Supreme Refillable Pocket Flint Lighter

These matches in the cute little glass bottle are awesome. Super happy with these and clients love them.

They are absolutely perfect! They are exactly what I imagined they'd look like. Great quality & I appreciate the advice the graphic designer recommended for best quality print. We've already started handing them out to the receptionist and other staff in our building. We cant wait to see what our candles turn out to look like!

We had a few rounds of art revisions and our rep Gabriel Martinez was totally on top of it. Fast turnarounds and super efficient. Bravo!

Jeannette helped me place my order at Any Promo and was super great!

The customer service was great, thank you Taylor, and the product is beautiful! I will use this company again

Taffy Smith is really patient and sweet when she was helping me. Great attitude, I would love to work with her long term!

Rosa was super helpful and was patient with my revision requests to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Happy with how everything turned out.f

we love the lighter but its not great in the wind and it shoots sparks on occasion, typical of a flint lighter.

Johana was a pleasure to work with. All items arrived on time and looked perfect for what we were needing. We will be ordering more products in the future.

Knowledgeable and helpful when placing orders. I used the chat option and got just what I needed.

We are very happy with the solid-colored lighters with our logo imprinted on them. They turned out great!

Everything from the start was easy and simple to navigate through the site! I ordered a bunch of lighters and they came out perfect to what I expected them to be! Roberto P. was very friendly and straight forward with all the information I needed.

My design looks great on these lighters! Very glad that it was simple to order and fast to receive! Very happy with my order.

Johana was amazing and very communicative. And I received my shipment on the date promised. Will be reordering from her.

Any promo did an excellent job on the lighters. I will definitely be using them again for promo items

Great experience, great customer service and speedy delivery! Thank you Victoria Alanis for all your help, we are definitely satisfied.

Ordering our custom lighters was quick and easy! Our customer service representative, Yohana, kept us updated throughout the whole process. We have been ordering many products from many companies for a promotional event, and AnyPromo has truly been the best experience out of them all. Our products were delivered in great quality and time. Thank you!

everything was delivered on time for our event and our sales rep and customer service rep were so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed on time. We will be using them again for our event giveaways.

DJ and Alyssa have been amazing!! They went above and beyond to make sure I had the items I needed within my short window of time for an event. I am super pleased with how everything has turned out so far! We cannot wait for the next event so that we can use their services again!!

Better than expected because we were worried the fine print was not going to be legible and Taylor Camo was helpful and efficient.

Taffy, have a beautiful personality! And great customer service!

BRENDA MOLINA is very helpful and responsive.

great service

I received the product on time and they look great!!!

It was excellent speaking to Taffy, she was so knowledgeable and kind. I look forward to working with her in the future with all my anypromo needs.

My first experience with AnyPromo was quick & easy. The item was customized with our firm logo and messaging and arrived quickly and as ordered. Briana Reed was very responsive and an excellent customer service rep. I'll be back when our inventory runs low!

Eva helped us with our initial order and she was wonderful. Unfortunately we had some items missing from our order but the customer service has been fantastic. Jazmin contacted us right away and they started production and replaced the missing items very quickly with very little to no fuss.

Eva Andrade is so helpful! She is my fav customer service rep to work with from Any promo! All my products arrived on time, and Eva helped us make sure everything was the proper color and size! Thank you again for the great service!

very disappointed in the image that is printed. iv seen other peoples lighters and their image is a lot better. the image quality is not the same on all the lighters even. some of them you can’t even read. very disappointed after knowing what i paid. :(

Eva A was wonderful. She is terrific at customer service

Amazing customer service provided by Rebeca! She was very thorough and helped guide my project from start to finish with east.

Great buying experience. Very happy with the customer service from start to finish. Eva is an asset to your company!! Would recommend to all.

Victoria Alanis communication and customer service skills are outstanding!

