12 oz Reusable Cup with Lid & Straw

Did some shopping around for a less expensive option of a fun gift. Great customer service, quick response time, very quick production. Appreciated the chance to edit the item before going to print. Normally I don't purchase memberships for things I won't use more than once, or don't anticipate using. Recommend evaluating if it will save you any $. In my case it did!

These are super cute. The logo looks good on it; the colors are bright and eye-catching. This is perfect for the audience we are giving them to.

Love them they're perfect for what Iam planning on doing with them, I will for sure be buying more items through yall.

Very nice and high quality tumblers. Work just as well as my Stanley. The laser engraving adds a nice, high-end touch. Highly recommend.

The laser etching elevates this tumbler to another level! Looks very high end. Clients love these.

We are so pleased with these tumblers! Our logo is etched beautifully in the white tumbler! We've used AnyPromo once before when ordering a different item and we will certainly call on them for future promo orders!

The tumblers look great. They are even better in person! We all LOVE them. :) Thank you very much, Jeannette, for your assistance. You are the BEST!!!

Our company ordered these 40 oz Hippo Insulated Tumblers with our logo engraved on them. They turned out great, and we love them so much! Our team members are all going to be so hydrated!!!

It was easy to get ahold of a real person for support, which is wonderful and rare in today's AI slop world. Very happy with the whole process.

These turned out great! Executive Director very happy with product

My shopping experience with ANYPROMO.COM was phenomenal. Victoria was professional, kind, and extremely patient. The Team created an incredible design! Thank you ANYPROMO.COM for a smooth transaction!

Gerson was great to work with, and we can not wait to work with him again. Additionally, the product was excellent quality and arrived right on time.

We placed an order for 500 tumblers, one of the orders was going to arrive late, Gerson was assigned as my customer service rep and he expedited my order so they could arrive at the same time. We are so satisfied and Gerson is an amazing employee, he really knows how to go above and beyond.

Our cups are awesome! They exceeded expectations and I am so excited to share them with our golfers at our annual tournament 💛❤️

Our mugs (Hippo 40 oz tumblers) look great and Jeannette was great to work with! Everything was done so quickly. This is by far our most popular giveaway item.

We have ordered these many, many times. The engraved logo elevates this already-nice tumbler. Perfect gift for high-end clients.

Our tumblers turned out perfect. Eva was very professional and very easy to work with.

Top Notch Customer Service! Juanita Zamora was the business development specialist who assisted us from start to finish. She was extremely communicative from the initial placement of the order, including information on the timeline as well as shipping details. She also followed up to make sure we were happy with the products. This is the third time we have used AnyPromo and they continue to provide great products, at a reasonable cost, in a timely manner.

Customer service above all. Everything you need in 1 stop. Again its the customer service always willing to go the extra mile to do the work for you and get you what you need. Its honestly, so far from my experience a very well oiled user friendly machine.

These custom engraved cups were a huge hit. I already had to place a second order because they were so popular.

The item I was looking for was not in stock. Had a reasonable substitution.

So easy and great quality! Jeannette was so kind and helpful and made ordering a breeze! We will for sure be ordering again! And their pricing was amazing!

Very pleased with our cups!! Cup quality is amazing and the laser engraving is so neat and looks awesome!!! Highly recommend!!

Jeannette was very quick and responsive with my questions on the order. Everything was done correctly and the order turned out great!

Communicated well during the ordering and shipping process. Product came just as illustrated in the proof.

I could not be happier with my online shopping experience. Jeannette was there for me every step of the way and made my experience great!

Very pleased with Backroads Stainless Steel Tumbler. The graphics are neat and precise.

We purchase these to give to our new hires their first day! They love them! We've been doing this for years and will continue to do so because of how much our employees use them. Great staff and quick turnaround.

Raquel was very helpful in deriving the best possible outcome for my needs! She listens and goes above and beyond to make you a satisfied customer!

