Noir 12 oz Satin Black Cafe Style Coffee Mug

Was very happy with the quality of the product and the delivery time

Johana always goes above and beyond to ensure our small business receives our product on time!

We are very pleased with the quality of the Single Light Cup - Plastic and how the inscription came out!! Amazing!!

This is my 2nd order with AnyPromo and Mario Martinez is always so helpful and responsive. He truly makes a difference in helping our company feel comfortable with the items we are ordering!

Had an amazing customer experience with this order. Eva Andrade provided excellent service, communication and followup. My product arrived within days of ordering, exactly as expected, and at a great price. Will definitely order again.

Victoria was super helpful in placing my order and following up. We like the lip balms, they turned out just as pictured.

I would highly recommend AnyPromo. The quality and pricing of the products is great and the customer service is outstanding. Our rep was Juanita Zamora, and she did a fabulous job assisting us with our artwork and order to ensure that it was done exactly right! Thank you!

Great attention and follow up for all steps along the way.. Victoria always helps and gives us status updates. Thanks! Everything always comes on time!

Valeria and the AnyPromo team did an amazing job making sure that my team had our products exactly when we needed them. There was a delay with one of our items and she made sure it arrived to us on time! Definitely going to use them again for my company's future orders.

As a repeat customer, we keep coming back because of the customer service is top shelf (THANK YOU JOHANA!), our orders are handled professionally from start to delivery, the products are EXACTLY what we are looking for, and we have never had a problem whatsoever!

I was having a difficult time getting my order completed and to me in time for my event. Marisol came to the rescue! She followed up when she said she would and provided excellent customer service. Can't wait to see our light up cups!

These 12oz mugs turned out great! We went with the Navy colored mugs. The inside of the mug is white. The handles feel good and strong; and the quality feels good in hand. Thank you!

Paola at AnyPromo was great to work with! She was very responsive and helped me find the perfect product. They arrived and we love them, they turned out perfect! Thanks Paola!

These are so perfect for what we needed. I think we are going to regret not getting more of them! They make our turtle look like he is diving into water! How cool is that?

Dispite some cc issuses on my end Laura was able to get my order processed and delivered on a tight deadline. Will use again

Cool color-changing cups. We give these out to our high school students that visit our campus, Angelina Colleg, Visual and Performing Arts

Wish the color was as vivid as the photo. I got the white/clear cups that turn red. They actually only turn a light pink shade.

decent cup. but color isnt as advertized online. my grey to orange came out more clear to pink than orange.

Fast service, good quality merchandise, fair price. Helpful customer service. My only issue is I kept getting a new person to talk to every time I called. I prefer to tell my needs once to one account rep who will carry through to the end. I also had a few minor issues with the art department over color selection but not enough to detail here. We worked it out although I paid additional $200 fees that if I had known earlier I would have decided differently. I will be happy to buy from you again.

Cups came in quickly, logo looked good. I wish they would take smaller p.o. orders. Cup changes colors like advertised, kids seem to be pleased with the cups and how they turned out. I would order from AnyPromo again.

I expected them to be slightly different, but they meet my needs, look good, and are a hit with the employees and guests.

Eva worked with me to be sure we had our order on time and was quick to respond to all of my questions. The cups look great.

We love the cups and will order again. Great customer service. Very responsive.

We just received these at our school and they are so cool! Love them! Pam, Millbrooke Elementary

Beautiful mugs. Excellent customer service!

great mugs. way better than what we had before. Thanks!

The mugs are fantastic. Our owner loved them!!!

Jackie was incredibly helpful as we worked through our order. I had plenty of questions and changes, and Jackie was consistently responsive and informative. Thanks for the great service!

Eva Andrade was extremely helpful in getting our merch order in on time. We were able to hang out the beautiful items at our fair, and they were a huge hit. She is great and followed up multiple times to ensure our satisfaction. Thank you!

Johana was my customer rep, she’s very communicative and lets you know where at in the process. My mugs are great they all came out well hopefully they last a bit. Cup feels sturdy and not cheap at all.

Great product, shipped on time and the customer service is really on point. Thank you Denys and Eduardo!

