Plush Mini Hot/Cold Pack

We've been pleased with these silicone packs and have reordered them frequently. We use them for events and as a part of our surgical bag kits for patients.

Exceptional Customer service and status updates from Milton Portilla. Our client was happy with the product.

everyone loves these. great color

These are perfect, not too small, not too big. great promo material.

exactly what I was looking for!

These hot/cold packs are just perfect! THANK YOU for having such a wonderful product!

Just as expected, hot/cold packs work wonderful! I’ve already tested it out! Can’t wait to send out to clients

Graphics were clear and looked nice. These packs are not only useful, but also just plain fun to squish!

Easy re-ordering process, the products arrived very quickly. Quality and colors are very good. WIll definitely re-order.

We are very satisfied with everything. Victoria Alanis was very helpful and communicative. Thank you again Victoria!

Excellent service, communication, and final product. Very happy with our experience.

Gabby was fantastic! Planning on ordering from AnyPromo.com just because of her amazing customer service skills!

Taylor is a true customer service representative. She was easy to work with and knowledgeable about her products. She was able to answer my questions and my order was to me in a matter of days. I placed my order on Friday and had it at the office on Monday. Quick service. I will definitely use AnyPromo again.

Roberto Polanco is very courteous and helpful. He is answering all of my questions in a timely manner.

I used the chat and Jose Rodriguez helped me with everything i needed fast. I would recommend.

Excellent customer service. Valeria was fantastic!

These are exactly the size we needed and we love that they are flexible to use where ever we need them.

Love this product! Looks classy! My patients are going to love this ice pack. The logo printed beautifully

The product runs extremely small 4" X 7" is not very large at all, I would say small the sizing needs to be restated more clear in the description

After a slight mishap with the color of my hot/cold packs, Taylor was quick to respond and get my new order placed. It was nice to get my issue resolved quickly.

Quick response time for quote, great experience so far!

Disappointed that I didn’t get a phone or email reply from Neil Elder, one of your Customer Care representatives. I was hoping to get a sample of the product I ordered on my own today, #694972. Your system wouldn’t accept my business address so I couldn’t request a sample using your online facility. I sent Neil an email about my inability to get a sample, and then called and left a message on his voicemail... both of which he never responded. I’m hopeful all will go well with placing this order without assistance or seeing the product prior to ordering.

Turned out great -- Logo and print was fantastic. AP you guy continue to impress with your products

Very pleased--Got Great comments from folks given too. Thanks AP for doing another quality job. Keep up the good work

Printing wore off quickly after using a couple of times. Product worked well but after two or three uses my logo started falling off.

Marci solved all of my issues with getting proofs for my client. She was diligent and found the right product and assisted me with the job done along with the sale. One of the best customer service experiences. Thank you!!

Staff and patients both loved these items. We decided to add this item to our new patient gift bags so we will be reordering !!

Ordering and customization was easy. The order was received quickly and was perfect.

Love, Love, love this hot/cold pack! The packet is so full of beads and there is no air in it which makes for a great pack!

All was great.

The ice packs came very quickly and they were as expected. Staff was easy to work with. No problems! Will def order again from here.

It came on time and we like it very much. The lettering is starting to wear off, which is not what we expected. I love the look and they freeze very well. Thank you for the great service. It was a pleasure working with AnyPromo!

The ease of using the website and the ordering process were very simple and user friendly. Very good experience!

Exactly what I expected. The aqua pearls are just plain fun to poke at in the packaging, the logo came out great. Instructions for use (hot or cold) are printed on the back of the pack. Each pack is also individually wrapped in plastic. Nice!

They are exactly as depicted! Very happy with the product and prompt shipping!! We ordered 400 of these and if we need more, we'll definitely be ordering from here again!

The product looks good and price was right but customers complained that they melted in microwave under normal use. that's a little scary. They seem to perform fine in the freezer, no issues with that.

Color is beautiful. It's small but still useful and a good and functional marketing tool.