Alyssa was so very helpful and I had plenty of questions

So I called and a representative by the name of John answered..WOW! He was so helpful, I was floored. Walked me through everything and just was willing to guide me. A PLUS -- all that he said they would do, was done and in the time that he said it. This is what customer service looks like and I am so grateful that I called. Thank you again John and keep typing. :)

Great customer service . Excellent product. I love it. Will use them again for sure.

I was very pleased. Every person I dealt with was responsive and helpful. I truly appreciate them. Job well done. Beautiful product. I love it!

These were high quality. Great item. We ordered the turquoise bags and used our logo in all white. It really stood out, and anyone loved them.

It was the perfect size! The graphics came out awesome! I will definitely be re-ordering this item so I am glad it came out

Wish I could get them printed in more than one color but other than that they're great!!

We love these bags! Anypromo has been a pleasure to work with!

Went as expected. No issues and prompt service

Great quality and quick delivery. I would recommend to anyone.

I constantly contacted with updates on the order, which I appreciated so I always knew exact delivery times. I also appreciated seeing different mockup versions to approve prior to being charged. The design team actually made some good recommendations when print was too small. Any issues were remedied quickly. Thank you. KimberlyMeyerMusic.com

I had a wonderful experience with AnyPromo. Mauricio M was great and very helpful. He was so good that I will more than likely chose to work with him on each of my orders. He was very patient and help me with all my questions and details. Thank you Melanie Robinson Glitzy Gal Treasures

Website is very easy to navigate. Turnaround was immediate Thank you!

Victoria Alanis was amazing to work with - the ordering was easy - communications was awesome - and the finished product for the price exceeded my expectations. The first of many orders that I will make through Victoria. Steve Williams

Inexpensive and quick turnaround. Very happy with product but would recommend another color other than white on navy, slightly blurry but does the trick. Can't beat the price.

Roberto did a wonderful job explaining the process. I will use this company again

I had to change my order twice and it didn't phase the salesperson at all. I was taken care of very quickly so I could take care of my customer!

The bottle coozies turned out great! Leo, our anypromo rep, helped us get the order rushed and delivered on time. Great customer service!

I have ordered tradeshow products a few times from AnyPromo.com, and I'll definitely order more in the future. Briana always provides great customer service, and my orders always arrive quickly.

Super easy to navigate!

Rosa Martin, Customer Service Manager, is the best!!!!!

Happy with overall look, quality of item and the print quality. These will be well-received. Nice color selection, too.

Fulfilled my expectation on quality. Excited to use this to promote our business to customers. Will be a repeat customer going forward.

5 star product & experience. Brenda was very helpful & friendly, I will be a repeat customer & will recommend this company in the future.

Product is of great quality and a step up from your regular daily Koozie give aways. Highly recommend it. Thanks to Akira, my customer service rep at AnyPromo she made something impossible, possible.

They turned out fantastic and your staff was wonderful to work with. I also received them a day before expected. Thank you!

Good quality at good price. the price was reasonable for an inexpensive giveaway for Wilds 2nd Annual Golf & Charity Outing. I liked the size and the overall product. I liked the print of the logo.

Great quality and great price. The design team did a nice job on the set-up and print. loved the vibrant color. Great item for the cost, ideal for our needs.

Great product.our members love these as awards~ Everybody was happy at our conference.

We will always be pleased with the items and work we've received from Anypromo. Great item.

We were very skeptical of ordering from a company that guaranteed us they would meet our short delivery for a convention. Our usual supplier didn’t make any promises nor have the perfect size so we tried anypromo. Fantastic is my word for the product, the on-time delivery and Ava my customer service rep! If I need promotional materials again these guys will be my pick! Oh and the big boss said she “loved” the handout driving people to our booth to chat for a printed bag. This company, especially the quick response of the rep deserves the five stars. We recommend them!

we've just received our order today. bags look great, I love the colour and the print looks pretty. plus we got them delivered quick! thank you AnyPromo team!

I ordered these bags for book signings as a thank you gift for those who purchased books from me. The color and logo are perfect and when I placed several heavy books in them, it was very sturdy.

The bags were delivered yesterday (a day early) and they look marvelous! I will definitely keep your company in mind for future promotional items!

We are very happy with our bags. We have been very happy with Ana and customer service. We are AnyPromo fans!