Very Professional and Prompt

They came out excellent Look great, and nice turbo flame Very pleased with quality

Ok. At some point you expect someone to drop the ball in business but in the case of Promo.com and specifically the team of L&L (Leo&Lourde) it just never happens . Another great experience at Promo.com!

They turned out amazing! The Customer Service Gets 5 Stars Too!!

Juan C was fantastic help through the chat. Never had to pick up the phone and he took care of everything for us. Highly recommend.

great job

Went as expected. No issues and prompt service

Great quality and quick delivery. I would recommend to anyone.

I constantly contacted with updates on the order, which I appreciated so I always knew exact delivery times. I also appreciated seeing different mockup versions to approve prior to being charged. The design team actually made some good recommendations when print was too small. Any issues were remedied quickly. Thank you. KimberlyMeyerMusic.com

I had a wonderful experience with AnyPromo. Mauricio M was great and very helpful. He was so good that I will more than likely chose to work with him on each of my orders. He was very patient and help me with all my questions and details. Thank you Melanie Robinson Glitzy Gal Treasures

I love my cooler Koozie they came out just the way I wanted!! Thank you so much for helping me and being patient w me will definitely order again❤️

Website is very easy to navigate. Turnaround was immediate Thank you!

Victoria Alanis was amazing to work with - the ordering was easy - communications was awesome - and the finished product for the price exceeded my expectations. The first of many orders that I will make through Victoria. Steve Williams

Inexpensive and quick turnaround. Very happy with product but would recommend another color other than white on navy, slightly blurry but does the trick. Can't beat the price.

Roberto did a wonderful job explaining the process. I will use this company again

I had to change my order twice and it didn't phase the salesperson at all. I was taken care of very quickly so I could take care of my customer!

The bottle coozies turned out great! Leo, our anypromo rep, helped us get the order rushed and delivered on time. Great customer service!

I have ordered tradeshow products a few times from AnyPromo.com, and I'll definitely order more in the future. Briana always provides great customer service, and my orders always arrive quickly.

Super easy to navigate!

Rosa Martin, Customer Service Manager, is the best!!!!!

Happy with overall look, quality of item and the print quality. These will be well-received. Nice color selection, too.

Fulfilled my expectation on quality. Excited to use this to promote our business to customers. Will be a repeat customer going forward.

5 star product & experience. Brenda was very helpful & friendly, I will be a repeat customer & will recommend this company in the future.

Product is of great quality and a step up from your regular daily Koozie give aways. Highly recommend it. Thanks to Akira, my customer service rep at AnyPromo she made something impossible, possible.

They turned out fantastic and your staff was wonderful to work with. I also received them a day before expected. Thank you!

Good quality at good price. the price was reasonable for an inexpensive giveaway for Wilds 2nd Annual Golf & Charity Outing. I liked the size and the overall product. I liked the print of the logo.

Great quality and great price. The design team did a nice job on the set-up and print. loved the vibrant color. Great item for the cost, ideal for our needs.

Great product.our members love these as awards~ Everybody was happy at our conference.

We will always be pleased with the items and work we've received from Anypromo. Great item.

We love them and will be getting ready for another order. We have not been dispointed, the graphic team did a great job creating our very detailed logo even though there was a possibility of a fill in which would not give us the look we wanted- It worked out perfect and we had no issues :)

They came out great. It's nice to offer them as well as the standard Koozies. Great giveaway at events and trade shows.

Very nice koozies exactly what I was looking for! and seamless ordering process everyone was attentive and had great customer service!

Working with AnyPromo was fantastic and the next time I need to order customized items, they will be my go-to again and again. Working with Eva Andrade was great - her communication was top notch and she put a lot of care/follow ups to make sure everything was correct. I also have to say 10/10 for communication, because it seems this day you can never get ahold of anyone with everything being online. She returned my calls quickly and I appreciated that she shared her extension to be able to reach her. Thank you Eva & AnyPromo!!!

