From the moment I placed my order my experience was great! The website was EZ to navigate. I was in a time crunch so I reached out to “chat” where Joel responded. Joel was so great on chat and passed on what I needed to Victoria. Victoria was outstanding! I submitted everything that was needed (artwork etc.) and Victoria made the changes that I needed VERY promptly! I had a few changes adding placement etc. and Victoria made those changes very quickly and sent them back for approval. My order was not charged until I accepted my proof. Victoria also reached out to make sure we were within my timeframe as I needed the order for an upcoming conference. My order arrived earlier than expected! I will be ordering again from this company! Also, for reference, the end product is better in person than my pictures submitted show:)

These tape measures meet our needs. So far this is the best price we've found on these. We give them away to clients in a gift bag, so keeping the price down is important. We order the white tape measures and then apply our own clear, professionally printed sticker. That way we get the appearance of four-color printing, which you cannot get on these items.

Sadly the red case is actually more of a pink/coral color, so the white logo doesn't stand out like we expected. Had I known this, I would have went with a black logo on the yellow case. Quality is ok, but color is off.

I had a question about an item so had to call Customer Service. After she answered my question, I was disappointed that since I had her on the phone that she couldn't just take my order over the phone but instead directed me to your online process. I then had a question during the online ordering process and had to call again.

I worked with Derrett Coleman on an order for promotional products and found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the process.

I ordered these tape measures years ago. We own a real estate company and would give them out to clients that were purchasing a home to use while home shopping. The challenge we had with these is when you extend the full 10', many times, the tape would not recline...it would just get stuck sitting 10' out and you'd have to throw it away. Not good quality. We stopping giving them out to clients after this kept recurring.