Products arrived and look great, quality is perfect.

Much cuter than I was expecting. The logo is amazingly huge! Great to share your brand!

Always a great value. Communication is excellent and timely, and we've never had any issues with any products we've ordered.

My order experience went very smoothly. The product came and looks WONDERFUL!!

These came out Great!!

This was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered some swag for event booths for 2026. The first order that arrived didn't have the magnets on the product as order, so of course I was thinking, ohh no. But I reached out and they fixed the mistake the same day. Wonderful customer service. Today I received one of my other orders, it is perfect!!

I love the available products, and the prices are competitive. I wish I didn't have to click into each item individually to see the final prices (set-up fees, unit price, etc). I am happy with my purchase! The items are of decent quality and printed well. Thank you!

Bags are just as ordered.

The logo I had tow work with was not great and they made it look great! I am always very happy with the results and quick turnaround from Any Promo.

Very happy with my purchase. Fast shipping, easy communication, and order placement. Quality is worth the buy! Thank you! I will be shopping again!

Great colors, I am very happy with my finished product!

The tote bag came out well! It's really and I think our students will love it as a welcome gift!!

Good

easy to use and order....

Products are perfect for events and delivery time exceeds expectations every time! Calvin Hagen is great in sending updates and following up to be sure I am satisfied with the product and service.

End product looks fantastic. Quality is as expected. The color is as it appears online, and the size is as we wanted it to be. Good for the money, and perfect for giveaway swag.

very nice work! will order again next year. I think it's a nice give away that people will get a lot of use out of.

This product is a nice and big shopping tote with a great color logo! Definitely gets a five-star rating.

Fast shipping. Great customer service.simole ordering process and art submission. Exceeded my expectations.

Perfect bag for the price! The quality of the imprint of logo and the bag for less than $1 per bag is an amazing deal. The silver imprint looks awesome on the black bag!!

Quick to process, great quality, description was spot on. The shipping time was quick. Will likely reorder again.

Interface easy to figure out. Ordering was easy. Thank you.

The bags look good. I like the large capactiy. Briana Reed was terrific to work with!

Great service! Vanessa was extremely helpful. She made suggestions which ultimately made my product look awesome! Thanks again Vanessa.

Very poor construction poor stitching would not reccomend to anyone. Very cheap material. Overall product was a complete disappointment.

good so far

Briana Reed provided fast and friendly customer service. She was great to work with and kept me informed with every step of the process. We ordered some shopper sized Tote Bags 20x13, with a different logo on each side. It was very easy to upload our file, and get a virtual proof. The end results look just like the virtual proofs. We are very happy with the service and the products!

need better coupon codes. the chat takes to long.

It was an easy process and I was able to speak with a customer representative on the phone and get my questions answered quickly before I ordered.

Great email communication. Still needs a little improvement responding phone messages.

Erin was really responsive and very helpful.

Staff was great to work with! They even caught a last minute correction! Pleased with the printing of our very detailed logo and sponsor artwork. Will order from the site again!

Great shopping experience

Briana was an amazing help during this process to get us the best price for the best product, to even make sure we received our items in time. She was great!

Love how fast a representative sent me an email.

Patty Madrid on your team is awesome. I called prepared to cancel my order because I found a better price...or so I thought. Turns out that instead of cancelling my order, Patty went the extra mile to earn my business. Patty not only found us a more inexpensive bag, but we were able to order even more bags. In case you missed it - that is more bags for less! Great job Patty. We'll keep shopping at AnyPromo because of team members like you!

They were exactly what I was looking for. Actually a little bigger than I expected, which wasn't a bad thing at all! I haven't used them for anything super significant so I can't comment on how sturdy they are but we used them as goody bags for our open house and will be using some for our marketing events as giveaways.

Was very easy to reorder!

DJ IS THE BEST!!!!!

Love the VIP program and perks!

I had a wonderful experience with Alyssa. She ensured that my product came in time for my event and was quick to respond to all of my questions. Wonderful attitude!