These ice packs are amazing. Love how they are moldable even when frozen. Best promotional product.

Great product. We purchased without imprint for our annual Wellness Fair, and many folks commented that they were the "favorite take-away" from the event.

Quick Shipping and just as described. Thanks much.

Excellent! I will be back for more :)

Always helpful, accurate and a great product.

These look and feel great.

Awesome product and very good quality....loved them

My employees, customers and myself love the product we ordered from AnyPromo. This is the second time we have placed this order and will continue to in the future. Thank you!

They were just what we were looking for. Took a little longer to get then expected but they were just what we wanted!

I've ordered more than 2500 of these and they have always been a hit!

THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE SPEED WITH WHICH THIS ORDER GOT TO ME. YOU GUYS WENT OUT OF YOUR WAY TO GET IT TO ME QUICKLY. THEY ARE ALSO SO 'CUTE', AND A GREAT ADVERTISING TOOL. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE'LL BE ORDERING AGAIN VERY SOON.

We used these for an industry trade fair and were such a big hit. Nurses loved them and a perfect way to sell our company.

Great product for great price.

Excellent product. Excellent customer service!!

Product was easy to order and there was personal and prompt service. Eva responded to any questions I had right away. I had a tight time frame and worried that I might not receive product in time, but it was received with no problems. Excellent company to work with!

The blue beads, combined with the white logo printing, really pops!

These were a great investment for my client and we are going to order more.

These hot/cold packs rock!!!! The size is perfect and they stay pliable when frozen. They were a big hit at our event. One little down fall was that they come individually wrapped which was a bit of a pain, but totally worth it. We LOVE them!!!

Came out fantastic... Worth the heavy shipping cost

These are sooooo cool! Everyone loves them!

My customers favorite item! So many people were FIGHTING over htese cool little balls!

They were a hit with our Associates - we gave these our during our Health and Wellness Fair. Great customer service too !!

Great product !

Very pleased with our Gel Beads Hot/Cold Pack. Valeria, our Business Specialist, was very helpful and the items arrived sooner than expected. With the help of the set up team our logo is easy to read; this item will be a great give away for our upcoming Track and Treat event.

Second time ordering this product, great price, great product and excellent customer service. This is the second time I have ordered these for my small business.

The Hot/Cold packs serve our needs at our clinic very well. Customer Service is Excellent! Astrid Barillas went above and beyond to ensure our product arrived timely.

WE LOVE THESE gel packs and so do our clients!! GREAT little promo for giving away at sporting events, public events and school events!

We like it- the wording is clear. It's smaller than we thought, but over all seems great. We haven't used it yet, so we'll see how it lasts!

Great product

Everything looks great, and they were delivered in a timely fashion.

Helpful, responsive, affordable & reliable. Christian was a pleasure to work with. He made sure I got my swag, Cold/Hot pack, for an event I was sponsoring in time! Christian did a great job working with me and keeping the price affordable. I was very pleased with my product and him keeping me updated on my order! Thank you Christian for all your help! :)

Great product!

Our company ordered custom hot/cold bead packs recently ("Gel Beads Hot/Cold Pack Small Circle"). The printing came out crisp and beautiful! We are very pleased. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service from Roberto Polanco - from start to finish he ensured that the custom printing was set up correctly and followed up with us to ask if everything looked ok once delivered. 5 stars all around - we will definitely be using AnyPromo for our next order!

Great product! Customization was crisp and well-made. Thank you! We will certainly be using AnyPromo for our next order!

Wonderful company! Jeanette held my hand thru the process ideas ensuring I formatted everything perfectly!!! Will be using them in future orders!

Our hot/cold packs with customized label looks great and customer service was the best. The process was easy with no complications.

We order these gel packs for our Aesthetic practice several times a year. Patients love them! The color choices are a real plus

We have ordered this item multiple times and the quality is and personalized logo and perfect every time!

Roberto was very helpful and timely with his communication. We had to go back and forth to make many changes and he made sure that we received our items by our deadline. Thank you, Roberto!

