I thought a 12 oz cup would be bigger. My mistake. Still it is very cool when the ice water is added and will make a great finish line gimmick for our race. I would consider this cup again but would look for a larger size.

We chose a 12 oz cup without the lid in a frosted/red combination with our logo printed in black. I was hoping the frosted color would be more white, but it does have a bit of a pink tint to it. That's ok for our purposes this time, but I may look at something different for our next order.

Positives: Ordering was very simple, no problems with shipping, it came on time as promised, our logo was clear and correct and the cup was indeed 12 oz. Negatives: Product itself was disappointing; the cup was pale pink--not white as noted on the photo. When liquid was placed in the cup, it did not turn purple as promised, in fact, it didn't change color at all--it just looked like liquid in the cup. There was no time to return it since it was already a rush order so we were stuck with a pink cup.

The tumblers are much thinner than I expected when I ordered them. They are not hard plastic but a thin, flimsy plastic. They also need straws but did not include them. They are, at least, inexpensive.

I am happy almost all where good but 4 bags were smired with white paint on the back and 1 have black ink on part of the white logo we managed to fixed them this time.

I didn't realize the hand sanitizer was clear and the white logo, so it's very hard to see. It would have been nice for someone to maybe mention it to me that it won't show up so I'd recommend advising customers of this so they are aware and can choose something different if they want. I somehow thought I was doing full color of my logo, not white. The product itself is great, but it is just hard to see my logo, which is the sole reason for purchasing this product is to brand myself with my customers.

I loved the size, what I am not happy with is the color. the logo looks like it was done in a maroon color and not red. the red does not look like the proof

Everything went smooth. The only thing I noticed was when inspecting the virtual proof, the link seemed to link to an older version, and a different time it combined the updated version with an old version ... taking aspects of each and then combining them. Very strange.

About two weeks ago, i ordered insulated bags with an imprint for hotel guests coming to a weekend family affair. I realized i was short some hospitality bags and reached out to my customer service rep, Brenda Cortus. I was delighted with both the service and the product. She quickly found my bag, and the original graphics, gave me a quote and it was handled that day. I received the bags 4 days later. I am thrilled with this company and its people - everyone i talked with from Anthony in graphics to Brenda in customer service and everyone else in between.

This is the third time I've ordered from AnyPromo. I've been happy with all my purchases and this one is no exception. My only slight criticism is that some of the bags were a little smushed. But the quality of the bags themselves are exactly what I was expecting and the graphics look exactly like the proof.

We love these totes! Inexpensive but hold up really well. Our company color is bright green. I could not believe that they have a bright green. Yes, these are a re-order staple.
