreciated him helping me find a print for my order. I originally had to screen prints, but he explained to me that if I chose full-color, then I would not receive my product by the date needed and also, full color did not qualify for the current promos. I explained to purpose for the product I was ordering. I explained to him I was purchasing them to give as gifts to delegates visiting from other countries to our 2019 International Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses. The theme is Love Never Fails. He told me his Design Team could easily help create something for me. While talking, little did I know that DJ kindly searching for ideas online for me. He sent me an example and we brainstormed on how to make it unique to fit the Atlanta, Georgia area. We decided to make the letter /O/ in love a peach and the zero in 2019 a peach. By the time I finished my entire order, I noticed I had been on the phone for 47 minutes. This showed his patience and thoroughness. The next thing was to wait for the proof; which I received the next day, Monday, April 29, 2019. Briana Reed emailed me to identify herself my Customer Service Rep. Unfortunately, when I reviewed my proof, it was not what DJ and I set up even though it was notated in the Notes' section. I called in to speak with DJ, but he was gone for the day. So, I asked for Briana, but she wasn't available. But, Daija Frederick said, "if it's about your proof, I'm pretty sure I'll be able to assist you with it." She was polite and kind when saying it. I explained to Daija that it was wrong. She looked at the note, the proof and agreed with me. That gave me immediate relief. Daija told me she would go over to the Art Department to explain the error and informed me it would be a 1-2 minute hold. I appreciated her giving me a heads-up on the time versus letting me sitting on hold and not knowing when she would return. Daija returned promptly indicating the Art Department said they would fix the error quickly and email the new proof. I was becoming a little worried about my deliver date and expressed it to Daija. She said the date wouldn’t be affected but would go back to the Art Department to confirm with them if things would still be on schedule as planned. Daija politely advised me of the 1-2 minute hold. Briana emailed the updated proof and was wrong again. It wasn’t anything that Daija had done. The error was coming from the Art Department. I explained to Briana what DJ and I had set up. I told her he put a note in the note’s section. She read it and said, “yes, it clearly says to make the letter /O/ in love a peach and the zero in 2019 a peach.” One of the misprints that had the peach in 2019 looked very nice. So I asked Briana if it was possible to send me 2 screen print proofs. She said of course. One proof would be of the letter /O/ in peach and the zero in 2019 would be of a solid silhouette (black) peach and the second proof would be a peach outline. Briana said with confidence, ease, and it’s not a problem tone that she could have that done. She said it was an easy thing to do and not a bother at all. I was truly impressed because most places would say, no, we can’t do that. It has to be one proof or we will charge you. Briana did let me know that because it was the nearing closing time that I would receive my proof the next day, Tuesday, April 30, 2019 and it would not affect my delivery date. The next morning, Tuesday, April 30, 2019, I called to check on the proof. I called DJ’s direct number. I explained to him everything that happened. I told him I was not upset, slightly disappointed but not upset. The reason being is that Daijia and Briana exhibited great customer service manners. They were very soothing and spoke to me like this is an easy fix, we will get the just how you want it. DJ checked on everything and informed me that my proof was on it’s way. It wasn’t that he went to rush it thru, he was just checking in on things. I received both proofs a few hours later. When I opened the email from Briana, I saw the tabs saying proof 1 and proof 2. I was so excited and thinking how nice of them. Then I opened each proof. It literally bought me to tears because the solid peach design was what I envisioned as well as the peach outline. I was impressed and satisfied with the Art Department. I was impressed because they kept fixing it until I was happy. I was satisfied because it was what I wanted. Derrett, Daijia, Briana, and the Art Department did an amazing job as a team. They truly showed that Anypromo means we will do anything you like and no matter how many tries. This is the link to the convention I was getting gifts for those attending from other countries. Hopefully you can find a convention in your area to just drop in to see. There are some in Long Beach and Ontario running from June to August. Thank you very much and I will return for future items. LH