Roberto provided excellent customer service, not once, but twice. I reordered about a year after our original large order and he was very helpful both times. Thank you! We’ll be back for future orders.

Great customer service

The website was very easy to work with and create my promo product. Our customer service rep, Victoria, was very responsive to questions and checking that we received our product.

Any Promo is our go-to place for customized products. We were so pleased with the customized ice packs, we had to order again! Product is high quality, shipping was quick and customer service was great! Our rep, Victoria, was very helpful and made sure our order processed smoothly.

Great customer service! Eva Andrade reached out several times to ensure our order was perfect. The professional and kind, wonderful part of your team! She was great!

These are really nice! They are a good quality and the printing turned out great! I would definitely recommend.

Roberto was great! Super helpful and very quick to respond.

Johana is always such a huge help making sure I get exactly what I need, in a timely fashion and at the best price. Thank you!!

Lorraine Biteranta was absolutely amazing! I had a very short window to get a promo order delivered and she went out of her way to ensure my order was prioritized. Then, when we ran into a speed bump because the item I originally ordered was not in stock, she replaced it free of charge with a nice alternative. I appreciate her exceptional customer service and would highly recommend working with her.

Prompt and quick service

Astrid was very helpful and easy to work with! The whole process was simple, and our company was able to get customized, quality products extremely quickly. Our deadline was the beginning of August, and we had our items in hand by the beginning of July! We will definitely work with them in the future.

Our patients love them! They are also a great, affordable marketing tool. We love that they can be used as ice packs or heating pads.

Great and kind customer service. Thanks @Roberto Polanco!

Not the normal color I order but will do until other restocked. I appreciate knowing when other would be restocked so I want left waiting with no idea of what to expect. Customer Service is always amazing with this company, quality products and really quick shipping.

All good! Nice quality!!

Fantastic product and customer service- will purchase again. Communication with team exceeded expectations and very quick shipping.

Very happy with our order. The customer service and updates throughout production and shipping are stellar. Thanks to Eva and the whole team. Plan to purchase again soon!

Exactly what I needed and will order again. Shipping is fast and communication from company is great. The item color is exactly as it was in photo and size.

Best quality product along with the best customer service. This may be an on-line service but you get the best quality care and service as a walk-in store. Am so impressed. Our order was perfect! Thank you to everyone who supported our order.

The ordering process was quick and efficient and Erin was very helpful with designing our ice packs. Great quality, quick, turnaround...Highly recommend!

We ordered this product to reduce patient swelling and the instructions on each bead circle states it can not be kept frozen since it will freeze solid. Defeats the purpose for us. Description on the website states it could be kept in the freezer but the product states differently.

Product was discolored. Company requested to have order sent back to verify damage to replace after sending many pictures of bad product.

The quality and customer service were #1

Third order for these gel bead packs. These are great quality and I really appreciate the awesome customer service!

Fabiola Hernandez has been a pleasure to work with so far! She has been quick to respond to my emails and I trust she is knowledgeable about AnyPromo.com's products and services!

Excellent service from Dante.

This was our second order of the Gel Beads Hot/Cold Packs. We give them to families of young children and they are always a popular hit! Screen Printing is easy to read on all packs.

Exactly as expected, quick production and shipping, very happy with purchase. Definitely would buy again.

Great Service from the start to the end. The design we sent was on the product on point. We will reorder again.

This was fun item that we were donating to an area non-profit for their runner's bag for a 1/2 marathon! They are affordable and purposeful!

Good quality would buy these again for sure . Love the feel to them and so does everyone who sees them

They are small, but came out nice and fit nice in a small gift bag.

Rebeca was great to work with, very quick with responses and answers to questions. No problems with my order and it arrived quickly!

Paola always checks in with me to see if we need anything. I get so busy at the office, it is a helpful reminder to check is we are running low on promotional Nail files, pens or cold packs. Plus the quality is always good and we get the products fairly quickly.