The products are great! But one of my items was shipped late and it arrived two days after my event.

I love the pens. The colors are great.

Mario was super great at helping me. He made suggestions and definitely helped me complete the order that was a last minute need for my place of business. Everything we received was wonderful and top tier! Appreciate all that Mario did for me. 10/10 Recommend!

The order process was simple, and I really appreciated them sending a mockup of the items for approval prior to fulfilling the order. Shipping was also really quick.

Easy process.

The pens came out great. We order the bule pens w/black lettering. It works great!!

Very nice products to choose from online.

Ordering process was easy and Madelin helped me select quality products within my busget and provided excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!!!

All was good

These pens turned out really well. They feel like a nice quality and I feel they will represent my brand well at a trade show.

We received great quality pens for a good price. Ordering online was a breeze and applying our tax exemption afterward was seamless, since this was our first order. Johana kept us updated throughout the process.

This was our first experience with Any Promo, so we were a bit nervous, but Eva Andrade and her team exceeded my expectations. The design we wanted to print was challenging. We had approved the artwork, knowing the type would print smaller than usual. We knew we were taking a bit of a risk but approved the artwork. Her team checked in with us after we gave the approval. They answered a few questions, and we came to a better version. We were incredibly impressed by the thoughtfulness and fantastic customer service this company has shown. The pens came out beautiful and are of great quality. All around, this was an excellent experience. Thank you! - Marketing & Design Team

Good

The pens turned out great! The process blue is striking! I will buy again. Highly recommend these pens. Came quickly too.

Eva Andrade kept me up to date on all phases of my order. She was very personable and efficient. Thank you.

on february 27 i ordered 500 pens i had some issues with my order, but at after all they call me and resolve all whats happens and fix everything very professional

Top notch customer service from Victoria A and Gabby S! My initial order had a mild imprint issue that had my logo slightly crooked on all of my pens. Submitted a request for review and I within about a week, a full set of corrected replacements showed up. Great experience and pens seem of good quality too.

I love the pens I ordered from AnyPromo!! DJ Coleman was absolutely wonderful to work with and quick to respond to my questions! Thank you so much for everything, DJ!!!

Exactly as my proof showed. Very pleased with the completed product. Colors are spot on and perfect.

Victoria was awesome with our order of printed pens. She had great communication and was quick to help us with a design. I will be ordering with her again!

The ink kept running out. Some of these pens lasted a week and then stopped writing. Others lasted a long time. It could be that they were old.

Alexias Barajas, is a wonderful representative to work with. She provided excellent communication on my order from start to finish. Even with several requests to edit the way the name on our pens was displayed, Alexias made placing this order an enjoyable experience. I look forward to ordering additional journals and pens In the near future.

These pens where so very well made. Love the way they write too, so smooth. The process is very easy to order too.

I didn't realize the hand sanitizer was clear and the white logo, so it's very hard to see. It would have been nice for someone to maybe mention it to me that it won't show up so I'd recommend advising customers of this so they are aware and can choose something different if they want. I somehow thought I was doing full color of my logo, not white. The product itself is great, but it is just hard to see my logo, which is the sole reason for purchasing this product is to brand myself with my customers.

I have been very happy with their service and product

Cynthia was amazing and sent me sample pens. Very kind and quick responses.

Really nice pen. This gives our organization a great reflection! We will definitely use this company again for our promotional products.

Thank you Riley, Abel and Pedro for a great job. I love my pens and will reorder again.

So far, so good. Order just placed.

I love my new pens! look very expensive and they were not! Order was shipped timely and I was notified each step of the way. thank you

Eva Andrade helped me so much throughout my design process. The customer service is unmatched! And I love my product on top of that! Thank you, Eva!

Very good so far

Eva is the best!!! She responded to my request right away and shipped my order earlier. She saved me! I would definitely order more because of her!! Thanks a million Eva!