Roberto and Luis were easy to work with and provide me with quick answers to my questions. My order was exactly like promised.

Working with Johana was great. She helped us get our taxes refunded since we are a nonprofit with state sales tax exemption. The product was awesome, too. Over all great experience!

Perfect fit for the new seltzer drinks. So glad to have the option of regular and slim. Well made and customer service is always top notch.

Marisol Vela was such a great customer service rep. Through the entire process she made me feel like my needs were priority and communication frequent and professional. She assured me that the product I would receive was high quality and it was thanks guys and thanks again girl def will recommend your company and you personally again.

Brianna was very helpful and followed-up on anything I needed assistance with, she is an asset to AnyPromo.

Nice pen at great price

Great products and easy to find items

We purchased pens as a gift for staff in Yellow/Blue, when they arrived the yellow was not the color shown on website. Immediately they had a solution, promptly made new pens and sent them out to us with time to spare before our event. Great Customer service and response.

Great shape, great color!! Can't keep the cup holder on the front sales counter full they are flying out the door. Small details on our logo wouldn't come through so had to change to just name and phone number but they are very eye catching despite that.

We are very pleased with the product. The pens were an instant hit with the group. They look great and write smoothly.

Great pens! The printing (logo and text) on them was clean and crisp. Shipping, handling and communication was good. Thanks to Taylor for all the help. Would order again from this company. I ordered three items from three different companies for an event and Any Promo was best by far - one of the other companies I STILL haven't received the items 1.5 months later.... use Any Promo!

half of the pens don't write and they are a mix between two different colors of green, -----------------------------

Easy shopping experience.

Love how easy things were to order.

Great! Price, design, and how fast it was shipped. Thank you.

The shipping was kind of high, but everything else was great.

Website not easy to navigate. Wanted to place an order for two different customized tableclothes and was required to place two separate orders.

absolutely the worst pen ever. They literally fall apart while you are writing. This pen is causing us embarrassment with our customers as they point out how cheap it is. I won't order them again.

Pens seem low quality, you get what you pay for I guess, had same type of pen before from another company so I was really excited about this order. They disappointed especially because of the imprint, it was so small you can barely read it! Pens look like they might break easily.

Great

Easy ordering process.

Thanks AKIRA!!!!

Had some of the typical 'over the internet' ordering problems I tend to have, not the LEAST of which was an order being duplicated

Easy to find products that fit my budget. Eva Andrade was very helpful throughout the process and made sure I was satisfied with the product.

We are very happy with our products from AnyPromo.com. It was easy to find items that fit our budget. Production and delivery times were great! The finished product is exactly what we expected. Eva Andrade was helpful throughout the process and made sure we were satisfied.

As usual they make it easy to get what I need.

Good price on 1000 pcs. The pen is nice. Only wish the printing on it was larger. It's a big hard to read that small.

Love the product. Process was easy and efficient and order came sooner than expected. Service was absolutely great!

always easy

it is always a pleasure doing business with you. Great products, great price and great service.......

GREAT

Great Job! easy to work with and fast service. We were very satisfied with the product, cost, and service!... thank you to Riley Haynie for the great customer service!

always a pleasure, easy to do and a great team.

quick and easy !

My account manager is always so helpful and on top of everything I need.

Great friendly service

So far so good om ordering

We ordered a number of products and all arrived as expected except one item that seemed to be misrepresented or lesser quality than we expected. Meera Shah was extremely helpful in getting this resolved. I was unable to replace items for the upcoming event, but will continue to use you for future events due to the timeliness of the support issue and the product delivery.

User friendly website

I called and chatted a few times, everyone was so helpful.

Thank you

I used twice now. Very helpful and makes sure product is to your liking before being charged.

Nice

I had several different orders and one of them was received with some issues. Between the Resolution Agent, Meera and Customer Service Rep, Eva my problems were addressed and resolved. Everything was taking care of in less than 24 hours. Right now I'm just waiting on a tracking number.

The Cougar Dart Pen arrived quickly, exactly what we needed for our event. The pens are good quality and are smooth writing. Thank you!

Very pleased with our pens. The vibrant green color shows up great and really makes us stand out! It's a great cost for a great customer gift and leave behind product. Affordable and a must for any business.