Gabby S. was very helpful and quick to answer any of my questions I will definitely recommend AnyPromo to any business looking for great products and quick turn around time.

The cooler bags are the perfect accessory for our pharmacy to use with our patients and refrigerated prescriptions. Price point and prompt delivery make AnyPromo a great company to work with.

DJ & Veronica saved the day when AnyPromo's supplier cancelled my order due to low inventory. They expedited a far superior product, and it arrived two days before I needed the items for a work event. They are truly miracle workers, and have been so incredibly kind, communicative, and AMAZING!!! I've enjoyed working with Any Promo with past orders, and after this, I will only order and recommend AnyPromo to colleagues. Thank you, DJ and Veronica!!!

Great products & great prices

super easy to use great low minimus

Vanessa is great very helpful!

Just as pictured. Got these as a giveaway for Ladies night out (for survivors). Got the pink and purple. Fast turnaround.

Meerah went above and beyond do help us out. Because of her, we will continue to be customers. :) thank you.

Was excited to get these but pretty disappointed in them on two factors. First they aren't as "full" of gel beads as I thought they would be and secondly they don't freeze like other gel bead ice packs I've used in the past.Great customer service from the company and quick turnaround time in receiving them.

These little ice packs are amazing! We love to hand them out to clients and our logo is printed perfectly.

The only thing that would make the process better is seeing my logo on the product before I check out. :)

Quick and easy and great prices!

Our families love these gel packs as a giveaway items. They were confused as to what they were at first, but it gave us a chance to interact with them more because they had questions.

I would have liked to be able to take advantage of a promotion being a new customer. The welcome code I was given was not applicable to my order. I also did not receive free shipping although I became a platinum member. I am very hopeful about this product for my local business here in Kansas City.

Always love shopping your site!

Great product, just wish the imprint could be larger on it for display! Freezes and refrigerates well.

Always a good experience

so easy and quick great choices thing I never thought of

Awesome and easy! Thank you!

So far all purchases have been good and no problems

Great product!

so far it's great

Absolutely love them! they work very well and our patients love them too. We got the clear and they look really nice, once frozen they look white and you're able to see the logo even better.

Good

Loved that they were all enclosed in their own plastic bag. The only thing I would maybe prefer is that the print space to be a little bigger, but still looks good.

Good quality and professional service. Had a few that did not print but was taken care of very quickly.

They are really cute and will be really useful. we are excited to hand them out. We chose blue with white logo and it looks really nice.

Just what I needed for my patients! love the color and printing on Packs. Fit nicely in freezer too. Convenient to give to our patients

This product is great! We were already giving out ice packs for dermatological surgeries and cosmetic procedures, now we can promote our practice as well!

Love them.. exactly what I wanted, will definitely order again. Was kept informed on Shipping information at all times. I appreciate that.

They are perfect! They stay cold forever and stay warm well! Couldn't complain about them at all! We will order more!

Perfect what I needed! It's exactly the right size, color and shape. Thank you! I just wish the type could be a little bit bigger but it's fine.

These are great! We had a group going out on tours on a hot day and this was a perfect item they could purchase to keep them cool.

Great product, fast turn around. I am very happy using any promo, I use them for everything I create for my business

I'm so happy I found these ice packs. So much better than the ones we used before. Patients absolutely love them!

Easy, professional, quick. Thanks for being a wonderful place to work with! My promo product has been very popular this weekend at a conference!

These do not work well at all. When frozen they loose color completely and looks frosty white inside. They are also not very "gely" and pretty rigid. I will need to order another kind of gel pack that is of a higher quality these completely lack quality.

Lots of good things to say about our AnyPromo expereince - easy ordering, quality product, great turnaround time, happy about the low minimum order. I wish that we had known how small the printing on the product would be - we would have changed our design to make the font larger and the logo smaller - the proof didn't have anything for scale, so it was hard to know what the actual product was going to look like. However, the items were well received at the trade show, though and we'll likely order again. thanks Rainbow - Asha Integrative Wellness - PDX, OR

The instructions are too small on the back side. My customers could not read them. I have ordered these before from another vendor and the font was much larger. I am not sure if i would order these again.