I like it for price but it was little thinner than I expected and does not come with cardboard base for inside to help it stand up. Overall, will order again for marketing purposes.

Imprint is great, bag quality is less than desirable. Ok if looking for a cheap bag for your project

We appreciate Erin's help to process our order and get it delivered by the date we needed it. Erin was professional and quick to answer any questions and respond to any need we had. She also was excellent in keeping in touch with us regarding the status of our order.

Love our bags. Easy ordering, great price and product. It was great working with Eva.

Nice tote. Exactly as expected from the photos. They are a bit large, next time I would probably just a slightly smaller size, but if you need that size this is perfect.

AnyPromo always has the product I am looking for at a great price!

We've reordered this product with custom printing several times before and it continues to be a great seller for us!

The size is perfect and the logo turned out great but the bag is a bit flimsy. I wasn't expecting the material to be so thin.

Quick, easy, and affordable

Amazing Company.

AnyPromo is super easy to shop with. It is very user friendly and straight-forward.

Ordering process went smoothly.

Riley was very helpful with my orders. He talked me through some specifics with one of my logos that was super important. Thanks again for your excellent service !!

Great products and service! I will order again through AnyPromo. Our service rep was right on top of things. and got back to me quickly.

Would highly recommend. Easy add on of logo. Good price. Loved having Ana (customer rep) keeping my order status updates coming to me.

Very pleased with the end result. A little expensive I feel for the size, they were a little smaller in person than I had thought, and they are kind of thin but overall they look great.

We are always pleased with our order from AnyPromo. The customer service is fantastic, proofs arrive quickly and the order is always accurate.

Perfect for what we needed. We didn't want something too big and this was it. It fit all of our giveaway items.

We've reordered this product before and are always pleased with it. Customer service is outstanding!

Disappointed that the online chat is not active. Also sent an email, with no response. Hopefully the order will be completed ontime

so far so good

Vanessa was very helpful and efficient in helping me place my order. Thank you Vanessa!!

We were very happy with the Shopper Tote Bag. The Graphics turned out perfect. Our client was very happy with them!

Perfect for a catch all bag. Great for shopping, taking to the new h or throwing in work stuff. Light weight yet durable.

Very pleased with item and artwork. It arrived on time, the service was very prompt and the service reps was very accommodating and was prompt with their follow up service.

Ordered these for my church event and they look beautiful. They are great quality and the logo looks great.

Excellent product, processing and shipping as advertised!

easy to use website

It was a smooth process ordering the bags online. The response time from the representative was quick.

Had to break order into 2 separate orders.

Very Easy

SATISFIED

It has been really good.

Website is so easy to follow and place orders - thanks for that!

This custom non woven budget shopping tote bag is a classy shape, nice size and great price. I ordered the black with white logo and it is very stylish.

I always have a great experience with Anypromo.

So far its a good experience. I was also looking for appreciation gifts but the quantities are too high. I will have to look elsewhere.

I have placed several orders. I am waiting to see the quality and the products. The shopping experience online was quick and easy! Thank you! I can't wait to see the products.

Very pleased with the shopper tote bags, they are spacious and the graphics are well defined and easy to read.

AnyPromo is great!! good products great service what more could you ask for??!

Thank you for your assistance, looking forward to seeing the actual bags in person. Happy holidays! M.

Thanks so much! These bags where for our 10th Anniversary and our customers love them for the holidays! Very well done and very in - expensive.

Doing business with a company is about the people you deal with, not just the transaction. Anypromo's Akira & Art Dept. make this so much more than just an online purchase. Thru Akira's outreach and attention I am always pleased with both the process and end result. The quality is just as pleasing as the people behind it.

This site is very easy to use and the products are very affordable.

Always a pleasure to use Anypromo.com Ordering is simple and quality is high. Thank you!

Great

The size, color and print very good, just wish the bag to be more resistant stronger material as it is to carry groceries.

It expands more than anticipated so it's much bigger than expected. Great quality. Would order again.

Just what I was looking for.

So far so good. Hope I have uploaded everything correctly and the proof comes out looking great!

Thank You

Very helpful, thanks!

