Printing not consistent, half the logo bright but some parts are not. Looks like the printing needed another pass.

Everything came out fine except we wanted an alternative image (which was supplied) on the opposite site. The image we were working towards could have been the matching logo to the bracelets. See photo of bracelet, or our same “GET FLOAT’N” working that was on our past koozies. What we have it the same logo on each side.

Great job! It was a little thinner than I thought it should be, but overall it does what it should do.

Worked very well for what we needed. Printed logos on both sides and both turned out clear and looked great. Worked perfect for giveaways at our golf scramble.

These koozies were perfect because I can collapse them and they don't take up a lot of room for me, or for the people to whom I give them. Quality of the printing was very good, too.

I like the weight and quality of the koozie. However, the imprint almost ran together because of the detail in it (design flaw on our end). It was raised and I was expecting it to be more screen printed. Regardless, they did end up looking great, just not what we expected. The color we ordered was not what we expected so I definitely recommend ordering a sample before you place a 1000 unit order.

Unfortunately the imprint on this item wasn't to typical AnyPromo standards, BUT their customer service team responded immediately and have provided us with a sound solution. On a side note, I personally wouldn't recommend the actual cup though (NOT a reflection on AnyPromo in any way). We went for the lowest price and didn't request a sample first and it's just a little "cheaper" quality than I wanted. There isn't anything particularly wrong with it, so if you really truly need the cheapest (mass give-away), then I recommend.

The quality of the cup was excellent but MOST OF ALL, the quality of the customer service I received from Akira was perfection. She was responsive, understanding, prompt, and considerate. She kept me informed throughout the process, even considering my timeline for me (it was fine). That consideration today is rare and she was a gem. I'm thankful to her for her work and the great job. My only complaint is the color of the lettering (red on black) wasn't as bright as the proof or appearance online. Still, the entire experience was great and I'll definitely recommend use of AnyPromo.com, use you again for my husband's company and for our family event needs. KUDOS!

So I guess I was expecting my logo to be larger on the pad, but I am happy with them. When I selected this particular note pad, I don’t think I had the options of designs and lines of the samples, but for the price I’m good with them.