We thought we were receiving cloth on one side of the packs, but it was plastic on both sides, they still look great and we will continue to order these! The turn around time was great and the price was fair too!

We use these for our patients after filler injections (plastic surgery). They stay cold longer than ones we have used in the past. Plus, it is a reasonable cost, so we can use them freely. We will definitely purchase again.

very satisfied!

Exactly what I needed for patient comfort.

loved it

Great Service

We give this away at conferences and people love it. Our table is sought out because there is hardly enough hand sanitizer @ conferences and too much shaking hands!

The hand sanitizer scent is amazing! My logo needed to be adjusted to fit the shape of the bottle and AnyPromo did a fantastic job of making that happen. Very happy with this product!

Through the ordering process, all is well. Let's see about the shipping.

These look great! A great little gift to add to clients' Xmas goodie bags! Thanks for the prompt and efficient service too!

Purchased these blank for our existing labels. These will be a great addition to the grab bags we are assembling.

They turned out really nice.

Perfect! Arrived super fast. Thanks!

What a great job. Such a little bottle that looks very "Professional".

We Loved the product! Will order again in the future! Love the full color of our logo without extra charges!

This was our company's first order with AnyPromo.com and I couldn't be more pleased. Proofs were provided promptly; updates are easy to make; communication from Account Specialist, Milton Portillo, was fabulous and spot-on. Milton made me feel as if he was monitoring my order from purchase to shipment & delivery, even following up afterwards to ensure I was satisfied with the purchase. They (Johana) were very quick to reply to any email I sent. Very helpful with setting up our logo and keeping us informed.

Logo and label are perfect. Shipping was speedy Never thought about doing lip balm prior but packaging looks great!

Quick delivery, perfect graphics, great flavor! We've ordered this item once before and it was a big HIT!

Thought the imprint might've been too small on this item but it was as I'd hoped. Shipped quickly as well.

Very pleased with this product. Look pretty and smells great too. This is my third time ordering and I'm always pleased with the products.

Our logo looks great. Easy ordering and fast delivery. Customer service was available to answer my questions.

The lip balm is amazing!! The shipment came very quickly. Roberto was very helpful. I would order from here again.

LOVED IT! I needed this order done fast and Johnny and Eva made this happen for me. They helped me with the design and doing a quick order

Easy to upload logo and create design. I can't wait to receive my order!!

love the virtual proof! would be nice to get the proofs more timely (less than a 24 hour turnaround). Also would prefer a less expensive option for shipping -- we are not in a hurry for this item and would rather pay less than $30.

Design looks great! It turned out great! It turned out so well that we will likely order more of this product and design in the future.

very happy with my order. My patients will love them ! Good Quality and a good way to advertise our practice

They were able to go back and find our order and graphics from 2 years ago ! Our order looks great and was delivered timely.

Our customers love this lip balm. Imprint quality is vibrant and beautiful and product quality exceeds expectations. This is a consistent reorder for us.

Website it easy to navigate

always easy, Brianna is my rep and she is awesome!

My shopping experience has been Great!

Briana Reed is an amazing Customer Service Rep! She is always gracious and helpful. I've ordered from AnyPromo.com several times and I'm very fortunate to have the assistance of Briana each time. Products are always great and receive them quickly. Another shout out to the graphic designers who do an amazing job! Thank you all.

Pina colada balm had me closing my eyes and imagining a beach. .

We have ordered this exact lip balm several times and this is our go-to for having a perfect, inexpensive promo.

I called in and Taffy Smith helped with me with questions regarding placing a new order. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, exactly what you need from someone in her position. Thanks Taffy! Kim M.

Very clear on pricing and quality items!

I had a fabulous experience working with Briana Reed at anypromo.com. She perfected my design idea and I couldn’t be happier with the product. 5 stars!

We get requests for more of these all the time! The flavors are awesome. I don't have anything further to say and the fact that I have to write 100 characters is why I don't ever answer these stupid things.