This is my preferred company for office promotional items and employee giveaways. The customer service is great and prices are affordable. Rosa is always very helpful and responsive. Thanks for your excellent customer service!

I've always had wonderful customer service from Akira and fantastic products through AnyPromo!

I was really impressed with how quickly my order was processed and delivered. The pricepoint was wonderful and the quality was still great. Dante was checking in, keeping me apprised of all updates to the order as it was processed, prepped, and shipped.

Any Promo offers great daily specials and really rewards their customer for their patronage.

I've ordered these a couple times in different color combinations and they're always quick and great quality.

The bag and print came out great, but over time the bag got worn down and many of them ripped. I would go with a thicker bag than this one.

Perfect size, good quality and with the imprint it looks fabulous! In the picture it looks like it would hold up straight up, but it does not and this was one of reasons why we ordered it. Still satisfied with how they look.

Just OK, I will not get these again. I thought the "flare" was cute in the photo but in reality it is not.

The imprint looks great. We chose a black bad with a pink imprint and it stands out . The simple design helped by keeping it easy to read. The quality is better than I expected at the price point. I hope that they will last!

Good Service. Good product. Thanks

just the right size and the printing was excellent! we weren't sure it would arrive in time, but you folks came thru just fine

Bags were what I expected them to be. Will probably reorder, I recommend this company and this product.

They look great! We are using them for an upcoming event as marketing. They are perfect for our needs.

The material is lighter than paper. Really poor quality - highly disappointed. Also, the picture makes it look like the bag can stand up with a wide base, but in fact the bags do not have the ability to stand up even when filled. Quality is really poor.

The bags are nice quality and the logo looks crisp and accurate. I would definitely buy them again. Thanks

I like it! Bigger than I expected it to be so that's great. I'm not sure how heavy of a load it can tote though. Time will tell...:)

bag size was good, material is really thin, but for the price point it worked for what we needed. Would order again.

These bags are great give-a-way items for events. They hold a lot of weight. The artwork turned out great and the company was very easy to work with figuring out exactly how I wanted the artwork to look.

The bags came out very nice. The logo looks great, and the size of the bag is nice for grocery shopping.

The only reason I hesitate to order is that they do not send samples for review. Despite large orders the rep would not mail me an inexpensive tote bag without charging shipping. It is difficult to judge dimensions and quality based on online description alone.

It turned out great! Far better than I expected. Thanks again will definitely reorder again. Customer service was great, they communicated evey step.

The bag that we purchased was thinner than expected.

Love the bag. Exactly what I expected. Perfect for our clients to take home and use at the beach, grocery store, or whatever they need it for!

They are exactly what we wanted. We have a fundraiser home tour and we will use these for patrons to use for their shoes.

Great

Using it for our annual July 4th parade and using them to place candy in some bags and ink pens in other bags. (To carry them in golf carts)

Perfect. The size, the color, the printing, the durability - all exceeded my expectations. Fantastic purchase with a superb price!

Like these bags. Nice and big to hold wide items (it has a wide gusset). Loved the design idea of putting our logo on a slant. I would not have thought of that. THANKS!

Great price, fast turn around time, arrived on time, better quality than we thought they'd be!!

Order process was simple, turn around reasonable. Would definitely order more product from AnyPromo.com

These were perfect and exactly as expected! They arrived on time for our event and looked great! We will definitely order again in the future. Thank you for working with us to make a fantastic promotional item for our organization!

I was please with how promptly my order was processed and how quickly it arrived. It was great value for the items purchased. Highly recommend and will use in the future.

We ordered these bags as a way to promote our business. We wanted a bag that would be functional, durable, appealing and affordable. This bag definitely met our expectations, it stands out from all of the other grocery bags! It is a "tote" which makes it wider and bigger than the regular square bags. The quality is good for the price and the graphics came out bright and clear. I will be reordering these as soon as we run out.

I love the products, the prices are great and the finished items look sharp. The order process was fairly easy to maneuver and the orders went out and were delivered within the time frame promised. Sadly I had to have it delivered to an address in the US, which was a bit of a pain since I'm in Canada, but I managed.

