Thank you so much for your excellent customer service, letting me know that there was a delay in shipping due to ink issues, and keeping me up to date on the process. I appreciate that so much. I will definitely be ordering again. Silvia was wonderful to work with!
- Erin L.The pens look great! Easy to order and arrived quickly.
- Andrea S.I couldn't be more satisfied with the product and the service. A rep was assigned to my order who assisted with the logo proof which included a recommended sizing change so that the imprint would be more legible. I appreciate the effort this company makes to ensure a quality product. The pens arrived in perfect condition - no broken or missing parts - and the imprint was perfect on every single one. This was a big plus for me as I have worked with other promo companies where this was not the case. They were also fantastic at correcting a mistake. Several of the pens were of the wrong ink color. Once I submitted a request, I had corrected pens a week later. I highly recommend this pen and Any Promo!

- Jenny S.Very pleased! This pen is extremely comfortable to use. Fast shipping and it is designed exactly how I pictured it. Will definitely purchase again in the future.
- Tina B.I worked with Lorraine and she recommended these pens. They are absolutely incredible quality and we can't wait to hand them out at our next College Recruitment event!
- Lisa S.These pens write really nicely and we love the way the feel in hand. The rubber coating has a nice grip to it. They are on the smaller/thinner side - the stylus tip is a nice touch! (The gold is more of a pinkish rose gold, so not quite what I was expecting.) Overall, we are happy with these pens.
- Chrissy M.The pens look and feel great, really good quality. They were custom made exactly how I requested it. I'm 100% satisfied!!!
- Tina D.We ordered Gunmetal/Rose colored pens with our business name, employee name, title and phone #. The print came out so nice and easy to read. The pen itself, feels sturdy, soft finish, comfy in the hands and writes very nice. The service? Outstanding! - Bernice Richard R.Planning a wedding and sourcing bags for the guests. I’ve received several samples over the past few weeks but the one I received from AnyPromo is my favorite. The reason for the review though, is the customer service from Karen and Tania. I asked about the imprint process because the sample had a different look to the logo. They replied immediately and not only answered my question but offered to send me a sample with the other imprint process so I could compare. THAT’s SERVICE!!

- Adam Johnston J.Our client's LOVE these pens. After hours of searching for the lowest price point for Javelin Stylus pens, AnyPromo was hands down the cheapest. If you haven't used a Javelin Stylus pen, you dont know what you're missing. The logo came out great. I ordered the black pens and had our logo printed in gold. Looks great, but i just wish the "gold" actually looked more gold and less of a rusty orange. However, I knew before I placed the order that a more genuine gold was not available, and the proofs were an accurate representation of the final product.

- Patricia Sauer S.Great experience with Rayo and Vanessa Avila! really helped out a lot.
- Serina A.Placing the order, reviewing the proofs and waiting for the item to arrive was such a breeze! The price point was also excellent! My only issue was with the yellow bags. It seems they are of a softer material than the tan ones and were packaged in a way that caused a lot of wrinkles and huge creases in the bag. Regardless I am very happy and look forward to placing more orders in the future!

- Lisa D.Great quality, worked good for our annual race. Ordering again this year.
- Patricia Sauer S.Overall: Very pleased. Good looking bags; look just as expected from the proof. A couple of notes: Because of the construction, doesn't like to stand "square" like in the pictures ... there aren't vertical seams at all four corners to define those edges. This isn't a problem for me, but some people may prefer sharper corners. My only other concern was that one or two bags (out of 100) had some ink smudging on the reverse side, likely from being packed so tightly with other bags. All in all, quite pleased. Good bag for the price. At this point I believe I will reorder when I run out of my current stock.

- Julie B.Looks great. Rated a 4 star and not a 5 star as the bag in the photo is not the one I received. The bag in the photo is a rectangle and the one I received has a more oval shape at the bottom.
- Jesi C.purchasing was simple and easy. Also i found the review on this product helpful in making my purchase.
- Leah McGee M.Speedy checkout!
- Kyle Ervin E.User friendly, easy and great service on live chat. I am thinking the set up fee for every item is a bit much.
- Brenda Hails H.Bags are well constructed. Nice large printing of logo. Next time I would reorder a bag with a bottom insert for sturdier construction, otherwise, our customers appreciate the bag!
- Carrie S.Very Impressed with the product. We ordered these for an upcoming expo and will work perfectly. Best bang for the buck from what I have found online.
- Charlotte M.different size than we usually order, but a great product overall. we like th ewidth of the base of the bag.