The website and variety is great. I appreciate being able to order a variety of flavors when I order lip balm.

The lip balm is great quality, the printing is clean and clear! It was easy to order and it arrived on time. I will definitely reorder!

Thanks for the great Chapstick! You all nailed the design. ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………

quick and easy ordering

These are a great standard item to have in our promo item supply. The cost is nice and they are used for multiple events; Golf tournaments, trade shows, nonprofit events, etc.

Can't tell if discount was applied to a reorder - not sent to checkout. Products were correct and as ordered but your process for approval of proofs and changing payment was tedious. 12 + emails when I requested a call via voice mail and phone messages.

Riley Haynie has been more than helpful with my order. Very courteous and always willing to help We are very satisfied with his customer service

Great scent, awesome customer service, prompt delivery. !

The help service was great. The chap lip balm is perfect. We will use this for our company as a thank you gift along with the other items

The lip balms we ordered arrived within 10 days of placing the order, from proof to receipt of the product was seamless, and I would definitely recommend this product and the AnyPromo.com to anyone who's looking for promo merch. Thanks so much!

Very timely.

Latrina was awesome!

Thanks!

I was a little hesitant on purchasing this as everyone has their own chap-stick. I'm so glad i did. Our logo came our beautifully and they are a hit!

Tried this lip balm because it was a cheaper option than we normally order. So happy with the change! We ordered it in Passion Fruit and it smells heavenly. Glides on smooth.

The lip balm design turned out perfectly and the product arrived in a timely manner. Customer service was excellent! I would use AnyPromo again.

Very pleased with the result. Wish the flavor/smell was a bit stronger. Loved how the printing came up. Fast shipping

We originally ordered a more expensive chapstick that wasn't SPF from another brand and when it came time to reorder we tried this one in a smaller batch and needless to say, we are VERY pleased. The price is better, the quality of the chapstick is great and the imprinting is 1000x better than the competitors imprinting which was full of ink bleeds. If you need chapstick for a promo item, we HIGHLY recommend this one!

Who knew you could put wood grain and a logo on chapstick. The product turned out perfect and our owners loved them.

Easy to use website

It looks great! Exactly what we asked for. The scent and flavor turned out perfect as well. Thank you.

Great quality lip balm. SPF 15 that we need here in the Rocky Mountains! Good job on the graphics and shipped super fast! Thank you!

Can’t go wrong with some lip balm. The major success was the flavor we picked (cherry). We will defiantly be buying more of these for our next trade show.

The product turned out great! It looks exactly like the image that we uploaded. The owners of the company enjoyed a new promotional piece to hand out.

Everyone loves lip balm - great advertising piece that people will not throw away! Exactly what I expected!

Amazing product. Gave this chapstick out to a couple of my friends to try before I distributed and got nothing but wonderful reviews.

This has been a big hit with everyone. The chap stick itself applies very smoothly an doesn't feel greasy. The design came out great and the print quality is really good. Our only complaint is how hard it is to open. when you peel the strip it almost never peels in one go.

A wonderful lip balm. We have tried the vanilla, coconut, raspberry and cherry flavors... and they are all great! Our patients love them all, especially since they also have SPF in them. We have already ordered this item multiple times and will continue to do so!

I will definitively order from AnyPromo again. Their website is very easy to use - I wanted to be able to customize my order and the process with them was very easy. They also communicated very well at every step of the order process.

We loved the pens and chapstick! Your prices are the best around and we were very pleased with the quick turn around time as well! Thank you for the great products and great service!

They look really nice. And smell wonderful! Production time and shipping were fast . And the price is unbeatable. I feel that we get a lot of value for the amount of money we spend. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Any Promo has great prices and great products. The Customer Service is excellent.

LOVE THE CHAPSTICK! came out just the way I wanted it! Super quick and easy process! I would definitely recommend anypromo to anyone and will keep using them for products just like the chapstick! so happy with the way it turned out!
