We like it- the wording is clear. It's smaller than we thought, but over all seems great. We haven't used it yet, so we'll see how it lasts!

Wonderful company! Jeanette held my hand thru the process ideas ensuring I formatted everything perfectly!!! Will be using them in future orders!

We order these gel packs for our Aesthetic practice several times a year. Patients love them! The color choices are a real plus

We have ordered this item multiple times and the quality is and personalized logo and perfect every time!

Roberto was very helpful and timely with his communication. We had to go back and forth to make many changes and he made sure that we received our items by our deadline. Thank you, Roberto!

Roberto provided excellent customer service, not once, but twice. I reordered about a year after our original large order and he was very helpful both times. Thank you! We’ll be back for future orders.

Great customer service

The website was very easy to work with and create my promo product. Our customer service rep, Victoria, was very responsive to questions and checking that we received our product.

Any Promo is our go-to place for customized products. We were so pleased with the customized ice packs, we had to order again! Product is high quality, shipping was quick and customer service was great! Our rep, Victoria, was very helpful and made sure our order processed smoothly.

Great customer service! Eva Andrade reached out several times to ensure our order was perfect. The professional and kind, wonderful part of your team! She was great!

These are really nice! They are a good quality and the printing turned out great! I would definitely recommend.

Roberto was great! Super helpful and very quick to respond.

Johana is always such a huge help making sure I get exactly what I need, in a timely fashion and at the best price. Thank you!!

Lorraine Biteranta was absolutely amazing! I had a very short window to get a promo order delivered and she went out of her way to ensure my order was prioritized. Then, when we ran into a speed bump because the item I originally ordered was not in stock, she replaced it free of charge with a nice alternative. I appreciate her exceptional customer service and would highly recommend working with her.

Astrid was very helpful and easy to work with! The whole process was simple, and our company was able to get customized, quality products extremely quickly. Our deadline was the beginning of August, and we had our items in hand by the beginning of July! We will definitely work with them in the future.

Exactly what I needed and will order again. Shipping is fast and communication from company is great. The item color is exactly as it was in photo and size.

Best quality product along with the best customer service. This may be an on-line service but you get the best quality care and service as a walk-in store. Am so impressed. Our order was perfect! Thank you to everyone who supported our order.

The ordering process was quick and efficient and Erin was very helpful with designing our ice packs. Great quality, quick, turnaround...Highly recommend!

We ordered this product to reduce patient swelling and the instructions on each bead circle states it can not be kept frozen since it will freeze solid. Defeats the purpose for us. Description on the website states it could be kept in the freezer but the product states differently.

Product was discolored. Company requested to have order sent back to verify damage to replace after sending many pictures of bad product.

The quality and customer service were #1

Third order for these gel bead packs. These are great quality and I really appreciate the awesome customer service!

Fabiola Hernandez has been a pleasure to work with so far! She has been quick to respond to my emails and I trust she is knowledgeable about AnyPromo.com's products and services!

I consistently order specific items from AnyPromo and the few times I've needed a little something extra/outside the ordinary they've always knocked it out of the park. Eva is my account manager and is on top of communication and making sure everything comes out perfectly. AnyPromo is a safe bet for great quality items!

WE ordered these for our patients, and they turned out better than i imagined. Couldnt of asked for better. Got them quick.

Great customer services!!!!

There are LOTS of online options when searching for promotional material. Trust me. I've contacted many. I am giving Anypromo.com a 5 star review, because they DESERVE it, It's not only price, as anyone can try to do that. But it's the customer service and "COMMUNICATION" through the process. The expediency of the order. And the follow up to ensure satisfaction AFTER the order. With this company, I feel like I walked into a Mercedes dealership with the first class service and PRODUCT, yet paying the price for a Kia. I'd also like to do a special callout for Fabiola, Riley & Daija. Why? Because they are not a one hit wonder, or one man show, but a team of specialist I've been dealing with. And here's the real kicker. I'm just a little guy. My order is not in the thousands. Far from it. But it's small. Others would ignore me. I couldn't be more sincere. Thank you guys!

Product looks great and arrived quickly! Ordering was simple as usual.