Love the customized ink pens!! The cougar Dart pen feels so good in your hand and it writes like an expensive pen. The art work and text was exactly as I had hoped it would look like. I will definitely be ordering more pens in the near future. Also, this company has 5 STAR customer service!

Very nice website, customizing and ordering procedure!

The pens look good, write well, and most importantly are affordable. When you need some trade show cannon fodder, then you can’t beat the price per item cost. Loved that this item had a 1 day rush order.

Very pleased with the pens. This will be a promotional giveaway and will be great item to giveaway.

It was done perfectly! Better than the pictures or proof. Thank you for always delivering quality.

I ordered the orange pen. The pin was very bright and the company listen to my directions on designing the pen.

Good quality pen. Color is accurate great price. Wish I found them earlier would have bought more. Would recommend

Smart looking pen that writes smoothly. Our logo looks great. The ordering process was easy, and delivery was timely.

Ordering is easy.

You helped with a short turnaround. We love the pens.

This is a great pen for a really great price. The delivery was speedy as well and the white imprint on the red pen looks great.

My overall experience with AnyPromo was amazing. I contacted them about my order and the representative who helped me was very efficient and answered all of my questions. We will definitely use them again in the future!

It was easy to download my graphics and order turned out exactly as planned..

Great pen and great value! I will definitely use AnyPromo in the future to order promotional products for all of our businesses. They were prompt in getting a proof of my artwork to me and always notified me once the order was ready to ship!

The pens do not write as smoothly as I had hoped. While I'm writing the ink flow will stop and I have to go over it several times to get the ink going again. The printing on the pen rubs off easily which is very disappointing.

Smooth writing pen. Good quality at a low cost. Art work well done. Will definitely order again. Short turn around time from order to delivery was great for businesses. I love the tracking notice from order to delivery. It really decreases anxiety.

My experience with anypromo.com was great. The delivery was on point and even arrived before the estimated date. I had a lot of questions during the ordering process and customer service very kind and helpful. Fast. Clean. Satisfying. Great Job!

These pens actually write better than any pens I've ever ordered!! They are great, the artwork is wonderful, the price is amazing and most of all - the turn around on them is SO fast I almost got whiplash between ordering them and them arriving at my door. I will order these pens from AnyPromo again I am SURE!

Everything was great. From the ease of designing and placing an order to the timely delivery of a great product. Will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks Brenda.

From first try they worked which is important if you want people to keep them.

AnyPromo has done a wonderful job with all orders we have placed with them.

Awesome

EVERYTHING WAS JUST THE WAY WE NEEDED IT AND CAME IN RIGHT ON TIME!! LOVE THE WORK!!

very pleased with quality and price!

Perfect. Love them.

The pen writes fantastic so far. The pen is great for the price. I ordered the blue with white lettering and it looks very crisp and bold.

Good

They look great! The ink is high-quality and the pen feels durable. Love!

This pen looks AMAZING!! I ordered it in Translucent Blue w/ White Font and everyone is amazed at the quality. I will be reordering!

Perfect pens for our students!

So many colors to choose from. These are fantastic. And a great price

Great pens, great price, great service! Thank you!

Pens turned out great even tho didn't have my original color. Price was right and received them in short time.m will definitely reorder from them again. Pens are a hit! Thank you!

pens work well and the finish was good. they look really nice. i would get these types of pens again next time.

Great quality pen, very nice printing on this item! Fast production time and shipping with memership

we love the pen but we ordered blue ink.......came with black in. I need this corrected to blue ink

Appear to be great quality out of the box, I would purchase again. Logo looks good and I like the softer grip.

Ordered the white, green text. Most of the pens were perfect but a few had smudges on them. Overall still a great buy.

Great quality pens! My order was delivered quickly. Great customer service as always. I will order again soon!

Excellent customer service, able to change the print to best fit the pen Product is perfect for what was needed!

These pens are really nice quality in feel and smooth writing quality. Very nice gift for my customers!

Wow, these were such great quality! Love them! They even had sleeves so you can hand them out individually or attach them to a notebook with out the sleeve.