- Anonymous Customer G.My logo came out perfectly printed on the bag. Good quality and size for my needs.
- David C.My logo came out perfectly printed on the bag. Good quality and size for my needs.
- David C.The item received looks nothing like the one pictured. The size on the description does not indicate length or height. Much different than what I thought we purchased.
- Reina M.Great experience and helpful staff.
- R H.Amazing color and printing was so crisp and clear but the size of the bag was not great. I guess I took a cue from the photo which was misleading and ended up with a much wider bag then I anticipated.
- stacey M.Very pleasant, helpful, and assuring of my needs.
- Saundra Wilkerson W.The tote bags are just great - perfect for our event! We just know our families will love them and we will be seeing them around town a lot. Our logo looks wonderful and is clear and large. So glad we went to you for our order!
- Terry U.The bags weren't 100% what I wanted but they were great for the price. I would have liked the plastic bottom in them because of how we use them. The service I received was excellent. Everything was handle quickly. I didn't have to wait for any answers. Best company to deal with. Customer service is above and beyond any other place I've ordered from!
- Mae G.I usually love the products I get from you, but this one really didn't reach my expectations. It looks very cheap and low quality. The picture looks a lot more sturdy and it really isn't. Not happy with this product.
- Adriana C.Quick and easy.
- Igor O.The totes were great. We gave them away for our 5th fund raising anniversary and everyone loved them.

- Elizabeth G.They look good! And they write well! We hope that they last look and writing like this!
- Dalton F.My team and customers really like these pens. They write smoothly and come in a variety of different inks which adds to the enjoyment of this pen. The only downside is the imprint area is very small, but the overall pen quality is solid.

After sending in the information needed for my order, Eva stepped in and made the entire ordering process so easy! I loved how seamless she made the process that I placed my second order through her via email and again she made the process so easy. Within 2 weeks we had our order! Thank you!
- Cristina T T.Excellent customer service and product! Steven was very responsive and helpful in placing and reviewing our order. The pens were perfect - looked just like the mock up!
- Clare G.Juanita Zamora was great! We were able to ask questions about our pen order and get an expedient response with info that helped us place our order. We are thrilled with the work and will be ordering again in the future. Thank you for the great work!

Not only was AnyPromo dramatically cheaper than the next option, but Jennifer helped ensure that we received them on time. She was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The finished product is beautiful and we're so excited to use them at a marketing event coming up.

- Michelle J.Great experience! So helpful with my rush project! They went above and beyond!
- Simcha Beller B.The print was not as our previous Pens that we've ordered (I've attached photos of the old pens and the new ones). The print is way too big, and is not the look we are going for. Y'all corrected the direction on the word placement-it's now readable for a right handed pen. That is what we wanted it. But we wanted the logo-Storyline Church to be the same size as the previous ones we ordered. See pictures below. Thank you, Storyline Church
- JoAnna H.These look even better than I anticipated! The help from the designer was exactly what we needed to make these perfect and we are so happy with them.
- Rachele B.Fabiola Zamora assisted me today. She verified everything with the order and was super nice. Thank you Fabiola Zamora

- Eddie P.These are multi-functional as a pen, highlighter, and stylus. Love them and looking forward to passing them out to prospects!
- Ajaye H.Easy to use and great product selection!
- Jennifer Graney G.There seems to be a large amount of options to choose from, many made in the US, which I like. The shopping process was very easy and I can't wait to see the finished products! I received the luggage tags and though they are super cute, I am afraid the handle will break on first use. It is very thin and unless it is metal, I don't see it lasting. We will be testing it soon.
- Leanette Ellis E.Love the pen! Awesome look, very attractive, nice pen mark. Sales representative communication was frequent and kept me posted every step of the way.
- Beverly F.These pens write very well and they have a nice grip with the curved body. We love the extra option for highlighting and the stylus.

- Bailey Kovarek Busta B.This is the 1st time we have ever done business with AnyPromo.com, and we were under the gun to get our items ordered, proofed, printed & shipped in time for our event. When I called, I was greeted by the most welcoming voice on the other end of the line! Taffy not only walked me through the ordering process, she followed our order through the entire process and stayed in contact with me to reassure me that we would receive our products ON TIME! Riley (our Customer Service Rep in charge of production) had our stuff proofed, corrected, proofed again, printed, packed and on a plane in a day! And when we received our items...(ON TIME)… they were PERFECT! We will definitely be doing more business with AnyPromo.com very soon! - Jill B B.multi functional
- Zuzana D.Great quality!
- Jennifer D.The team at anypromo has been wonderful to work with. They turn projects around quickly and follow up daily to update me on the process.
- Anonymous Customer P.The writing ends on the pens can come untwisted/off while writing with them, but are very simple to just tighten up. Other than that a great product, and our customers and clients absolutely love them. First pens in 2 years that we have ordered (from various companies) that actually write well. Thank-you we will order again!
- Cheryl C.Excellent tool for training classes
- Ellen H.Turned out great! Our clients love this combo.
- Emily P.I am always happy with the quality from AnyPromo!
- Cassandra B.Actually loved the pen but very disappointed in one design flaw. When using the highlighter, the stylus cap doesn't fit in the other opposite end, so easily lost.
- Mary H.Super fast shipping, and great quality printing.
- Ibis A.Professional work.
- Pekko Y.Sold these for a fundraiser at work and everyone loved them!
- lizette B.Some of the highlighters didn't work.
- Laurie Y.I just received these today. For a cheap easy promotional item these are good. Price is reflected in item. Not a great weight stylus or particularly sensitive when put to use on a tablet, though works fine enough. The imprint I requested is unfortunately close to the plastic fabrication seam on the pen, thus drawing attention to the poor quality of the product. The way they were packed also promotes the scratching off of the imprint they did. So unfortunately I have a small amount of styluses that are unusable because parts of the company logo are spotted from bits being scratched off. Turn around time was about 2 weeks start to finish-including design changes at various stages which worked well.
- katherine F.Useful product, liked by our staff and clients!
- kristin H.My entire experience with this company was great! They were fast, friendly, & efficient. And the price could not be beat! I would definitely recommend Anypromo.

