I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so given this great experience. My company has an upcoming convention and I was faced with the conundrum of what marketing items to use to best promote our company. Anypromo had so many items to choose from that it made things easy for me. My sales rep, Rebeca, was AWESOME! I can't say enough good things about her as she helped me navigate through my artwork and product submissions. I got the items today and absolutely love them!! They, and she in particular, will be my Go-To for future marketing products.

I ordered some custom glass coasters and enjoyed the process from beginning to end. Eva went through several revisions with me on the proofs—never seeming to tire of my asking to see it in a different way. The items arrived timely and they are beautiful. Eva kept me informed of the printing and shipping dates. And she emailed the day the products arrived to make sure everything was okay.

- Elisa A.Our office has ordered from AnyPromo a handful of times and every time we have been thrilled by the products! This time we had some confusion with pricing and number of items, but Valeria stepped up and fixed all of our problems on the back end. The customer support was phenomenal. All I had to do was tell them what I wanted and they made it happen with no drama and no stress for me. Plus the snack bowls and glasses that we ended up with are so much better than we ever thought when we were looking at the samples online. P.S. I am also a huge fan of the samples that they sent me after I placed the order. We already have our next order planned because of the freebies that they sent as a surprise.

We are so happy we received the order on time and the material of the product and design was amazing for the jar openers and coasters I ordered for my daughters quinceañera. The price was excellent and I want to say thank you Eva and the company for your service and attention, with love Claudia.
- Claudia I.I would like to see a mock up option on my screen when ordering. This would allow me to see and have more control over the size and placement of my artwork. It would also give me the option to change any product or artwork colors as I am ordering. - Todd Rowe R.Great Customer Service from Riley and a big thank-you to Albert for the graphics!
- Alina Edinger E.The kids loved the color changing straws. Was a hit at all of the events. Not sure if i will re-order but they were a hit with the kids.
- Michon F.Great job!
- audrey wood T.Quick and easy! Can’t wait to see my proof!
- Renee McGinley M.Cynthia was awesome. Thank you
- Deborah Stuart Hanna H.ease of use!!!
- Nancy Calamusa C.This straw is maybe a step up from a disposable straw, not what I was hoping for as far as how many times it can be used. I wouldn’t recommend this particular product, but as always the ordering process was easy and product was delivered on time. With the big push for reusable straws to help the environment, I was hoping for a lot better.
- Michelle B.Shopping experience was quick and convenient. I hope the rest of the process is as easy!
- Lauren Burr B.The straw itself was very much what we hoped for, but our logo was small and not very eye catching. Our order window was tight or I might have had the designer try to stretch the logo if we had more time.
- Brian P.The lettering was more grey than black like the pictures, but the color changing works great. I would recommend.
- Lindsay W.Wasn't a fan because it was not a "reusable heavy-duty plastic straw," as they claimed. I was able to chew and bend the straw very easily. Would probably use it 2-3 times before throwing out. The laser engraving ink also came out as a metallic gold instead of black from the virtual proof. The color changing aspect however was a neat detail.
- Ramiro M.TERRIBLE! I am SO disappointed in the product and the false advertising. They are described as heavy-duty REUSABLE straws, so I expected them to live up to that standard. They are NOT the plastic reusable straws you would expect. These are standard one-use straws, a waste to our environment.
- Shaylyn P.This item was really liked by our passersby, but we found that it took "ice" or iced water to change the color, simply cold water didn't do the trick. Ones hand also changes it back instantly.
- Colette B.Thank you; I love my purchase and the communications to ensure it was correct were great!

We love them and will be getting ready for another order. We have not been dispointed, the graphic team did a great job creating our very detailed logo even though there was a possibility of a fill in which would not give us the look we wanted- It worked out perfect and we had no issues :)
- Susan N.They came out great. It's nice to offer them as well as the standard Koozies. Great giveaway at events and trade shows.
- Bryan F.Very nice koozies exactly what I was looking for! and seamless ordering process everyone was attentive and had great customer service!
- Jason A.Working with AnyPromo was fantastic and the next time I need to order customized items, they will be my go-to again and again. Working with Eva Andrade was great - her communication was top notch and she put a lot of care/follow ups to make sure everything was correct. I also have to say 10/10 for communication, because it seems this day you can never get ahold of anyone with everything being online. She returned my calls quickly and I appreciated that she shared her extension to be able to reach her. Thank you Eva & AnyPromo!!!