Easy to do online order

Huge selection, Good Prices, and easy to use ordering software. Received order in timely manner and I love my pens!!

very easy to work with. everyone who works at this busines is great with detail, and if something is not working will call your attention to it.

They look great and write great will probably buy more in other colors, just bought one color this time to make sure they were good.

anypro worked with me to get the printing just right. it came out great, and I appreciated their attention to detail.

You people always want comments!!!! Stop!!!! It's anoying!!!

My overall experience was the best! Your customer service is EXCELLENT!!! They were very courteous, patient and professional. It’s not very often that you get to experience this. The pens were a hit, everyone loved them and the quality is exceptional. Thank you so much for your great work, especially Dante.

The pens more than met my expectations. The pens arrived ahead of schedule leaving a lt of worry behind. Will definately re-order as well as look at other items. Best of all prices were reasonable.

We have ordered our business pens from them already in the past and we had to restock. The process is always easy and simple, the shipping is very fast. Eva Andrade always checks up to make sure the order was made to your liking. And the pricing I don't feel you can beat. Great experience, they have earned our business for years to come!

We had a great experience with AnyPromo.com. Our pen order came in within a couple of weeks and the finished product looks great! I also appreciate the customer service touch; Dante Jackson reached out afterward to ensure we were happy with our order. It was nice to receive an email from an actual person instead of an automated check-in. We will definitely use AnyPromo.com again!

Looking forward to handing out my pens to clients. Pens are great to give because everyone needs one. Thanks for your help Eva Andrade!

I would highly reccommend this company. I ordered 500 logo pens, and their website was clear, and easy to navigate. They sent regular updates, not junk mail, and were responsive when I had questions. Eva Andrade was my super helpful service rep. The pens turned out great, would order from here again!

They look better than the picture. Printing looks great. Pens are very comfortable to hold. Great item for the price.

Great products, affordable prices! Got some pens and Akira was amazing to work with. She kept reaching out to ensure I was happy with my proofs/order. The artists were very helpful as well. One call took care of the job! Will be using again as long as the outcomes are like this!

Brenda, my customer service rep, was very helpful! Promo items came in on time, as promised... and the items look great.

These are great. They're cheap but great quality from the Koozie brand. The printing was perfect. We go through hundreds of these at our events. Everyone loves them.

It's fine. Clearly targeting the big corporations, which I'm not. Totally ok. That's what I expected!

Came out perfectly!

We've always been pleased with AnyPromo. The quality, speed, pricing, and customer service are top of the game. They are definitely the leader in promotional printed items. I recently had an ink color issue on my koozies and Christopher Aragon on the live chat support was great in helping fix the issue.

We recently ordered custom can coolers. The product came quickly and looks perfect too. Shoutout to Mario Martinez for his wonderful customer service!

Order was completed quickly. So far no issues. Product looks good

imprint is perfect and turn around time was faster than expected. Very pleased with these and anypromo

Roberto was great to work with from start to finish! Thank you!

JUANITA ZAMORA was a fabulous help! I thought it was going to be an awful automated system & I would get no where. Juanita was so fantastic! She took the time to help me order & make sure it was exactly what I wanted & needed! She explained every detail & answered every question I had. She was patient & kind!

Gabby M never ceases to please. She provides excellent service and always makes the sales process a real pleasure. Thanks Gabby! I will definitely order again soon.

Thanks for doing a great job Riley Haynie and Akira for taking care of my super cute metallic koozie order for my best friend's wedding. They turned out great and just like the proof. They also were delivered on time and in perfect condition. Thanks for the follow-up email to make sure that everything was to our liking.

I am very pleased with the quality of the Koozie can koolers that I ordered. They look Great! Can't wait to start sharing them with my clients.

