Then I remembered that Juanita had reached out to me a week or so earlier. I emailed Juanita, told her what I was looking for she found it quickly. Thank you Juanita!

Karen was exceptional and very attentive to my inquiries about a specific bookmark. She replied to my emails within a very, very short amount of time, too, so there was never any wasted time waiting to hear back from her. My (many) questions were answered and my issue was resolved within 24 hours. Very attentive customer service! Thank you!

These are wonderful promo items for tradeshows and conferences. We've ordered them twice and each time customer service has been fantastic, and production/shipping has been quick. I definitely recommend these.

2nd round of ordering these. We love them.

These tape measures are good quality, a great size, and have a clear depiction of our logo! We are very satisfied!

These tape measures were an absolute hit—every single office reviewer gave them 5 stars! Sturdy, practical, and just the right size, they’ve quickly become the most requested item. A must-have promo item that truly delivers!

Excellent experience! Gerson Lobos helped me with the entire process and was wonderful to work with. My order came on time and the product looks wonderful.

Great Customer service Tape measures were perfect. Johana followed up to make sure i was pleased with the order

I worked with Derrett Coleman on an order for promotional products and found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the process.

I ordered these tape measures years ago. We own a real estate company and would give them out to clients that were purchasing a home to use while home shopping. The challenge we had with these is when you extend the full 10', many times, the tape would not recline...it would just get stuck sitting 10' out and you'd have to throw it away. Not good quality. We stopping giving them out to clients after this kept recurring.

Akira was my customer service representative throughout my order, she made my experience great and Akira made my online order very easy. Her knowledge of the product, attention to detail, keeping me informed of where my order was and she showed excellent customer service. Because of Akira, I will gladly order from AnyPromo in the future.

Very nice tape measure and quality . You can beat it, I was concerned at first due to the low price point but after getting sample I was pleased.

Great, durable, excited to give them out to people! They came quickly, in great condition, and reasonably priced.

GREAT QUALITY , CUSTOM LOOK . CUSTOMERS USE THESE IN OUR SHOWROOM AND NOW WANT TO TAKE HOME BECAUSE THEY LOOK SO GOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a customized order on short notice. From the customer service agent (Eva), to the warehouse, to our service representative Rosa - I feel like everyone worked as a unit to help us get our item on time. They were also so concerned about the look that they asked for a second approval before continuing (it did look good too!). Thank you AnyPromo!

These metal locking measuring tapes have been very popular in the past. I ordered these in silver with our logo in silver and the result was fantastic! They feel sturdy, not cheap and our logo is clear and crisp.

not as long as I expected, but branding quality was perfect.

Eva Andrade was amazing from start to finish. She even emailed me the day after receiving my order to verify that it was what i expected. That speaks volumes to us folks as first timers on the Any Promo website. Especially trying to design! Thanks Eva, we will be returning customers for all of our company needs. Kimberly

Missing 1 piece from order. Already waiting for a replacement to be sent to us. Hoping customer service does not forget to send

Juanita is quick in answering questions and getting our order fulfilled.

Just how we ordered it. Print is clear and each tape measure is individually wrapped. This is our second order. We are well pleased.

Ordering process was straightforward and easy. Production time was reasonable and shipped as promised. Promotional product looks great! Delivery was delayed 1 day but that was UPS's fault.

So it's cute, but the quality is not what I would have expected. The tape is difficult to pull out and it doesn't roll back in very smoothly.

Hope the merchandise is as good as the ordering!
