What made me experience great is that my customer rep - Abel went above and beyond to make it happen for me. My products weren’t going to come in time, I probably should have ordered it earlier, but life happens. Abel did everything is his power to make sure that I got my products before my conference. The material is lighter than paper. Really poor quality - highly disappointed. Also, the picture makes it look like the bag can stand up with a wide base, but in fact the bags do not have the ability to stand up even when filled. Quality is really poor.

These bags are great give-a-way items for events. They hold a lot of weight. The artwork turned out great and the company was very easy to work with figuring out exactly how I wanted the artwork to look.

We ordered these bags as a way to promote our business. We wanted a bag that would be functional, durable, appealing and affordable. This bag definitely met our expectations, it stands out from all of the other grocery bags! It is a "tote" which makes it wider and bigger than the regular square bags. The quality is good for the price and the graphics came out bright and clear. I will be reordering these as soon as we run out.

AnyPromo was prompt and helpful! Two things that would have improved our experience: the ability to upload a graphic on the website and see a preview of the graphic on the product immediately, and a wider range of colors (we really wanted more of a crimson than plain red). We received the products when we needed them, and they were successful as marketing tools!

The products came out nicely and in a timely manner (I was not in a rush to get them, things might be different if I needed them quickly). Customer Service was a bit cold during the final approval correspondence.

Love this product for the price! Only improvement could be if it had a plastic bottom insert to help it hold it's shape. Bottom is 7-1/2" x 12" so we just put a piece of 8-1/2" x 11" card stock in each bag for a bottom.

I like that these bags are lightweight and the printing area is sufficient to accommodate my logo and imprinting. It is large enough to be used to actually carry something does not feel like I was giving something just to get my name out, but was thoughtful enough to bring something of value to my clients. The artist rendering of my logo was wonderful and they are to be commended for turning a photograph into a graphic!

Design to Delivery everything was well coordinated. The only reason I gave four is being in CA the delivery was bit late. Other than that I would recommend AnyPromo to one and all.

The only complaint I have is that when I placed my order, until I hit "submit", I thought I would receive the product sooner than I did. It was still within my needed time frame, but for a moment, the two week delay felt a bit like a bait and switch. They have a phone number where you can actually speak to a real person, who speaks understandable English, without jumping through a bunch of auto-attendant systems. If you need to call back your rep, they each have their own desk number, and if they're not in, someone else can either take a message or help you themselves. This straw is maybe a step up from a disposable straw, not what I was hoping for as far as how many times it can be used. I wouldn’t recommend this particular product, but as always the ordering process was easy and product was delivered on time. With the big push for reusable straws to help the environment, I was hoping for a lot better.

The straw itself was very much what we hoped for, but our logo was small and not very eye catching. Our order window was tight or I might have had the designer try to stretch the logo if we had more time.

The lettering was more grey than black like the pictures, but the color changing works great. I would recommend.

Wasn't a fan because it was not a "reusable heavy-duty plastic straw," as they claimed. I was able to chew and bend the straw very easily. Would probably use it 2-3 times before throwing out. The laser engraving ink also came out as a metallic gold instead of black from the virtual proof. The color changing aspect however was a neat detail.

TERRIBLE! I am SO disappointed in the product and the false advertising. They are described as heavy-duty REUSABLE straws, so I expected them to live up to that standard. They are NOT the plastic reusable straws you would expect. These are standard one-use straws, a waste to our environment.

This item was really liked by our passersby, but we found that it took "ice" or iced water to change the color, simply cold water didn't do the trick. Ones hand also changes it back instantly.

Not the best quality. Received other 4oz cotton samples from other companies but this one arrived way thinner than expected and a lot of thread hanging off.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Communication via email was prompt. Product preview was a bit off setting, but when the product arrived, the logo print was a bit bigger than we saw it on the preview. Which is great! Greatly appreciated for their services.

At first I was disappointed that we didn’t have enough time for a 3-color print but it looks fabulous in one color (black). It’s a perfect bag for what we wanted. Perfect size and lightweight.

The bag is much thinner than I expected. But they did a great job with the logo and the color is vibrant.

It's cotton, and is in good shape when it arrives. A little smaller and thinner than I thought it would be, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. The customer service people have been very responsive if I've had questions.

The artwork and the screen printing are superb. Great job, AnyPromo. However, that is what bumps this up from 2 stars to 3. "Cotton Canvas" is a term of art, and a certain weight and density is inherent in the term. These bags are cotton, and woven, but they are not canvas. The fabric is so thin, that holding the double-layer of a bag up to the light, you can see right through it. Only order this bag if it is not intended to carry any weight. Once again, great artwork and screen printing, but the description of this bag should be "Lightweight Cotton...Tote"

Printing not consistent, half the logo bright but some parts are not. Looks like the printing needed another pass.

Everything came out fine except we wanted an alternative image (which was supplied) on the opposite site. The image we were working towards could have been the matching logo to the bracelets. See photo of bracelet, or our same “GET FLOAT’N” working that was on our past koozies. What we have it the same logo on each side.