I’m highly-satisfied with the quality of the product, the customer service and the overall experience. Our team was meeting for the first time since the pandemic and we wanted it to be special, so we looked into different merch items we can give our team members. We liked the cooler and decided to put our logo on it. Riley Haynie was extremely helpful and responsive every step of the way. Our biggest concern was getting the items on such a short notice but AnyPromo was able to accommodate this. When the merch arrived (on time!), we opened the box and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the coolers. It was a seamless overall experience and would order from them again.

We've ordered similar from several vendors. The quality of this product is better and at the same price or less. It won't keep as cold as a thick foam one but it does it's job. Plus is very packable for sales people to take with them on the road. Top all that off with great imprinting and fast fulfillment and it's a real winner. Same goes for the Zip-up Long Neck Bottle Koozies we ordered.

We direct shipped this product to our customer. When I checked on the order my customer said YES YES YES PERFECT!!! They look fantastic!! She needed them in a rush. Got them a day early and they looked fantastic!!

Could not be better

I love anypromo! Shopping is great. The only thing I wish is that the price would stay the same when I place reorders (and the item hasn't changed in value.) Thank you! Jana

Very fun giveaway for our event, anypromo does quick, high quality printing and works with your ideas to bring them to life!

Eva Andrave wonderful to work with! I would recommend Anypromo to anyone That needs gifts! Extremely accommodating! Ordered koozies For wedding favors design is perfect!

Always great ordering from AnyPromo and working with our sales rep Rosa Martin. The order process is easy and the product is always perfect.

Ordered these a few months ago. I just took them out to take to a function and was pleased to see my logo on them and how great they look. These were a great price. Thanks so much Any Promo!

EXACTLY what we ordered. I have ALWAYS received EXCELLENT customer service!!! I always receive my proof super quick and then the product arrives shortly after!!

Koozies came in right on time. They were packaged very well. Printing on the side was sharp, clear and look very good. Thanx for the good job.

Always above and beyond expectation!! This is why I keep coming back!! The quality exceeds, and shipping is always quick. Thank you!

I have dealt with many companies for promotional items through the years. Dealing with AnyPromo was by far my best experience. Sandra Felix is the person who made my experience great. She worked with me and kept in contact with me during the entire process, start to finish. I will definitely use AnyPromo for future orders.

We ordered koozies for the first time and were very happy with the quality and pricing. The turn around time was very quick!

Perfect

Perfect

the item is really nice

they are great quality for the most part. we had about 30 of them that the printing was off center on but they are still usable just look a little off.

I love the product, but think the shipping is ridiculous! For 2 small boxes of koozies (500 total) our shipping was over $100. Any Promo has told me numerous times that they just pass along the shipping to the customer and they don't have control over this. If I were them, I would change my carrier. $100 is way too expensive for shipping these extremely light and small boxes.

They turned out great! Good marketing piece for our business.

Great low cost koozie.

Good price for a really nice Koozie.

These are the perfect drink holders and came out perfectly. We will be reordering when we run out.

Just what I was looking for - and once we got past the fact that they don't ship to PO Boxes (which I couldn't find anywhere on the order form), they arrived quickly. I'll definitely be back here for other items in the future.

We always get our Koozies from AnyPromo!

The absolute ONLY complaint I have about the koozies is the expense of the shipping. To ship 1 large box (550) that wasn't even that heavy, it was over $103!!!! That's ridiculous! So be prepared to pay on shipping and include that in your price if you are planning on retailing them! Otherwise the koozies themselves are a great product.

The Budget Koozie Can Kooler is the coolest koozie normally seen. It's a fun product. The printing imprint was very professional looking. Satisfied customer & will order again!

Cheap, fast, does the job. Budget? You wouldn't know. These Koozies work for parties, events, etc. We give them out at career fairs and people try to take 5.

Perfect slim can coolie for our upcoming law enforcement golf tournament!

AWESOME JOB

Juan was great to work with, answered all my questions and helped me create my order. I've been a customer since 2018 and will continue to purchase from AnyPromo.

Fantastic product! The community loved getting them at our booth this year! They fit your venti Starbucks cups!