As someone who values both style and functionality, I was thoroughly impressed by this pen! The imprint area is big and the print was so clear. The ink is great and it writes super great.

I only gave 4 stars because I had to go to a live chat to get an answer to my question as I did not receive a response from the initial email.

- Kaylee A.great quick service
- Robert Marks M.Ana over at Anypromo has been awesome to work with the past few years - in fact, I'm so happy with the products and service that I've stopped using other vendors (unless there's some really random item they just don't have, which is really rare). Absolutely happy to refer folks to them.
- Sloane D.Although not happy with the ordering part of the web site (it was giving me problems) Alyssa K came to my rescue and made everything right immediately. - Kathy Adams Clausen C.Easy to order

- Julia Hunter H.Fine product at a great price, and FAST! Imprint could have been a little clearer, but our logo uses a small font and it's printed on a curved surface - not the easiest thing to do.

- Renee G.I was very satisfied with the product I ordered and the great customer service I received. I will order from them again!

- Abby P.This pen is beautiful! It exceeded my expectations. It looks classy but is affordable to our tiny budget. I can assure it will be a repeat order. Thanks!
- Friends B.Absolutely one of the best buy decisions I have made in a long time. First off, these pens were far less expensive than the ones we were using. The first thing I noticed right off, was the fact that customer was taking them left and right. With the older pens, we couldn't give them away. Highly highly recommend this purchase. They are AFFORDABLE, COMFORTABLE TO USE and VERY CLASSY LOOKING.
- Kathy D.The look and logo are great, but the writing quality of the ink isn't that great. The pen writing seem cheap and doesn't meet my expectations.
- Jennifer S.The pen looks good but I prefer a medium point pen with a bolder print. Unfortunately the print type wasn't noted in the description. It is a nice pen though for the price.
- Cindy G.I had my company logo and wanted my personal information added to it. AnyPromo designed it, and it looks great.
- Cyndi H.Colors were perfect and my imprint was to my expectations... The pen is easy and comfortable for writing - true to its name. Glad I chose the Nash Comfort Grip Click Ballpoint Pen. Thank You.
- Carolyn R.Great experience with AnyPromo. Easy ordering process with a nice selection of products to choose from at many price points. Proof approval to be sure it is exactly what we wanted and fast production and shipping.
- Susan Sells Team F.I received my order of these pens about a month ago and am disappointed. The number of pens that I've experienced already that don't work (ink is not coming out) is high. This pen is definitely not high quality.
- Allison B.Pens are very good quality. Love the quality and the design. Shipped quickly. Have no complaints with them. Use them at our health fairs and they are far nicer than the other competition with their pens.
- stacey F.This is the second time we have ordered these pens. Our clients love them and so do we! They look great with our logo, they come in our official company color and they work well. Amazingly good price for such a quality product.
- Lisa F.A + 100!!
- Lincoln D.Pen looks very nice and arrived quickly. Seems to write well. Logo imprint would be more visible if bolded.
- Michele H.I LOVE it

The process was smooth and easy
- Crystal Roberts A.Great giveaways. So happy with them! And since they are reusable they are also an advertisement for my organization.
- Darlene T.I was a little nervous ordering as I am very careful about who I order from online, but I could not have made a better choice! The printing and shipping was super quick, and my order came in well before my "need by" date. The item was exactly as described and, honestly, it was a better quality tote than expected. The printing was absolutely perfect! Even after all this, I probably still would not have bothered to leave a review becuase I just do not do reviews much. However, the customer service communication was so great, I couldn't help but to submit a positive review. Laura checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was informed on order status and was satisfied with the end product. Thanks everyone! You made my vision a reality!
