I work with multiple companies handling an array of projects, with 1 of my primary being event coordination which often requires customized merchandise. I've been working with AnyPromo.com for many years and while I've encountered the occasional issue, the staff have always worked to provide a sufficient resolution and take care of both myself and my clients. I would highly recommend AnyPromo.com to anyone looking for quality of both product(s) and services for branded merchandise. And thanks Laura García for all your help on the most recent issue, you've been a delight to work with.

- Jalen Alexander C.I would highly recommend AnyPromo. The quality and pricing of the products is great and the customer service is outstanding. Our rep was Juanita Zamora, and she did a fabulous job assisting us with our artwork and order to ensure that it was done exactly right! Thank you!
- BB N.I was having difficulty ordering multi-pack colors of balloons and reached out to customer service via the little chat box. Jeannette quickly reached out to me and was able to smoothly and easily guide me to a new item that fit my needs (the one previously ordered was discontinued), and she also placed the order for me for the multiple color options. Jeannette made the whole process quick and painless and I very much appreciate the fast responses and service!
- Cayleigh A.Taffy was extremely kind while she worked with me. It was my first time ordering from the website for the company I work for. I had some questions and really wanted someone AnyPromo to review my order. I didn't want to make any mistakes. She was most helpful and insured my order was correct and I knew the process of approving orders. Thank you again Taffy! Thank you to AnyPromo for hiring such great employees, always treat them well!

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
-
No complaints, great basic item for give-aways
For what it is, this is a great item. Of course it would be nice if there were more colors but it is a 6-piece set and includes the basics. They lay down color, the natural wood is nice, and the print was high quality. I did black on natural.

Customer Service was phenomenal. I had a dedicated rep Mario Martinez sending emails every step of the way. Even when I thought I had lost my package - he was still helping me. We got a 30 oz tumbler that has a handle on the lid and a straw. Will be reaching out to order more. Thank you Mario!
- Katherine A.The items I ordered were good quality. I also had a wonderful customer Service Rep. Victoria Alanis, that stayed on top of things.
- V. Black A.Received "can do" service from Jeannette and the Art Department for getting my order placed and ready for production. The cord keepers were imprinted and then delivered on time for my exhibit! Thank you team!!
- Laura Rydberg A.Jeannette was a pleasure to work with, she was able to edit our design with ease to ensure the best looking print on our tumblers we purchased!
- Shelby A.I originally ordered 1000 potholders and 1000 wooden spoons, but after our art was flagged as potentially not being printed correctly on the spoons I decided to go with another 1000 potholders. I was worried they would not arrive in time for our event, but our rep Johana came through big! She changed our order and expedited our potholders into production so they would arrive on time. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and will use Anypromo in the future, thank you!!
- Stefan A.Working with Mike Duenas helped us get our corporate order to us on time - thanks!

After an initial mix up, I have to say I was so very impressed with the customer service we received and in working with our rep Johana. She truly made me feel like she was hand delivering my messages and order changes, all to make it right. Our brand looks amazing and the items were all delivered on time. I like the frequent buyer program and also sample previewing options. The online proofing system and checkpoint are also spot on. Thank you (Johana) for a job well done, we will be back.