Great, easy process. Hope the pens are also great. Looking forward to receiving them. They will be used as giveaways at a trade show.

They're heavy duty and awesome! We absolutely love these pens at the Quarters and so do our tenants. Amazing for lease signing on our iPads as well!!

The best pens! We go through these QUICKLY at the office! Everyone seems to walk off with them. Will continue to order

Briana was fantastic with her customer service!

Very good items and very professional costumer care!!

I love the quality and also the customer service , I felt like i was priority for AnyPromo.com , I will be ordering again .

Easy ordering process

The live chat feature was extremely helpful and was what resulted in my purchase. I would like to thank them for their patience.

Show logo/writing on item during order process.

Due to some in house mixup my pens were shipped late. I received a notice of the arrival date which was well after the event. You were able to reverse the shipping and the product arrived at 8 am the morning of my event. Thank you for taking responsibility to correct the error. The pens were a hit!

This pen is not gray. It is more like an ugly brown. Not happy. I love the style of the pen but this color needs to go.

The pens look and feel very nice and the extra little velvety tear off sleeve makes them individually special and good looking. There was great customer service especially when it came to getting our graphic design just like we wanted it.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and plan to use Any Promo in the future. Thanks for your services and timely delivery. Much appreciated!

fast, good customer service

We love our small bags. They are the first things to go from our table. Your service was awesome and the bags came very quickly.

I love the full guidance and the ability to talk to a real person and graphic designer - Johanna is great! The products are clean, the process is easy, and the delivery is quite fast. I appreciate the full customer service. We're treated the way we want our own customers/clients to be treated

Mario M. made the whole process easy and smooth! Product was exactly what we were hoping for!

Steven was great to work with. He was super prompt with his responses and when I needed a specific color for our logo, he made it happen. The printing and shipping was quick and we are very happy with our new bags!

We really like the curvaceous gel ink click pens. At the price point, they are a good quality. They arrived timely as advertised, and they contacted me by phone when I overlooked the email asking for approval of the proof.

Exactly as expected! Love them!

They look exactly as the picture I was sent with our design, and it is well defined printing. The pens are also very nice and write well.

No issues at all. Very easy and quick service.

Well made, sleek pen. Writes very well and the message on it is perfect!

Great service again, product was delivered fast and accurate. Thank you.

Veronica was a great help!

We get lots of compliments on the way these pens write. Quality product for sure!

The pen handles nicely, and my name, phone number and Logo is readable.

Love the color and look of the pen. It looks classy, yet was reasonably priced and shipped quickly. Imprinting is well done. Item looks very similar to the proof. Writes reasonably well. I may purchase more.

Eva watched out for me every step of the way. True customer service, made me disregard another vendor - not even a competition. This kind of customer service and reliability keeps me coming back.

the quality of product and surprisingly quick feedback/communication is unmatchable in my years of dealing with school orders! We used them as holiday gifts for the teachers.

Our logo design look terrific. They are great. Fair cost.

Our logo design was located on it perfectly. Again the production quality was great.

These pens look costly and write well. The quality is great.

It was unbelievably easy to go through the order. High quality for that cost.

Our company is enjoying the merchandise. The quality for that cost is very good.

We have been ordering these pens for years. Hands down the best for writing and overall quality. Fun colors, but overall, they are useful and do not smudge when writing. I grab one of these over any of my other pen. The printing quality also comes out great!

Favorite swag pens ever! I have ordered these multiple times and for multiple organizations. The hybrid ink is quicker to dry (has less smearing) and the body of the pen feels like a G2.

I have been ordering these pens for quite a while, they are the absolute best and a favorite of everyone we give them to. They write nicely, do not smudge, and look and feel great! Get giveaways.

These are our go to pens, great quality for writing, does not smear and everyone loves them as a giveaway! Can't go wrong with these pens for the price. The print is crisp for our logo and url. I have ordered multiple times and never had any problems with them. The blue is our favorite color.

I really like how the pens writes, the printing on the pen could of been bigger or at least wider, it for sure does not look like there Ad Print

Ever since one of our employees brought back this pen from some promo thingy they have become our go to pens. They write amazing, look great and are a great price.