Easy and quick

Everyone loved them! Many came up to us and asked us where we bought them. They were a hit! Our logo design imprint is excellent.

Easy to use website.

Milton and Abel provided excellent support throughout my purchase process. Thank you!

As a new user to an existing account, Riley Haynie could not have been more helpful. From getting the account switched over to my contact info, to fulfilling our order for an item that was out of stock and coming up with a solution. Him and Akira made my staff very happy! Sincerely, Maria Lebo Skin Care

They were my personal favorite item received. Excellent value for that cost. The product turned out great. We gave to over 100 people and the majority of people had wonderful comments. Thanks for being prompt with shipping and having incredible service during production.

Very pleased with the sanitizer bottle with carabiner. The hooks are stylish and the space allotted for a design or logo is very nice!

What made me experience great is that my customer rep - Abel went above and beyond to make it happen for me. My products weren’t going to come in time, I probably should have ordered it earlier, but life happens. Abel did everything is his power to make sure that I got my products before my conference. The products are also top notch. Usually when you buy a product from a site, sometimes the quality is bad. But this was so impressive, couldn’t be happier.

Milton is quick to respond and delivers great customer service and products to match.

I am writing to share my "excellent" experience working with Mario Martinez. Our medical practice recently ordered promotional materials for our new patients—a process we had never navigated before. Mario made the entire ordering experience seamless and painless. From the moment the order was placed, he provided consistent, timely, and professional communication. He was incredibly helpful in navigating changes and resolving billing discrepancies with ease. Mario’s knowledge and dedication to customer service are truly commendable. We are grateful for his guidance and look forward to working with AnyPromo again.

This was my second time using Victoria as a sales rep and I had an issue with the quantity (my fault) and Victoria took care of it immediately and we had our product as promised! Highly recommend the products and the company as my two experiences have been so easy!

We do golf and Vegas conventions and people come to our booth just to grab this. The sunscreen stick is great for quick re-applications and the lip balm is so soft and yummy.

Turned out great for our safety sponsor at our annual golf tournament. Fast and easy - shipped quickly without any melting even in Texas heat!

AnyPromo is Awesome! Everything I have ordered has come out perfect, and they are such good quality. My customers and associates love the Chapstick/Sunscreen, and now we have sunglasses bags that I am going to have to keep locked up, LOL! The best part is the dedicated Service Rep you get. I had Eva Andrade this time, and she was wonderful!! Thank you so much for making my job easier!

The department loved them and are excited to share them at their event.

Great experience! Taylor, Rayo, and Pedro were quick to answer every question I had. Our products turned out better than expected!

Our customers really like these spray hand sanitizers because they are small enough to fit in a purse or brief care and they always feel protected. They are a BIG hit during winter vendor fairs since everyone is trying to stay healthy but everyone around them are sneezing and coughing.

Briana did a great job assisting me with our order and keeping me up to date with the status! Our product arrived quicker than expected!

Amazing, easy interface!

These came out great but the only thing now is I just realized I didn't receive the little clip that goes with it so they can be hung. What happened to them? Can you please send them to me ASAP? Thank you.

Purchasing with Any Promo was a great experience. It was so easy. THE BEST LIP BALM EVER - HANDS DOWN. Perfect texture, scent, size, Everything! Love it so much! We're all obsessed at my office!

I've had an overall great experience with Anypromo and my rep Dante. I love that their system for ordering and approving proofs is so tech friendly. I've been able to communicate my needs with them on all of my platforms, both desktop, and mobile. I needed call in to check on an item, and Taylor was great. She took thorough notes and provided me with multiple options.

Love this cube so much. Great texture and scent and it's really just fun to have. I think it will be a big hit with my attendees!

I love the product! The vanilla scent is wonderful. The dark blue cube is not quite as dark as pictured though. Hope this is helpful.

FABULOUS! great soft & yummy lip balm inside. Everyone who received one was thrilled. Printing & shipping super fast also!

It was exactly as I expected! Definitely a repeat order item. Space is small so hard to fit a long company name/logo on without it being small, but very legible and clear.

After distributing less than a dozen , I was getting email praising this item! The quality of the lip balm and it's smell are outstanding! This is a high quality product that I will keep in stock and re-order. Highly recommend!