It looks great!! And I loved the logo that was created for me. The letters and spacing were perfect. Only thing I would add is a cardboard bottom to make it more sturdy. I don't remember if it was available and I didn't order it, or if it wasn't available.

Material was different than I thought.

Thanks. Love the bags; exactly what I wanted. The online ordering was simple and efficient. I always got a response immediately after each next step. The Customer service rep, Rosa was wonderful! Thanks again.

AnyPromo was prompt and helpful! Two things that would have improved our experience: the ability to upload a graphic on the website and see a preview of the graphic on the product immediately, and a wider range of colors (we really wanted more of a crimson than plain red). We received the products when we needed them, and they were successful as marketing tools!

The products came out nicely and in a timely manner (I was not in a rush to get them, things might be different if I needed them quickly). Customer Service was a bit cold during the final approval correspondence.

Love this product for the price! Only improvement could be if it had a plastic bottom insert to help it hold it's shape. Bottom is 7-1/2" x 12" so we just put a piece of 8-1/2" x 11" card stock in each bag for a bottom.

The bags I ordered were much better than I expected. The shipping was super fast and as promised were delivered on time. I liked the status updates every step of the way! I would order from this company again without hesitation.

The ladies loved the bag and the service was beyond what I would have ever expected! Love AnyPromo and their staff, they are still in the customer service business!

Nice bag good price

Looks classy and a good size.

They are just what I expected. Thanks

Good bag and holds up well

Good quality bag. Hold up well.

The product turned out better than i thought it would! And will use again!

Great item, shipped ahead of schedule and was able to make adjustments on our layout.

I like that these bags are lightweight and the printing area is sufficient to accommodate my logo and imprinting. It is large enough to be used to actually carry something does not feel like I was giving something just to get my name out, but was thoughtful enough to bring something of value to my clients. The artist rendering of my logo was wonderful and they are to be commended for turning a photograph into a graphic!

It has been a very good experience working with you. The only thing I had trouble with was finding where to change a credit card and the wrong one was charged. Not a big deal but not 100% smooth :)) All is well.

Bag looks shallower than I expected but it's still very nice. Color looks great and imprint is clear.

This will be awesome for the participants in my event.

Just the right size for our needs. They look great.

This tote is GREAT! We are hosting a company wide crop share and these bags will be perfect for our employees to carry their produce home. AnyPromo Customer Service was AWESOME!!!

I am satisfied with the bag, although, It is a little bigger than I would have liked it to be, but satisfied all the same. Great job.

Design to Delivery everything was well coordinated. The only reason I gave four is being in CA the delivery was bit late. Other than that I would recommend AnyPromo to one and all.

The only complaint I have is that when I placed my order, until I hit "submit", I thought I would receive the product sooner than I did. It was still within my needed time frame, but for a moment, the two week delay felt a bit like a bait and switch. Still happy with the results and the product, but it might be something to think about moving forward.

They were awesome! Thank you.

As always I was so pleased with the product that was sent!

The bags were just what I was looking for in a budget bag. The color (I ordered the purple) were the same as shown in the picture. The logo we provided was on point and the color was exactly what we wanted. I'm pleased with how they turned out.

I really liked the bag. The picture shown must have something in the bottom of the bag, as it appears taller than it actually is. It works great for my purposes and will probably do another order when my group sees them.

I love them. Nice print. Good finish, Excellent service

This bag met my expectations. This bag will be handed out filled with toiletries and clothing to homeless people.

The logo looks great!

Love the colors, we ordered navy with green writing. Wide opening in the bottom, quality material. Seems very sturdy. Very happy with this purchase.

Great just what i needed

Exactly what we were looking for! Thank you any promo!

The bags were a great quality

Perfect size for our giveaway, thanks!

Nice size bag, logo looked great.

The material is not as sturdy as expected but it's all good

These bags were great. They are deeper and wider than the average bag. We used them for a yard sale fundraiser and sold them as "fill a bag for $30"

I had an excellent experience. Ordering is easy. Approving proofs is easy. If there are any issues AnyPromo contacts you. The products are quality and affordable.