LOVE THEM

Great pens with nice, smooth ink. They are not expensive but they feel like a good quality pen. Clients like them.

This is not my first time ordering with your company. I love that you have shipping estimate in the beginning and that you can ask for quote prior to ordering. Your turnaround time is the fastest!

They look great and write oh so smoothly! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Had some pens made with our company logo and they turned out great! My customer service rep. Roberto did a great job assuring that our artwork would fit on the available print space and still be legible.

I was worried that our logo wouldn't be large enough or our phone numbers legible on our pens. But it turned out great and looks so professional!

Best writing pen EVER and the price is unbeatable. My customers LOVE them. However, the 100 character minimum for review is discouraging.

Everyone loves them! People beg for these pens! They write beautifully! Color matches my company’s color perfectly.

The product was great. Eva Andrade was awesome to work with. She made sure that we were fully satisfied with the product we ordered.I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for some really good pens.

The reorder feature was great and saved me time-The only feedback I have is that I wish they would not come with the plastic tip cover. It is time consuming to remove and place out for customers use.

Look GREAT and write even better. My customers LOVE these pens and usually come back to grab more...

Marci had been super helpful. I wanted a price quote, was able to chat with her online and than off line. She made is simple and straight forward

I like that there is customer service assistance available, but when navigating through the website, once a customer clicks on a link for topic clarification or to see a sample, (which is nice to have), going back to the original order page is challenging as that page kept "disappearing" and I had to start the entire order process over 3 x before it finally took.

Join the Platinum Club and save!

Quick setup and payment experience.

These pens are the best!! I specifically ordered them because I’d received some as a freebie at a convention. They write so smoothly. And the logo I requested turned out perfect! Great customer service and communication, too.

Items turned out how I expected them to and Gabby Martinez was super helpful and patient with me throughout the process.

Any Promo is a world class company for all your "swag" needs. The level of engagement far surpassed my expectations. The quality of the products is top notch. I would like to send a special note of thanks to our resolutions specialist, Jazmin for working with us on a major project and quickly fixing minor issues that came up along the way. We highly recommend Any Promo and will use them going forward.

Great quality for cost!!

We love that you can split up your minimum between different colors.

Edgardo was had great follow up and follow through. he was so understanding and we appreciated the assistance. We look forward to working with you in the future.

The O in our logo was stretched, making the logo look a little funky. Attached isanother pen we have in our office, and as you can see the o is stretched considerably. What can be done about this?

Robert was most helpful in getting our order processed and printed. Overall very pleased with the quality and speedy turn around. Thank you!

Fabiola Zamora was great to work with and made the whole transaction really simple and smooth. I look forward to working with her again.

I have now worked with Rosa several times, and she has been wonderful each time. She is kind, courteous, well-informed, and professional. I will absolutely do business with this company again!

These bags are a great value! Just like the ones you use at the grocery store! We will definitely order these again!

All was well.

Overall experience was great. Victoria was very helpful. I'll definitely be purchasing again.

Nice! Great deal!

The bag is basic. Not super sturdy and looks it it will rip easily. But, ok for a basic bag to hold lightweight brochures and give-aways.

The site was easy to use and find everything I wanted. Customer service was amazing when I had a question. They quickly explained the process and helped answer my questions.

The whole process was flawless from start to finish! Javier made sure to inform me every step of the way and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Please don't hesitate to try this company, as it is top notch throughout!

Maria G. was extremely helpful! She quickly answered any questions I had and helped build out the order so that I can get the needed items on time at several locations!

The bag was perfect. The colors were very nice!

Five days before a city-wide event, our company was invited to have a booth, and we needed promotional materials to distribute to the public. We were worried that we wouldn't be able to get anything with our company name. We called AnyPromo, and Juanita Zamora, gave us many options to choose from that she said we can receive in time. She even coordinated fastest and lowest cost shipping, so we would get the materials on time. We got the materials we wanted with our logo, name, and colors, one full day before the event. The whole experience was above and beyond our expectations.

I ordered a couple of samples for items for a tradeshow. Tania immediately answered my request and will be shipping samples shortly. I look forward to getting them and reviewing samples with my team. Thanks to Tania for responding so fast!!
